Their Impossible kubideh in particular genuinely surprised me - in the best way. I don't usually gravitate toward meat substitutes at all, and I've tried making kubideh and ghormeh sabzi at home. It just never comes close to this. It's not often I find restaurants where the vegetarian options don't feel like an afterthought, but Kasra absolutely gets it right. The food may be good, but if the service is not commensurate with that, there is no point to dining at a place like this. It behooves management to pay attention to how many reservations they take and their ability to honor customers to reserved ahead.
