Had mini pizza. Excellent service and quality. Staff very friendly and cooperative.pizza is very well cooked and beverage quality is also excellent.

Orders take out got burned pizza. 1 order of bread sticks 1 kids pizza and 2 mod size and out of all 4 boxes the cheese and pineapple pizza is back on the bottom. I can understand people not agreeing with my choice in pizza it doesn't mean I deserve to be treated differently. Kids were troopers and ate the pizza anyway don't recommend heres photos of my pizza compared to the rest in the order it feels very intentional.

This is my second time being here the first time was really long ago now I remember why I don't like this place. Idk what this is but this is not pizza. Idk what to say but it just wasn't flavorful. It was BLAND BLAND BLAND. Customer service was really friendly though I give them that so one star for customer service. Would I come back here? Definitely not in a million years. Not if it was the last place on earth to buy a pizza. If I was a starving homeless person on the streets and if you gave me this pizza you would have to pay me to eat it.

Nothing particularly wrong with the establishment but for me, the pizza was not worth the price. Unless you're there because of a gluten related allergy, I probably wouldn't recommend it as I've had better pizza just about anywhere else.

I went here fifteen minutes before closing, expecting staff who were jaded and ready to close. To my surprise all the staff were kind and funny and took the time to explain how their store worked since this was my first time at Mod. So huge thank you to Haylie and Maddie for being amazing! My kids love creating their own pizzas at MOD. They even carry dairy free cheese, which is awesome since my daughter is allergic to milk. I really like their salads. The staff is always friendly and they're usually pretty quick to get the orders out. read more

I always order the Caesar salad with grilled chicken on a pizza crust. The crust is crisp and chewy just how I like it, but the chicken was pretty scarce. The beverage selection included the usual sodas, but also had a lightly sweetened pear ice tea as well as a marionberry lemonade. This place is my go to place for salad but today had a bad experience. Just wanted a large salad n got confused when kid grabbed to containers. Ask what he was doing n he said we don't have the bigger containers. I said i just want the large bowl there in a to go containers in case i don't finish it. Other kid injected you did ask for the mega salad. Well sorry i want that size. The irrated kid then asked what type of greens. I said no greens just go over here to cheese n meat he asked again what greens. MODs does not have iceberg lettuce so i never get lettuce. Kid was rude. Next time i will go to Red Robin for a salad. read more

I've been to this restaurant several times and the food is consistently good. While the pizzas are great, the seasonal salads are fantastic! I just had the Greek Salad and it was delicious. My boyfriend and I come here most times we take a Costco trip and every single time the pizza is incredible and the service is so great! Every one is super nice and accommodating. I do have to brag about how amazing Vickie is in particular, she's the manager and when we ordered a shake, AFTER WE PAID, she asked if we had tried the pineapple strawberry secret menu shake and offered to make it for free for us to try. So great to have a place like this in Woodland! Perfect when you don't have the same preference in toppings as your eating buddies. All the ingredients are fresh and sauces were tasty. I came here with a friend, and we had a really good time. The atmosphere was nice and easy going. We ordered the pizza, and it came out quickly. I LOVE the Tyler pizza! This is my favorite place to get pizza in Woodland! They reliably have good, affordable vegan options and plenty of tasty things for any omnivores in the party. Also, I've been here for a fundraiser and I've paid to have their pizzas delivered through DoorDash. I've found the staff consistently gets my complicated pizza order right and they are always happy to help with any special requests (i.e., cutting into more slices or putting an order "for here" in a box). read more

Pizza tasted great (both of them).........when I got them. I ordered 2 pizza's online, 1 1/2 hours before I set it to be picked up at. Pick up time was 5:30pm 2/28/17. I arrived at 5:40pm, asked where my pizza's were? No one knew. Finally someone said they were in the oven, "ok how much longer"? No idea again........so I wait, wait, wait, about 10 minutes later I'm given one of my pizza's, the other one isn't ready yet. 5 minutes later I'm given the second pizza, with a half hearted "sorry for your wait". All of this was by the employee cutting the pizza's, never saw a manager. But I probably couldn't have spotted one since no one had name tags on either. I understand this was the second day of opening, but I'm sure they have all gone through training for this?? It was busy, but not crazy busy. WAY too many employees that seem to not know what was going on anywhere. I will go back, because it was a good pizza. But if this happens again, I won't be back a third time. Also a sign designating where to pick up an online order would be VERY helpful. Maybe a dedicated person to handle those orders from start to finish. read more

