We got their lunch special to-go and loved it! Everything was so fresh, and they did not skimp on the fish! We got the salmon nigiri, spicy salmon roll, shrimp tempura roll, and salmon roll. All four orders came out to be about $30 for pretty high quality fish. Hope to be back!

Delivered Mermaid and Tiger rolls
Kimberly W.

I need to be honest, I love most sushi places. So let me tell you what stands out for me about Mizu Sushi. You can order directly from their website for local delivery. And somehow the same guy delivers every time and very quickly. It is top notch and so convenient. I always get the mermaid roll. It and some others have a marble seaweed wrap that is very unique and not has heavy as a rice wrap. I find it a upgrade and great alternative to a seaweed wrap. Everything I have ordered has been great and fresh. In my last order, I noticed the cucumber was cut into thin matchstick shaped, which is a nicer bite than a thick chunk of cucumber. I don't think you can eat in, but I may be wrong. The convenient delivery is hard to resist.

Tri-Color Don
Rachel D.

Absolutely fantastic. The Tri-Color Don was wonderful and something I'll absolutely order again next- already thinking I want it for dinner tomorrow night while I'm still in town The tuna cucumber roll was also very fresh, even though I lived the other dish more! The miso soup arrived hot (I ordered delivery) and was really tasty. Service even on delivery was great! They added extra soy sauce just like I asked.

I love Mizu. I love the central location in Canton. I love the freshness and value. I love how quick and friendly the service is. Such an under rated gem. It's take out only so be advised but I highly recommend!

Pork Gyoza
Sabrina P.

The sushi was delicious and fresh. I ordered the spicy tuna and pork gyoza. The spicy tuna could've been a bit spicier but I still enjoyed the food.

Seaweed Salad
Kiana B.

The price is 1000% worth the quantity and quality of the food, especially for a lunch special. I ordered the 3-roll lunch special for delivery and the restaurant was super quick to fulfill the order, and each roll was fantastic. I also got the seaweed salad on the side, and it was larger than I imagined. The tempura ice cream had naturally melted a bit by the time I ate it, but it was the best red bean ice cream I have tried, though the tempura coating was a bit thicker than I anticipated.

Sweet Potato Roll

Potentially my new favorite sushi spot in Fells, I'm not sure how Mizu Sushi has flown under my radar until now! Serving up an extensive repertoire of veggie sushi for this vegetarian, I felt spoiled by the list of options to choose from for takeout dinner. The staff was friendly and welcoming when I arrived at this tucked away corner neighborhood gem. I ordered the vegetable gyozas and three types of sushi--Shitake, Vegetable and Sweet Potato. Let's talk gyoza. These melt in your mouth morsels with spinach based dough are filled to perfection with a savory mix of vegetables that pair nicely with the slightly sweet, subtly spicy sauce. The sushi was exceptional from top to bottom. Fresh, flavorful and each with generous portions of filling. Can't wait to come back and try more!

Chicken Katsu
Theresa S.

A solid find. The food is decently priced. The Chicken Katsu was a good sized meal, the chicken was nice and crispy. For sushi we did a California Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and Spicy Yellowtail Crunch Roll. The best one was the shrimp tempura roll, it was very crispy with a delicious sauce. The California was the usual. My spicy yellowtail crunchy roll was not spicy or crunchy which was a let down. Overall it fine, would order from them again.

Yaki Tori
Kristin A.

Was craving rolls one day and didn't feel like driving so after a quick GrubHub search, Mizu came up. Like a lot of Yelpers, I headed over to see the reviews and since they were good, I gave it a go. I ordered the Yaki Tori (broiled chicken, onion & pepper on skewers), a Fantastic Roll (smoked salmon, eel, avocado on top, shrimp tempura inside & spicy sauce) and a Maryland Roll (shrimp tempura, avocado topped with Maryland jumbo lump blue crab, old bay season and eel sauce). I always regret getting skewers because the meat can sometimes be tough. This was definitely the case here but it wasn't a big deal since the rolls were what was most important. Of the two, I preferred the Fantastic Roll and actually finished all but one piece. The Maryland one was good but this time the Old Bay was a bit too much for me. Besides that, everything tasted fresh and the serving was plentiful. This was my first meal after being sick so I think I overdid it with the amount because I had plenty left over but this shouldn't be too much if you have a hefty appetite beforehand. Maybe next time I'll be able to dine in.

Shrimp and Mango Roll
Alondra H.

As per usual, I spent almost an hour on Grubhub tryna decide what to have for dinner. From pupusas to calzones to finally some sushi. Ordering seafood is a risky choice for me, mostly a miss every time. However, tonight Mizu Sushi came through! California roll combo was not only worth the portion for price but it was really tasty! I ate almost all of it myself. For my side choice, I had Miso soup, serving as a pállate cleanser. I was not a fan of it, have had better but it was okay. It came with its ginger & wasabi paste(don't like wasabi so no comments on that), and 2 soy sauces. Luckily I have YumYum sauce, but I should have gotten a Spicy sauce at least instead of 2 soy sauces. & I ended up adding the Shrimp & Mango roll, unsure if I would like it but it was really delicious! The sweetness of the mango and the texture of the shrimp really did it for me. The shrimp was not bland at all, it was boiled or steam with something on the water because it had flavor. Will definitely be ordering again from this location! They completely lifted my spirits on ordering sushican't wait to try the green dragon and a crunchy roll!

Maryland Roll, Spicy Tuna rolls
David B.

