Props to MOD pizza. Nice to have a place open till 10pm in Foothill Ranch. Staff is super friendly! Came in at the end of the night after a long day. We were the last guests of the night and everything felt like they just opened. Pizza was great, garlic bread strips were awesome thanks to our artisan pizza makers Cindy and Gary!! When I arrived at Mod Pizza last night, I was amazed at how fast and excellent the service was. They food was great, and I'm telling you, it was made in a snap! Along with the pizza, I also bought the No Name Cake, witch is a chocolate cake with some filling in the middle. It was about the size of a Twinkie or Choco Pie. That was so amazing! The employees working behind the counter were slow and really skimped with toppings. There are also a ton of people doing the orders and only one guy watching the pizzas and taking them out. Cool new place, was hoping for a great pizza experience. I thought it was too salty so I asked if they sprinkled salt on the pizza once it was done, and the employee said yes. He offered to redo the pizza so I agreed. The next pizza came out and I asked if they added salt and they confirmed that it didn't have added salt. I thought it was as salty as the first pizza. I threw away the pizza almost whole because i didn't want to make a big deal, not worth the frustration. Bummer, I really wanted to like this place! read more

I wish I could give this place five stars but there are definitely something that this place needs to work on. First, they are very unorganized. The worker that is working the first station only does the sauce and that is it. They need to know how to move the line faster for the customers. And when my family and I were ready to pay they had no idea which pizzas's were ours. They need to figure out a better system for check out. Also, when they call your name when your pizza is ready you can barely hear your name. I went with a group of 6 and the pizzas were all differently cooked. Most of them were doughy and my mom and I's were very think and crunchy. Lastly, the pizza is very good here. My family and I do like it a lot better then Blaze but this place definitely needs to work on there customer service. read more

The two stats are for below average customer service and the tact they try to be cheap on toppings. The little guy with the earring on his forehead was rude. They put so little cheese and toppings and when you want more they make a big deal out of it. At the price if they are going to be cheap about toppings I will not come back. read more

First time to go to Mod Pizza and it did not disappoint. Initially ordered the pizza (Internet order) to go but once we got there, by 3 year old son wanted to eat at Mod Pizza. They quickly got the pizzas on plates and were extremely helpful / pleasant. The pizza was excellent and the restaurant clean with a good culture. They have local pictures and school mascots (go Chargers!) on one of the walls. The price was great too!! I'll definitely be back! read more

I work locally and this is my 4th visit since it opened up about a month ago. I want to give this place 5 stars but.... I just watched a kid flattening the dough drop the dough plate on the floor, picked it up off the dirty floor and then continued to reuse it. Couldn't get anyone's attention to help me out with a side of ranch because it seemed like some high school gossip club. They won't let you make any additions to their pizza salad. Went in to get two(2) pizzas and came out with three(3)! When one pozza went into the over the dough tore and created a small hole in the pizza. The cook gave us a the same ingredients on a boxed pizza on the house. Definitely coming back! Great service. read more

We were so glad when MOD opened here in Foothill Ranch. MOD has easy parking, outdoor eating is available, but we requested the heater to be turnedon and both were broken. Always fresh food and a large selection of toppings. Josh and Sierra were very nice and gave our Pizza's special attention. If ya want softer or harder crust, this is the place...just tell them and they will take it out of the oven sooner if ya want. MOD has cool, older rock n roll music on for us to relate to and kick it with family. Although soda refills are free, the one size cup is small and ya have to refill it several times. For a small bottle of Coca Cola and a bottle of Ginger ale it was $5.99. The selection of bottled soda is good though. The pizza prices are reasonable and the salads are good too.. read more

This place has bomb pizza but I'm super sad that they changed the way they make their Mega pizza. It's no longer thin crust stacked on top of each other with cheese & sauce in the middle. It's now like an average thick crust and it completely changed the pizza. Sad :( read more

This place is awesome. I loved that it was all you wanted toppings and for a reasonable price. I wish there were more crust options (aside from gluten free), but I get it that they have it advertised as "super fast", so thicker crust would negate that. Overall I'm excited that we have this place, customer service was off the hook, selection abounded, and the drink options were great. Went to Mod Pizza for the first time yesterday and we all loved it. I was thrilled to see that they have a "mini" option so that each of my kids could make their own pizza. My picky eater loves making her pizza exactly how she will eat it and she devoured her pizza. I had no issues with "skimping on toppings" like some have complained of. If I wanted more of something I asked for more and they added more. Definitely will be going back and soon! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! What ever did we do before they came to Foothill Ranch? My family and I LOVE coming here, and we come often. They smash the customer service, always so friendly, and smiling and just good people. Tonight I came in to try something new and Garrett and Emily made us the best pizza EVER. I love Garretts friendly personality to all the guests, and I love the attention that Emily gives to making the pizzas for the customers. She is so cool, she takes the toppings and crumbles them perfectly on the pizza, I LOVE that and everybody here makes me smile. The pizza is fast, delicious and couldn't be better. My family and I love pizza but not just any pizza, after being serviced by MOD it's hard to go anywhere else. Thank you for having such a great staff, and a fun environment not only for your workers but for the customers too. I love Garrett's hats and everybody seems like they are family, it's a great space there too, and sitting outside is awesome. This MOD is a great one! Fresh ingredients and friendly (and patient!) staff make every visit a pleasure. The lemonades are great and I love their buffalo sauce- highly recommend it! Can get pretty busy in the evenings but it has always been worth the wait in those cases. In fact, if the line is long and it feels like you're waiting a lot- it's usually not the staff's fault.
