When I arrived at the dealership he treated me and my family with such great hospitality and respect, I've genuinely never had a better experience buying a car. He was very direct about the pricing and about everything and made everything very clear and simple. He went out of his day to come in on his day off and help me with this deal. First, I would like to state that enterprise has created an environment that is congenial and…read morefacilitates a pleasant car buying experience. Obviously the sales staff are paid by commission, which can create a rather cutthroat environment. However, at enterprise the staff work as a team. So the team that does the work for you split the commission. And it shows in the way the staff members supported each other. I also found out that Enterprise cares about its staff and has internal procedures to promote their careers Enterprise also has a no haggle policy, the price is the price and that's it. This made the car buying process so much simpler. It's one less factor to juggle around. All of the prices are below the bluebook value. Furthermore, enterprise does not sell cars that are more than four years old. Obviously the used cars that are available are from their rental fleet. I doubt they keep cars that are more than five years old. You can sift through the cars by here by make, model, year, and mileage. They automatically give you the Carfax report. They have enough in inventory that you have some choice. Both Pat and Kate help me decide which make, model and helped me narrow down my choices. I told them my first priority was reliability. Pat proceeded to show me a Toyota, a Nissan and oddly a Mitsubishi. I was not aware that Mitsubishi was in the most reliable car category. I was very interested in the Nissan Altima. It had a lot of bells and whistles, some neat safety features and was priced about $5000 less than the Toyota. After further research, it turns out Nissan has had a troubled history in the last decade and a half. Certainly cars from that era were less than reliable. However, seems like the company has turned itself around, and the cars are greatly improved. However, the turnaround has been recent enough that it's unclear if the new cars are reliable. they simply don't have the history to prove it. As for Mitsubishi... Before enterprise allows a car into the used car pool, it must pass inspection by their mechanics. You must obviously bring the car for an independent assessment from your trusted mechanics. My mechanics told me two of the tires needed to be replaced. I was rather angry because I had already paid for the car. Now the manager ( whose name has escaped me) send me to Pep Boys and promised enterprise would pay for the replacement tires. It was at Pep Boys that we discovered the tires were perfectly fine. I was totally confused. So I decided to buy a tire tread gauge. I measured the tire treads myself and the numbers agreed with the numbers from Pep Boys. I reread the report from the inspection by my mechanics. There was no indication that the tire treads were worn. This reinforced my belief that it was just a verbal mistake. There is nothing like having two silver Toyota Corolla's in the garage at the same time. Well, those enterprise mechanics won this round. Overall, enterprise runs a clean ship. The used cars all have a complete and documented history of maintenance. They don't sell used cars that have been in accidents. Overall, the experience at Enterprise was superb. Both Pat and Kate understood that I was still in the middle of trying to figure out the make the model and the age of the car which fit my budget. They carefully selected judicious choices for me to test drive. All in all I think I spent about 6 to 7 hours total reviewing their inventory and making my pick. Although I spent much longer than that doing extracurricular research. Compared to other used car dealers, the Enterprise buying experience blew them away. Pat and Kate listened carefully to what I wanted and brought forth the best fit . Another dealer were excellent, but they had small inventories. One dealership just seemed phenomenally rude. A third dealership seemed hell bent on selling me an SUV which was way more car than I needed. When I asked to see a four door sedan, they turned away and started to show me a Subaru Forrester. Finally, Enterprise completes all the paperwork for the DMV. The title, new plates, car registration will arrive in the mail. It can take 2 months or thereabouts but your temporaries are good for 3 months. Since I donated my car only thing I had to do was transfer the title for my old car. After all this, the tire pressure warning went off after driving 100 miles. all four tires were about 13 pounds below the recommended pressure. Now, if you under inflate a tire it gives a smoother ride. And if you choose to over inflate your tire the ride will be much rougher. So this is a dirty trick, played by the Enterprise mechanics to smooth out the ride . Enterprise mechanics, you have been caught red-handed. You lose this round.

But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!

I was on the hunt for a new car this year and did plenty of research. A little backstory: I've been a proud Hyundai owner for several years now, and I've genuinely loved every vehicle I've owned -- from the Sonata, to the Santa Fe, and now the beautiful Palisade. Hyundai vehicles truly stand out in craftsmanship, reliability, pricing, and overall value. They are total crowd-pleasers, and unlike other brands I've owned in the past, I've always been more than satisfied with every Hyundai model. I initially put in a request for a 2023 Hyundai SE, and Anthony reached out to walk me through my options. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. We went back and forth discussing numbers and available vehicles, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. Not only did I have the pleasure of working with Anthony, but I also worked with Moe and Bibek, who all came together as a team to help me find the best solution and price that fit my budget and lifestyle. They truly listened to my needs and wants, made me feel welcomed, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. After finding the perfect fit -- the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy -- I was introduced to Marco, who made the paperwork process smooth and efficient. He took the time to thoroughly explain my contract and made sure all my questions were answered, which I truly appreciated. I can honestly say the team at Stevens Creek Hyundai is incredible. Car shopping can be intimidating, especially with the fear of feeling overwhelmed or taken advantage of, but that was not my experience at all. Every interaction with these gentlemen was positive, reassuring, and professional. I left the lot feeling confident, excited, and extremely happy with my decision. A big thank you to: * Anthony for getting the ball rolling and guiding me from the start * Moe for helping me narrow down and choose the perfect vehicle * Bibek for taking the time to explain and demonstrate the car's features * Marco for carefully walking me through my contract I truly applaud this team for their outstanding service. I can't wait to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you all for such an amazing experience

The sales associate I worked with, Herman, clearly knows how to sell cars and seems to have an impressive sales record. During our conversation, he repeatedly talked about how many vehicles he sells, including sales to customers out of state, and emphasized that his RX 350h sales were always at full asking price. He also stressed that the RX 350h was the hottest vehicle on the lot, that inventory sold quickly, and that there was essentially no room for negotiation. While I respect confidence and understand that high-demand vehicles often have limited negotiating room, I felt the conversation came across as more boastful than customer-focused. I left wishing there had been more humility and a greater effort to build a relationship. Personally, I didn't feel valued as a customer. I also became frustrated because I never received a callback from management after trying to continue the conversation. That reinforced the feeling that I was simply another potential sale rather than someone whose business was genuinely appreciated. I ultimately purchased my Lexus from Lexus Monterey Peninsula, where Isaiah and the management team, including Robbie, treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made the buying experience feel personal. Most importantly, they were willing to negotiate in good faith to earn my business. We were able to reach a deal that worked for both of us, allowing them to make a sale while leaving me feeling valued and genuinely happy with my purchase. That is what I believe great customer service looks like. If you're comfortable paying asking price without much discussion, Stevens Creek Lexus may be a good fit for you. If you're looking for a dealership that makes you feel welcome, takes the time to earn your trust, and works with you to reach a fair deal, I highly recommend Lexus Monterey Peninsula. As a veteran and an educator who regularly shares recommendations with fellow veterans at my local VFW, as well as friends, family, and colleagues, customer service matters to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stevens Creek Lexus.