I first experienced the make-your-own pizza model at Blaze, so that was my mindset coming in as the gold standard. Overall, I still prefer Blaze: I think the crust has a superior taste and texture; it also magically stays crisp. However, Mod turns out a respectable product and I appreciate the simpler pricing structure. I also like being served on a plate. I'd come again, but wouldn't make a special trip. The restaurant was clean (although the washroom toilet needed some attention) and well stocked. For my tastes, the music was too loud. read more

Came in on grand opening day! It's a really large restaurant which I wasn't expecting. A lot of space to stretch out including an outpost seating area. They're fully staffed and movin' quick, extremely friendly! I ordered a Margherita pizza and my partner ordered a Tristan with pepperoni. It came out super fast and hot. The Tristan came without 2 of 6 ingredients on it. It's grand opening day so that stuff happens! It won't keep me from coming back. Very nice staff that made it right immediately. read more

I love the MOD pizza in Woodland!!! I always pick this as my #1 date spot. So yummy and the atmosphere is great the line always goes fairly quickly and the servers are always friendly. Food is A+ and I really like it that they have games to play available. I think every time I've gone in they've had someone go around to each table to clean, take trash away, and ask guests how their food is. They really know how to connect with their guests. First time here.. very disappointed with service. Hardly any cheese on pizza.. all you see is crust. They ended up giving some other pizza that had been sitting there when they realized how long I had been standing there. They knew it was a to go order and just put pizza in box and threw on counter. They didn't even put lid or have it partially on like they did for other customers. They need to work on their customer service! read more

This is pretty cool quick service pizza place. I really like creating my own when I go. You have all the basic pizza options but they even have options to put corn (yummm!) or broccoli (makes me think of Inside Out). A mini size is perfect to eat and I almost always have left overs. The wait to get the pizza after you're done ordering it is super fast. They rotate beers on tap and on Tuesdays they have $2 beers which is pretty sweet. You can also get a MOD sticker and write whatever on it and out it anywhere in the restaurant. read more

I ran out of Diet Coke (full to the top with ice) and didn't want to ask for more bc I didn't want to deal with the guy again. I spent a minute trying to wipe off the sloppy guac spread and I'm eating a very large salty meal while thirsty because I ran out of fountain Diet Coke halfway through and didn't want to talk to the guy again, to ask him for more. At any other burger place (and I'm literally a yelp elite member), they either 1) give plenty of ketchup the first time I ask, 2) they ask "is that enough ketchup?", or they 3) provide self service ketchup. Virtually all restaurants do this because they understand that obsession over customer service optimizes for customer lifetime value, creates happy customers, and only costs them 12 cents. They've perhaps lost hundreds of future dollars from me because I spend an enormous amount eating out and am literally working one block away. I don't know if he owns it or just works there. This was on 7/26 at ~4PM. He would not be f****** bothered. I tipped him 20% too, up front, showing him that I expected at least reasonable service. And remember, they don't even walk the order to you. You walk up to the kitchen and order. You find your own seat, clean up after yourself, and place the tray in a designated area after you're done. I'm okay with all that, but not for a 20% up front tip with rude service. Won't be coming back even though it's profoundly convenient bc it's near a bunch of fantastic businesses I regularly frequent and enjoy. I hated my experience here. Could've had a great customer. The good: The pizzas are great. The concept of building your own pizza and having it served up on a delicious crispy crust in just a few minutes is excellent. They also have an excellent selection of drinks at their self-serve beverage station. Try the lemonade! The not-as-good: They claim to be fast food - and they are indeed quite fast in making the pizza. The problem here is that the customers are not fast in ordering the pizza. The line gets long and does not move quickly. So it's not really "fast pizza" when that happens. We spent over 30 minutes in line waiting for the chance to order (it was around 5:45pm). This is not a deal breaker, just know of this weakness and plan accordingly. And to be fair, we went for lunch one day and had no wait. Went there on Monday on the 28th of March and I LOVED it!!!! Great concept. It reminded me of Subway how you go down the line telling the person how to make the sandwhiches but you do it with pizza. I ordered the Mod pizza which was a good size personal pizza and it was great. Really surprised on how everyone working there all energetic and happy to be there unlike some of the other places around there. The service was great the food was great. I have eaten at this location probably 40 times or more as I eat here about 80% of the days i work. I really enjoy the pizza but even more the staff is friendly and helpful. I wish they had a tip line on the receipt as I don't carry cash but would love to show my appreciation. I really would love if they implemented in the future.
