By far my favorite place in the city! I get gel manicures and pedicures regularly here and they are awesome! The manicures have been lasting over 2 weeks and the pedis even longer. Kelly and Stephanie are wonderful, however all the ladies are great and super attentive. I don't think I've ever made an appointment and they always get me right in. Yes the price may be a little more than average, but you most definitely get what you pay for. Clean, lots of color options, and a nice relaxing environment. Honestly one of the best mani-pedi experiences I've ever had. They had three people working on me at the same time. They are not stingy on the calf and neck massage, and they had a very good selection of polish colors to choose from. When they were clipping my cuticles, she did cut a little close and get my fingers a couple times, but other than that, I have no complaints. read more

I've gone twice for Brazilian wax and unfortunately I have to go three more times to fulfill my groupon 5 pack. Receptionist is incredibly rude with no understanding of customer service. The wax itself was the worst I've ever had. They double dip the wax stick and when I asked why they do that, she said it's ok, everyone does it. My appointment was at 11, and when I finished getting dressed, paying, and got to my car, the time was 11:12. Clearly no Brazilian wax done in that amount of time can be thorough. She said I was done and didn't bother to do the back. When I asked, she looked super annoyed and did the bare minimum to get me out. Don't get me wrong, the wax lady is sweet as pie but not good at waxing. Both times I came here, I've spent a good 20 to 30 minutes at home tweezing the hairs she missed. The first time I got waxed here, I had a long burn mark in the crease of my leg where she repeatedly kept waxing. It turned all scabby and gross. I will say, this place is clean and looks great for nails because they Have a big selection. When it comes to wax, go anywhere else but here. read more

I was looking for a nail salon open in my neighborhood on Sunday night and came across this spot. Found a new go-to! The spot is clean and spacious and they give the BEST massages (Pretty lengthy ones too!), including shoulder massages with gel manicures. I also like that they use pumice stones for the callus rubs and a sea salt treatment for pedicures. The technicians are very nice and attentive. I was offered an extra 10-minute hand/neck/shoulder massage for $15 and took it without thinking twice. Do it - your body will thank you! I paid $70 in all for a gel mani, regular spa pedicure, and the extra massage, which is generally a little out of my price range. However, for the service I got and for how much they put into the treatments, it was sooo worth it!! Relax and treat yourself here, y'all! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. I asked for a design and they just said no and took everything away from me. Asked for a simple two tone color and they said "how about a flower?" They don't even offer different things. They couldn't care less about what the customer wants. My friend did a mani pedi and the nail polish ripped right as she was finished. They take no interest in their customers and didn't even want to fix the broken nail polish. Don't bother going here. I wasted my time here so hopefully you don't waste your time. They insisted on a tip even though nothing worked. Went here with a friend on short notice on a weekend. I was able to make appointments that day for the two of us at noon. The space is very clean, and pretty big. I dig the plain-ish decor because it communicates the idea of a fresh clean space. They even have a little garden space outside the window near the drying stations, so you have something nice to look at instead of a parking lot. All of the staff were very friendly, and they offered us hot tea or cold water. The tea was yummy. That said, if you are coming here with friends, you are best off getting a mani/pedi, as then the seats will be together and you can chat. The manicure tables are in a line and you'll end up sitting either in front of or behind your friends, making it difficult to talk :( I chose a french manicure, and I was happy with the initial results. The manicure lasted about 2 weeks, which is great considering I'm constantly doing craft and garden work and I wash my hands frequently. All in all, a nice place, and I'll be back for sure. The staff mentioned that they are often booked later in the afternoons on the weekends, so come early, (they open at 9 on Sat and 10 on Sun) or call a few days before to make appointments. read more

Let me first say I used to go to them when they were on Geary and 17th. They moved to Clement over a year ago. This is by far the cleanest and most well-run nail salon I've been to in SF. It's a tiny bit pricier than others in the hood, but I have found that with nail salons- you get what you pay for with cleanliness, punctuality and product. I live in the neighborhood and was hoping this place would work out and I could be a regular. I went for the shellac mani hoping it would last me 1.5-2 weeks like it does when I go to my regular spot. Nope, the polish started coming off in 2 days. The manicure itself took way too long. Also, the girl who started the manicure passed me off to another girl half way thru because she "didn't know how to properly apply the shellac". Really? This review is for their waxing services since I've yet to have a mani-pedi here. I had my brows done and while they aren't expensive I felt a little ripped off. The lady totally rushed me and the job and it wasn't even busy in the joint. She didn't do any clipping, reshaping or evening out. And didn't even get the few strays that were beside my brows. Its not like I even have bushy brows..this was straight maintence. So...now I know, down the block may be slightly ghettoer, but at least they do a good job and are cheaper. read more

