As a SoCal Viet girly, I know my way around a good bowl of Pho. Miss Pho definitely did not disappoint! I came in with zero expectations and was pleasantly surprised. I got their Pho Tai which is thinly sliced rare beef. Nice and simple. The broth hit all of the right notes for me. It was flavorful, homey, and came with a tons of onions which I appreciated. Perfect noodles and lean meat. Overall, a very good bowl of Pho! In addition to the classics, they also have a range of specialty Phos that are on the pricier side. I will say that they all seem pretty premium and I appreciate that they're showcasing Northern style pho which is heavily slept on!

I've tried pho all over the place, and I'll be honest--after my experience with having Northern Pho, I kind of swore it off for a while. It just didn't hit for me. But I kept hearing people rave about Miss Pho, so I finally gave it a shot... and I'm actually so glad I did. The broth?? Insanely aromatic and packed with flavor. Like, the kind that hits you the second it comes out and you immediately know it's going to be good. I went with the pho ha noi and got the sa tế on the side because I like my food spicy (no compromise there). I originally wanted to try the pho sa tế, but it came with tomatoes and cucumbers in it, which wasn't really my thing, so customizing it worked out perfectly. My boyfriend loved it too--he literally ended up to-go'ing the broth just to sip on it later, which says everything. The only thing is that the noodles to broth ratio was a little off. Dare I say there was too much noodles? The broth turned a little starchy when i went to mix the noodles but other than that great pho. Overall, super flavorful, super satisfying, and honestly changed my mind about pho again. Definitely coming back.

5 minutes to noon on a Sunday, and we were already grabbing the last available table. And a line quickly formed.... So it felt pretty rushed. The tables around us were given their bills even while they were still slurping away. But except for the pressure to eat quickly, this should have been 5 star experience. The broth in the House Pho was amazing - deeply beefy and pho-spicy flavored. Dissolve the raw egg yolk in (my wife didn't want in her Pho Hanoi) and it reaches an unctuousness that just goes beyond.

Miss Pho in Seattle is... okay, and this might be a bit of a hot take. The pho is decent. Not bad, but not something I'd go out of my way for. The broth leans noticeably sweet, which some people may enjoy, but it does suggest a bit of a shortcut compared to more traditional styles. The standout was the beef rib. It was delicious and a real showstopper, but at $28, it feels hard to justify. Service was great. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant will likely do very well given its location and the crowd it attracts. That said, for the price and overall quality, there are many better options across the Seattle metro. As someone Vietnamese, I thought it was solid but not especially memorable. I can see why it appeals to a more Western or newer pho audience, and that's fine, it clearly fills a niche. Would I come back? Maybe if someone suggested it, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

My husband went shopping today and came home with dinner... Miss Pho on Holman Road. OMG!!! If you like Calamari... this place is a must! Large pieces of calamari and some sweet and sour sauce.. even without the sauce, it is F'n amazing delicious!!!... he also brought home for me chicken pho with chicken broth!!! This place rocks- my husband reported that the place was super busy, both with seated customers and people picking up and delivery... the atmosphere nice interior, small place but they table seating and counter seat, decor was simple but comfortable... unfortunately he didn't take pictures, and the calamari went down so fast I almost thought we forgot to order it(LOL)

Great place up north!! This is kinda a hidden gem in north Seattle and I totally get the hype. There's always a lot of people here so plan ahead of time. Been here twice now and both times were great. They serve some of the best Vietnamese food I had in Seattle and would come back again!

Miss Pho is easily my favorite pho spot in Seattle so far. I got the Pho House with rare steak, brisket, meatballs, tendon, and tripe. The broth was rich and comforting without being overly salty, the meat was tender, and the portion size was super filling. The restaurant was packed when I went and we waited around 30-40 minutes, but it's worth the wait. The service was still nice despite how busy they were. I would definitely come again!

