I love this restaurant! I'm in the area a lot because I have frequent appointments at the nearby medical center, and I always stop by Moe's Deli for a quick meal. First and foremost: their sandwiches are delicious! My personal favorites are the turkey provolone and the honey mustard chicken. The service is quick and the staff are warm and friendly with all of their customers, regardless of the weather outside or how busy it is, and they've made this place very welcoming and one of the brightest parts of coming to Orange for my doctor's appointments. I've loved Moe's original location for years, and I'm stoked he has one over here in Orange too! My brother lives nearby, so the location is super convenient. Moe is great, the employees are always nice and knowledgeable, and the food is fantastic. I honestly dedicated one day a week as "Moe's Day", and while I have my favorite custom sandwich, I go regularly enough to try something new pretty regularly. We've always enjoyed the sandwiches and service at the original Moe's Deli and visiting their second location today was no exception! The Dutch crunch bread has always been a favorite, but today we tried their French bread, which we learned is baked fresh daily, with both our sandwiches. It did not disappoint with the French Dip and the Hot Pastrami and we were left super satisfied and full (even with the smaller 8" option)! The French Dip is layer with roasted garlic aioli, tender ribbons of steak, sautéed onions, savory mushrooms and double Swiss cheese. Served with au jus which moistens the already soft bread, but doesn't reduce the integrity of the perfectly crunchy French bread crust. The Hot Pastrami consists of mayo, mustard, naval black pastrami, double Swiss cheese, sautéed onions, crisp pickles and we added bacon because let's be honest... bacon slaps. The meat was succulent and the flavors melded together perfectly! We also tried their Persian Beans & Noodle Soup or Ash reshteh. This soup with a medley of lentils and herbs was intensely aromatic and tasted super nutritious! Next visit we definitely want to try the Lobster Melt and the Broccoli Cheddar Soup! read more

Was disappointed to find out Quiznos had closed. But my co-worker told me about this place and said it was pretty good. This place is great. Used to be a Quiznos I believe but this is so much better. They first opened when my husband and I were living just down the street. Took several months to finally check them out and when I finally did I was so bummed I hadn't gone sooner. My fave is the Cabo Turkey on the Dutch crunch - must try the Dutch crunch! My husband has selected different sandwiches each time we go and they are always delicious. We no longer live in the area, but when we have the opportunity, we make sure to stop by for a bite. Moe's sandwiches kept me alive and happy during a recent hotel stay in the area. The Philly cheesesteak was good but I wouldn't get it again as it lacked that real Philly cheesesteak flavor. Don't get me wrong I still ate the whole thing. I actually got three sandwiches, a salad with quinoa, nuts, cheese and fruit, and a delicious Persian soup called ash reshte that was packed with healthy beans and vegetables. The three sandwiches I had were the Philly cheese, the Lobster melt, and the standout, the Cabo turkey sandwich. The lobster melt was tasty and fresh and the dressing/binder was light and not goopy. The Cabo sandwich was amazing though. I loved the even heat of the chipotle sauce and the jalapeños and the overall sandwich was perfectly balanced. The sandwiches are pretty big too! It took myself and two girl friends about a day and a half to finish everything. But surprisingly we didn't get pallet fatigue because of the delicious and unique side options. They offer so many healthy salads and soups to go along with their sandwiches instead of the norm at sandwich shops which is French fries or tater tots. The addition of the healthy sides made Moe's really stand out to me. The Ash Reshte soup was a real surprise and a success! It was packed with fiber rich vegetables and the broth wasn't salty so no one woke up with swollen faces the next morning. I ordered through their website and when I arrived my food was ready to go. Not a lot of chit chat from the cashier just a "have a great rest of the night everyone!" Suits me just fine. Can here while staying at the Ayres hotel right next door. Wish I had come here sooner and also ordered online. Got the steak salad with light dressing and it was really good and the price is great! You can get peppers like banana peppers to make it nice and tangy. The young man at the counter was friendly and personable. The people making the food a little less so. Plenty of parking.
