Stopped in at MKT for some cocktails with friends on the early evening of Thursday, October 17, 2024, at around 5 PM. This was my first time at the urban-chic place which left a great first impression on me. Residing in San Francisco's downtown Four Seasons, we pulled into the hotel's garage for valet parking. We were the first to arrive and occupy a table at the swanky barroom with hardwood floors, wood paneled walls and granite top bar. We picked a nice spot at a half booth table next to a window with a city view. The cozy table adjacent to the fireplace also caught my eye as a luxurious place to lounge with drinks and bites. The entire floor, including the elegant restrooms, was polished and pristine during our visit. Ray ordered his usual Old Fashioned and I went with one of MKT's cocktails, the LAVENDER SOUR ($24). My purple drink topped with foam and edible poppies tasted as beautifully exquisite as it looked. Foo-foo drink with low alcohol content it was not; two or three of those down and I was enjoying a nice buzz. We were served complimentary small bowls of popcorn and nuts which were nice to munch on while we sipped on our alcoholic beverages. Manny was our excellent server. He was attentive and informative. We enjoyed our conversations with him as he waited on us. A delightful time we had at MKT's bar. The opulent ambiance, fancy cocktail menu and high-end service piqued my interest to dine at their restaurant one day.

The $72 hot dog tower, three lukewarm sausages on the bottom layer

Had a late lunch here so it was bar menu only. We had the $72 hot dog tower which is three sausages (hot dog, boudin blanc, merguez) with fries. The fries were cold and the hot dogs lukewarm and flavorless. We had guac before which was good. The service was fine. They need a better bar menu and better food. For two people with two soft drinks the tab came to over $200.

MKT in Four Seasons has so many wonderful holiday decorations, including a large christmas tree in the lobby and a festive bar. Though the service can be slower during holiday season, our staff had such great attitude when they served us dishes. The pasta and duck were phenomenal and I highly recommend getting the Pappardelle Pasta. Definitely one of the best pastas i've had. I would skip out on the Salmon Crudo but the Octopus was extremely flavorful. The sea bass was also really well made. Definitely a great place for a special celebration.

The Bauble bar at four seasons def has been receiving a lot of hype. You walk into the hotel and it's def very festive. The staff are all welcoming. Bauble itself is tucked away in the corner of the bar. A bit hard to find at first. Definitely a burst of the holidays in the tiny corner. Well dressed patrons..as it should be! Tried the Grinch, which had matcha, coconut, not too sweet or super strong. You only have an hour once you're in. Def would come back to the other festive drinks!

Beautiful spacious restaurant beautiful lounge on the fifth floor. The food service noise level was all fantastic. For 4 people the bill was about $620 that included alcohol.

The MKT Burger. I added bacon! Very delicious. Probably the best burger I've ever had!

I really enjoyed the burger here. It's delicious and on the bar bites menu. It had the freshest slice of tomato on it, with perfectly crispy lettuce and a high-quality, toasted bun. All crucial for an excellent burger. And of course quality meat. Beautiful bar/lounge area. Great staff/service. The ambiance is ideal. However, the prices are excessive. Guess you're also paying for the Four Seasons name!

Rarely do I review a restaurant mid-visit, before leaving or let alone finishing my food. But the hospitality of staff and quality of food, their attentiveness to detail in serving made up for the 15 minute delay and exceeded my every expectation. MKT embodies the luxury brand of Four Seasons and offers a wide range of brunch options. The Lady had their Dungeness crab Benedict, I had their breakfast burger, and we got buttermilk pancakes on the side. The Dungeness crab had a fresh seafood taste that was not overpowering with the eggs cooked to Benedict perfection, and the breakfast burger had a bacon marmalade which kept it on the breakfast side of the menu and extremely flavorful. The vibe of the restaurant is exclusive with the lobby, having more dim lighting, exploding into gorgeous large windows, letting in tons of natural light when you are seated. A special place I will most certainly return to in the future. Shout out to Yuri who visited with me and the Lady multiple times throughout our dining experience and made us feel exclusive and welcome. The way he treats his staff is equally admirable.

This is actually a really cool restaurant and bar located at the 4 seasons hotel in downtown San Francisco. The fish and cauliflower I ate was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in San Francisco for whatever reason. The service and the ambience of the place was excellent too. I give them 4 stars

Joined an event with a party of four strangers dining here. Restaurant is located in four season in the city. Took elevator up and got in to our table. This is a beautifully and tastefully decorated establishment with a city view. I went with halibut and chocolate dessert with glasses of brut. Champagne was nice and refreshing. Halibut was tender yet flavorful. My favorite was definitely the dessert. The marshmallow and the chocolate s'more on the dark plate was perfection. Service was great. Super attentive. I would like to come back again with my friends.