Great cozy little restaurant with a cool looking scooter in the middle. Great pop music and all around cheerful and fun vibes from the staff. Service - (5/5) Thai iced tea $7 - (5/5) Great taste with heavy tea flavor as it should be. I love that you can choose either half and half or coconut milk. It's creamy and sweet but not too sweet. Pho Hanoi $20 - (5/5) This is different pho than your usual pho in that they add an egg yolk on top, put plenty of garlic sprouts and crispy garlic on the side which I thoroughly enjoy. The soup is light yet it tastes really good and flavorful. All the ingredients tastes fresh and delicious. I would give this place 5 stars but I think the price point is high for what is offered. At the time of this writing its $20 for the pho Hanoi

Amazing food! I loved the pho here. Any of the options are great I also had a nice beef salad! The service is quick and there was a lot of people here which shows how popular it is! Its got a motorcycle in the middle of the dining area which gives you a glimpse to how prevalent they are in vietnam. Overall ambiance is nice!

After ordering takeout from this place twice, we finally had a chance to dine in and see what the full experience was like. We ordered the short rib pho, spicy pho, and a crispy pork and shrimp spring roll on the side. The short rib was nicely cooked--tender yet still retaining some chew--and paired well with the flavorful broth. The spicy pho was decent, though the heat level felt closer to a 3 out of 5 and wasn't particularly intense. The spring roll was the weakest dish of the meal, coming out a bit oily and lacking the bold flavor we were hoping for. Service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made for a pleasant meal. Overall, it's a lovely neighborhood pho spot with solid food and great staff, and we'd happily return.

Wifi: misspho123 Fun vibe inside with bright colours and a scooter from Saigon as the centerpiece. They were busy so there was a bit of a wait to order and to get our food, but it was worth it. Miss Mango Coco: we saw this on everyone's table and had to try it. It's a seasonal mango smoothie with coconut cream and looked impressive. It was refreshing and perfect for any mango lover. Pho Ha Noi: this was off their signature pho menu and was on the pricier side, but it looked unique so I had to try it. It came with a creamy raw egg yolk and I found their beef broth so satisfying. Pho Sa Te Sai Gon: this was also off their signature pho menu. It came with a nice mix of veggies and meat: rib-eye steak, brisket, meatballs, cucumber, tomatoes and fresh herbs. I didn't care too much for the broth, I found it too thick and the peanuts were overpowering.

The Thai Tea here was sooooooo delicious...might've been one of the best Thai Teas I've had and I've tried many. This place sure gets busy for a reason! We waited about 15 minutes for a table and once seated we were greeted by a friendly waitress who answered all of our questions kindly. The service was quick, efficient, and the employees had great communication between each other and with customers. The ambiance was bright and welcoming with everyone just minding their business and enjoying good food. I ordered the Miss Pho Special and my man ordered the Beef Rib Pho. Portions were very large and everything was super tasty! We were extremely pleased. We shared a Thai Iced Tea which was soooo delicious and best part of the meal for me. I would come back just for the tea alone! Parking lot was easy to navigate next to the grocery store with plenty of free parking. I would definitely return and recommend Miss Pho!

So normally don't drop reviews, i leave that to the elites and pros. But every once in awhile i run into a place that I have to share my joy for. Don't sleep on Miss Pho! They're actually ran by the folks behind Hue Ky Mi Gia (and i believe Lan Hue Bakery) , so they already got a bit of a pedigree already. Onward to the food. I haven't been impressed with a phở in Seattle for a looong time. And more so, being able to find a hà nội style phở? (well minus the noodles) They nail the presentation with proper long sliced green onions and also offer pickled ginger (Might i recommend folks should definitely ask for extra if you get it) The broth itself was aromatic, the wok fried beef seasoned and so flavorful. The addition of the egg yolk makes the broth so rich too. The fried chicken wings are indeed straight from Hue Ky Mi Gia, so they're absolutely yum. I can't recommend this place enough to family and friends. Also to the yelp Seattle universe out there. Looking forward to trying the other signature phở they offer and also to more rare viet offerings not normally seen in the Seattle area. read more