It was my first time to go to this place. I was in the neighborhood and need a medi-pedi real quick. This place was not busy at all, so that I gave it a try. I told them that I need it the be done within 45 minutes, but there was only one lady worked on my nails and totes. Of course, it ended up with running out of time. I have been to different places in the city to have my nails done, but I am upset to say that it was the worst experienced that I have ever had. I spent some time to read their menu and found it very familiar. The spa owner reminded me that she worked at Nova Nail Spa before. If this place just change ownership, I am afraid that it is the copycat of Nova. However, Nova is much better than this place. I've been getting acrylics done at the Miracle Spa for over a year now and I won't go any place else. I have had them "filled" at other places, and they end up looking unreal and too thick. Stephanie the manager keeps all of what I call "her chickens" in line. I've often been there late at night and I've seen her be very specific about cleaning the pedi-tubs so I always feel like the place has had a good once over. However, the owner needs to put some money in keeping the place up. The lights need to be changed out and when that's not done it makes the place look run down which it's not. I've also seen her make sure that any new employee coming in understands what it is they are doing and trains them correctly. The pedi-manis are great as are the massages. And I've never gotten the "stink eye" from anyone. Also, to the other reviewer, who the hell gives three bucks on a thirty dollar tab? I would give YOU the stink eye! These folks make NO MONEY, and the money they do make is from clipping our big ass ugly feet, including mine! Be generous ladies and gents.... these folks work hard! I love 'em. They have a good operation here right in my neighborhood. It's better than the budget Vietnamese nail places that get you in and out. Still a Vietnamese business but they take the time and give you a relaxing spa treatment at the same time as your pedicure ($30). From the clean foot soaking basons with lemon slices, to the expert treatment of your nails and feet, to the hot towels and relaxing salt scrubbing massage of your lower legs and feet. Ahhh... I got their mani and pedi, using one of those vouchers. I came 15 minutes before my time, and they were nice to proceed to me right away as there was noone else. They did the job pretty quick: I guess because one lady was doing the hands, the other - toes. They gave me a really good massage!!! The color selection is impressive, though I wish they were more precise in application. The only disappointment was when they were done with me, all the stuff went to have breakfast to their back room, and I was left freezing in the front area, and they never offered me something hot to warm myself up. read more

Love this place! Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and the ladies there so super professional. The girls there not only do an excellent Mani pedi but they are so professional while they work. Talking amongst themselves is kept to a minimum and they pay close attention to detail. The best foot massage and hand massage included in their basic mani pedi. My only drawback about this place is that they don't have spa chairs and tubs which is kind of a must for me. They are a little pricey but the work is definitely worth it and if I could afford to go to them regularly I would. $40 for a mani pedi isn't too steep but $60 for their full gel sets isn't something I can afford to upkeep. I'm kind of a mani/pedi nomad. I've never really found one spa that I have fallen in love with, that's near my house, and makes me want to do cartwheels to go back all the time. Miracle Spa is about as close to that mani/pedi trifecta of perfectness that I'm going to get. It's close to my house (though I hear they're moving), the ladies are nice, do a good job, and the environment is comfortable and clean. The pillows are adorable. I sometimes like a massage chair, but other times they just feel like a torture device. Nonetheless, I don't miss having the massage chair here. The mani/pedis are a little pricy, which is probably why I'm not here every other week. But when my toes are in such dire need that I won't go to yoga class because I don't want to take my socks off, then I beeline here to get them ready to be out in public again. read more

Today was my second time at Miracle Spa and I am hooked! The salon has a nice calming atmosphere and it is very clean. They have a wide selection of regular and gel polish colors. I got a pedicure by Sarah and nails done my Nhi. I asked for a French with a V in gel and got regular polish on my toes that matches. Both took their time and did an amazing job!