Delightful restaurant. Excellent service, wonderful staff. Food was delicious and Mothers Day brunch had an epic FREE dessert buffet. Lots of dessert choices and beautiful Pricing was reasonable for a top hotel

And now we welcome the new year. Full of things that have never been -- Rainer Maria Rilke A last minute reservation for NYE resulted in a lovely dinner at MKT. A 6 course second seating with music and DJ to ring in 2025. The food was excellent...particularly the tuna amuse bouche, caviar course, truffle pasta and wagyu tenderloin. View of SF was pretty and we got a deal on a half bottle of Ridge 2015 Montebello when my first choice (the cheaper choice) was sold out. The DJ was heavy on 60's - 70's almost novelty hits, could have used some more funk or Prince. Service was outstanding. A great dinner at the last moment :-) Highly recommended! At least on NYE :-)!

Armando, our waiter, made the experience very memorable with his remarkable service and gracious recommendations on what to order. Breakfast was decently priced for the area and we would definitely stop by again.

    Duck fat fries
    Leia H.

Review for the bar service only. 10pm time frame. Duck fat fries fried hard, felt burnt and greasy (though I clearly made something work). Chicken sliders also fried hard kind of burnt presentation, no seasoning on chicken, brioche bun saved the taste. First Edition cocktail was a good time. Attentive service and good ambience from Bauble bar with DJ.

I would never do it any other way because the caviar with banana bread especially was so worth it. the chocolate-less banana bread slices were pan fried so the outside was crispy while the inside was still soft and the flavor combination with the caviar and whipped miso butter was perfect. the croquettes were also stand outs among the appetizers. the flavor of the croquette with the hibachi mustard was mind blowing, especially for our party since we normally don't like croquettes. I also liked the seasoned potato chips with plenty of dip (I very much appreciate that you can indulge as much as you'd like!) and beef tartare with ikura that you could make into hand rolls. the oysters also had a nice balance of flavors! we then moved on to the second part of the meal which included short rib, fried rice with Thai basil, hamachi collar, and dumplings. The short rib with caramelized onions was the star of the show: melt in your mouth with an indescribably delicious flavor. they also brought out figs paired with creamy burrata and a crunch from the hazelnut to go with their fluffy milk bread! at the end of the meal they gave us a soft serve, basque cheesecake, and peach jasmine kakigori shaved ice with tapioca pearls! they poured melted chocolate over the top of the soft serve at the table which is so fun and it hardened into a delicious shell the amount of food we got was incredibly generous and I felt treated so well for my birthday! overall, Ernest blew me away with their great service and beautiful ambiance. you can tell that each dish was carefully crafted and so much thought was put into the flavor and texture combinations as well as presentation. A charming little bistro inspired by the Marlowe cows, I'm assuming, managed to stun us with several memorable dishes. The warm deviled eggs were an excellent start. Savory yet delicate enough to not weigh us down right at the beginning of our meal. The horseradish aioli wasn't for me, but I can see its appeal for a certain audience. You give me a Calabrian chili sauce and it's guaranteed to make me happy and this shrimp with sweet corn was no exception. Again, light but a punchy flavor that was enjoyable. I could go on and on about the different dishes we tried but the real standout of the night was the pork tenderloin with chorizo and peaches. The sweetness from the peaches somehow managed to enhance the flavor of the chorizo. This dish gives you a bold, savory and sweet bite all together but still won't have you feeling super heavy. The portion size is perfect. Im hoping to return soon for another exquisite meal.

Most of the staff was friendly, and our server was excellent - very attentive and efficient with drinks and apps arriving quickly. Unfortunately, as we were on our last round of drinks (I had a full cocktail left), a male staff came over and told us they need the table back in 10 minutes, and our server immediately brought the check. I was confused esp since there were two empty tables nearby and he didn't approach the other table that was seated around the same time as us. I later found the fine print on my rezzies about the 2-hour table max which wasn't mentioned when we were seated. Regardless, we still had about 30 mins left. Afterwards, I spoke with Mia at the hotel's front desk. She was very apologetic, looked into the situation right away, and kindly offered a round of drinks on our next visit. Overall, we had a great time at R&B Wednesday, and I thought the prices were fair for solid apps and drinks...for a rooftop bar. It was disappointing that our evening was cut short tho. Highly recommend Wildseed for both the amazing food and exceptional hospitality. A special shout-out to Daniel for always going above and beyond!