Best pho in the greater Seattle area. I've tried 10+ places in Seattle and this is the best by far! It is a clean, well staffed space with excellent fast service. I've visited many times now and the ingredients they use have been fresh every time (unlike many run-down pho places). Their prices are fair for how good the quality is. It's been a month since my first visit and it's been getting more and more busy, which is a great sign for a new business. The owner, Terry, is very warm and welcoming. Got take out here a couple nights ago. The crispy tofu was realllly good. The pho was decent, I liked the noodles and toppings (brisket + tendon). However the broth didn't really have much depth of flavor. We also ordered the pork vermicelli bowl, pork was dry and tasted like there was too much msg added. Exceptionally gracious service, bright modern interiors. Hard-working family restaurant that nails -- and I mean slays! -- a 20-hour broth. Generous portion of wok-fried brisket, floating in a bath of noodle and veg, topped with creamy egg tuned to perfection. Pot-stickers are house made, (and not the familiar half-fried-on-one-side, doughy clumps familiar to too many Seattle Asian restaurants). Crisp and golden, they're a little lighter (ground chicken) which is a perfect appetizer before the broth hits. Only open for a few weeks and already couples from Bellevue, sitting next to us, were destination dining at Carkeek. This place is going into high rotation for a modestly priced, no nonsense dine-out option. Now, time for a nap. read more

It was SO GOOD! High up there on the pho meter. I usually don't like seeing pepper in my pho- it was in there, but not too much. Good amount of vegetable and sauces offered. The shrimp and taro rolls were fantastically crispy and tasty. The fresh rolls with tofu were also pretty solid. read more

I absolutely love the brisket pho here. My husband generally gets a two meat combo pho that is great as well. The crispy taro rolls and potstickers are good as well. My husband did get the pho sa te once and it had great flavor but was more rich almost like a ramen. This has become our go to place for pho. read more

We arrived Saturday at 5:40pm, waited for 35 minutes to be seated. The restaurant is small and only has a few tables. We ordered the garlic butter wings (good), salt pepper squid (great, but the coating was a bit thick for my liking), the classic pho, and a Miss Pho special (x2). Total was ~$103 with tax, before tip. All of the food was delicious. Overall, it's great food, price is on par with other establishments. I am not going to do the 30+ minute wait...it already takes 20 minutes to drive there. There is a great hole in the wall place near my house (Pho 99 in Shoreline near Costco) with similar quality food that is 8 minutes drive & no wait so it was nice to try this place, but will let others wait in line to eat here. Even after we departed at 7:00 there were still people outside waiting. read more

Established in 2023.

Miss Pho is a new restaurant and noodle bar, owned and operated by Thu Tat, a seasoned restauranteur with over 15 years of experience serving Seattle’s foodies. Known for leading her family’s restaurant Hue Ky Mi Gia in Kent, WA and making it a legendary stop for comforting bowls of traditional Vietnamese and Chinese noodle soups, she always had a passion for the unique flavors found in Vietnamese cuisine. She saw a gap in the market for a restaurant that focused on traditional pho but with unique regional variations. With the opening of Miss Pho, she brings the diverse flavors of all three regions of Vietnam – North, Central, and South and introduces diners to authentic Vietnamese dishes that are hard to find locally.

The two rice dishes require 20 minutes to prepare hence my Braised brisket arrived first and bubbling hot. The flavors were rich and deeply satisfying. So good that my companions plan to order the Braised brisket next time. The Chicken Stone pot clay rice bowls arrived soon afterward. My friends enjoyed their dishes. Fresh tasting and delicious crispy rice. One ordered a Milk Tea and enjoyed it. Highly recommended for an authentic meal when you are in Seattle's International district!

