CONS: - The only freaking CON is the seating policy. If we are asking for a table for 4 people, and we have 3 waiting and present, WHY IN THE HELL can't we be seated while the last person is looking for parking?!?! It's not like you have tables here that ONLY seat 3 people. FINAL THOUGHTS: - I will say that this location has much better parking, but the Fullerton establishment appears to be slightly smaller than its Garden Grove counterpart. What a glow up from Garden Grove. We ate lunch on a Friday and there was no wait. Everything was new and shiny. Super clean and booth seats had their bounce and youth. I didn't feel like I had to talk loudly over the restaurant noise which was very nice. Hot tea was available on our table before we sat down. We placed our order quickly. They have the tasting portion of cold noodles when you order the full size cold noodles so we got to try both versions. Just the same as Garden Grove. We also go the marinated short ribs. It was delicious as always. We didn't finish one meat plate, 1 full order of noodles, and 2 small bowls between the 2 of us. But I don't think there's enough for 3 people. The staff works like a well oiled machine here. They were very attentive and brought out food/water at the right time. But parking is pretty bad here too even though you have the entire plaza. I've been coming here since they opened. Absolutely love it. Never had a single bad experience. Always left full and happy after a good meal. It's not all you can eat here, but the portions are great and we always get the cold noodles to finish off. Yes, there generally will be a wait but the rotation is fast here. The longest I waited was about 30-40 minutes during peak busy time I've come with friends and with family, and the servers are super nice and efficient. The last time I went we got Jack, he was super friendly. I especially liked how he cooked the meat for us, letting us know when it was medium rare if we preferred that or offering to keep cooking if we prefer more well done. I normally don't eat the pieces of meat that are taken off the short rib bone, but he cooked it and explained it to us in a way that made me curious enough to try and it was good! I love that they give you the small slices of pancakes and the pasta salad was really tasty. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. Smiles all around and the place is super clean. There was a wait but we only waited like 15 mins around 6:30pm so it wasn't all that bad. We got the prime non marinated combo, the brisket was good quality and had the right amount of fat. The service is incredible. So quick and polite. They provide great suggestions and work with you on menu items if you have any restrictions. This was our first stop, coming down from the Bay today and we were NOT disappointed. After arriving at prime dinner time (530pm) we were on the waitlist that quickly grew, ~35min later our party of 4 was called in and we were immediately greeted with what was to be an everlastingly great dining experience with our server Jack. Because it's always difficult if I want to eat the spicy or the regular noodles but this allows me to try both kinds. What an amazing service!!!