After hearing amazing things about this place, I decided to give it a try myself. I ordered pickup and showed up a few minutes before it was ready to make sure I got it while some of the tempura rolls were still hot out of fryer. Even though I showed up early, it was really sad to see a soggy tempura roll without much crisp and honestly average flavor. The staff is really nice but that was disappointing. My other 2 non-tempura rolls were great but was leaving a lot to be desired. If you live in Fells area and want quick, affordable sushi then give this place a try! Otherwise, you're better off at some of the pricier sit down places around town.

Spicy girl roll and Sweet Potato Roll
Hillary G.

I ordered pickup from Mizu on Friday and was impressed with their broad menu selection and pick up protocols. I ordered the spicy girl roll, a sweet potato maki and a seaweed salad. I loved both rolls and the flavor combination was great in spicy roll. The black pepper tuna was seared and not too peppery. Loved the spicy salmon on top! The SP maki had a lot of tempura and not as much SP, so i probably wouldn't order it again. The seaweed salad was plentiful and great though! Prices were reasonable. No review on indoor dining as they're still just doing pickup

Two special rolls

The sushi game in Baltimore is strong, and Mizu Sushi is the finest example of that. Every time I order from here, no matter what I get, is fantastic. A few of my favorites are Gunpowder Roll, Volcano II Roll, and the Mermaid Roll. If you like sashimi, please order the red clam, salmon, and tuna. Your tastebuds will thank you. Mizu is my go-to sushi restaurant in Baltimore, especially since they're open until 9:30pm for those nights I forgot to make dinner but want something delicious, fresh, and high-quality.

But they are, and they represent sushi oh so powerfully well! From service to food presentation to the food itself. Lawd the food! 100 out of 100! They also carry beverages which you can choose from the glass door refrigerator at the back. Bottles available. Wink. The spot isn't posh by any means. You walk in, and the Server will smile and nod that you can seat yourself. What they don't have in terms of fancy they sure do make up for it with everything else. Super, super reasonably priced. Clean, pretty restaurant, fresh food and delightful staff. Staff, Eswuin the young Server is one of the best I've come across. He reads his customers well. Also, one of the servers mentioned the restaurant is peanut free in case anyone has any allergies. The poke was really delicious. I felt that the salmon was very fresh and I thought they gave very large chunks of salmon compared to other restaurants that really do skip out on the salmon portion, but this restaurant did not! The poke had cucumbers, mangoes, avocado, and scallions as well and I felt that the mango with a nice touch to add some sweetness, and it was also very fresh. The addition of the cucumber gave a nice crunchy texture that helped the dish overall. As for the sauce, I got the original non-spicy poker sauce. I didn't use too much of it because a little bit goes a long way. I recommend anyone to come and try out the poker here and I haven't tried their Ramen yet, but I do look forward to it soon.

I found Ramen Utsuke from Yelp and although it had over 4-stars, I was skeptical because I came from a town with excellent Asian restaurants so I couldn't help but be a bit judgey about the reviews. Stopped by around late 4PM and the tables were still mostly occupied. We were quickly seated in a booth and ordered a few appetizers, bentos, and ramens. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was actually pretty legit Japanese. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen Black and the broth was delicious. The noodles were well done and it had a fair amount of toppings. The pork chashu could be better (they were a little dry) but overall, it was very good in a legitimate-Asian approved way. I also got the avocado salad in onion and roasted garlic dressing and the dressing was the bomb! We use the remainder as dipping sauce for other stuff. Service was great - the staff were very professional and attentive. Definitely recommended!

This friend moved out of Baltimore but said this was one of her favorite places! We ordered a few things to share because everything on the menu looked so good. I thought all of the food was delicious, but my friend loved it so much she said she'd dream about it. Azumi is also by the waterfront and has outdoor seating which is great for when the weather is nice - it was raining when we were there though. Overall, food was great, and drinks were decent. The Koji cocktail was refreshing and the prosecco was crisp. However, If you're looking for a true espresso martini, don't bother ordering here as they only use pre-packaged espresso pods, not a proper espresso machine to brew it fresh. Had the HH salmon skewer and spicy edamame to start, and the yellowtail carpaccio and a combo wagyu/shrimp fried rice as my mains. The wagyu and shrimp were delightful, but the rice itself was a little bland; needed to eat it with spicy mayo to get decent flavor. Ended the evening by sitting on the patio overlooking the water with a glass of prosecco and the Fuji dessert. Overall I had a lovely time, and with the HH prices I will be back to try the rest of the menu!

I came as part of a large group dinner. I appreciate that they took large reservations and sat us in a nice spot in the middle of the restaurant. The server was nice and patient, but I did notice his jacket smelled like cigaret smoke. I asked what to get, since the menu is *huge* and overwhelming (I'm not sure why sushi, steak and pad Thai are on the same menu?). He recommended sushi, so I got a flaming dragon roll (I forget the exact name). Anyways, everyone else also ordered and the food came relatively quickly. Now...when I tell you this is the worst sushi I've ever had. Again, I hate being negative but I have to tell it like it is! When they first presented the dish, it was cool because they serve it on fire. I knew that they had sake in the dish (probably so the flame can keep going after they take it out of the kitchen). However, when I bit into it, the sake was *extremely* overpowering. I couldn't taste anything else except the sake. It was extremely alcohol-heavy and I could not finish the dish. I asked others to try it, and they all agreed that it was too heavy. The prices were also very high for what we got. The only food I enjoyed were the appetizers, but they were still unremarkable. Overall, I regrettably cannot recommend this place. None of the dishes stood out, and the sushi was shocking.