The pineapple bun was large, hot, and crispy with the sugary crust, although I wish the slab of butter was a bit bigger because it gets a little dry after you run out of butter. My boyfriend really enjoyed his mixed steak plate - it came with a pork steak and beef steak, steamed rice, and steamed veggies. The meat was fine but the real winner was the savory sauce! The clay pots take 20-30 minutes to cook which they tell you ahead of time, so be aware my boyfriend was about done with his food when the clay pot came out. This was a delicious classic dish reminiscent of the clay pots back in Hong Kong! I poured in a ton of sauce and it really gets absorbed into the hot rice and meat. The steamed bok choy was a nice refreshing touch. Our favorite bite was the crunchy rice at the bottom of the pot mixed with the delicious sauce. There's so many menu items that caught our eye and we'd love to come back and try it all! Hearty, delicious no-frills meals.

Since my last review the restaurant has closed and reopened, and expanded their menu, to now include more dumplings and varieties of noodles. They also now have a very handy duo of ordering kiosks, which you order at prior to sitting down. I found their kiosks easy to use, which isn't always a given. This being my first visit back in a while, I had to get the spicy cumin lamb biang biang noodles. However I had to try some dumplings, so we shared the lamb dumplings, while my dinner buddy had the spicy cumin lamb rice noodle soup (the same kind of noodles you'd get at a ten second yunnan noodle type of place). They also now have a complimentary side dish bar that has seaweed salad, peanuts, and kimci, as well as some condiment type things like scallions and minced garlic. I helped myself to some seaweed salad to nibble on while waiting for our food, and it was good although food comes out quickly enough that you don't necessarily have to rely on it unless you're really chomping at the bit. The spicy cumin lamb biang biang noodles are just as good as I remember. The biang biang noodles here are perfectly chewy, and the rest of the dish has a lovely flavor aside from just spice. They're generous with lamb and cabbage which add a lot of textural variety to the plate. The lamb dumplings were the sleeper hit of the meal, filled with juicy, tender hunks of lamb surrounded by toothsome clearly hand-rolled wrappers. Absolutely do not skip the lamb dumplings. My dinner buddy really enjoyed her rice noodle soup with spicy cumin lamb, which I think would be a great option on a cold day. Everything is pretty much self serve here, so don't expect full service -- although they did stop by to refill our water once. The food here is so good, though, and prices are so reasonable, that I truly do not care that the experience is pretty bare bones otherwise.

My friend and I decided to have lunch at Miss Pho today, and unfortunately, our visit left us feeling deeply disappointed. One of the older female staff members on duty seemed to harbor a discriminatory attitude that tainted our entire dining experience. As soon as we stepped in, the staff member instructed us to find seats at the bar since all the tables were occupied. However, what followed was nothing short of discriminatory behavior: Bar Seating Fiasco: We found a spot at the bar, leaving one seat between us and the lone customer already seated there. But within moments, the same staff member ushered a White customer behind us. She promptly grabbed a bar stool from the opposite end of the counter and placed it between me and the empty chair. Her demand? That we move over toward the corner of the bar seating area. We assumed she was accommodating a pair of customers, so we obliged. Little did we know that the empty bar seat would remain vacant for the next half-hour while the newcomer seated themselves next to us. Ordering Bias: When we were ready to order, I politely requested the same staff member, who was stationed directly in front of us, to take our order. She agreed but then turned to the White customer and asked for his order first. Only after that did she bother to take our orders. This blatant bias was both infuriating and hurtful. Unprecedented Experience: We've been loyal patrons of Miss Pho, visiting a combined 15 times before. Never have we encountered such treatment. It's disheartening to think that our previous positive experiences were overshadowed by today's discriminatory encounter. Miss Pho, you've lost our trust and our business. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, especially one that I looked up to for comforting meals and friendly customer service. Miss Pho in Ballard is my absolute favorite spot, especially when Seattle's weather turns gloomy. The Pho Ha Noi is my go-to, with a rich and comforting broth that's perfect for those cold days. Crispy, garlicky, and addicting. I'd come back just for those. The ambience is nice, even though the space is on the smaller side. It still feels cozy and welcoming, not cramped.
