The eggs were runny like they're supposed to be and they were covered in a delicious hollandaise sauce. My son said even the onion was cooked perfectly lol I had the steak ranchero omelet. It was packed with meat that had been marinated in the sauce and was perfectly paired with hash browns to soak up the extra sauce. It also came with a fresh out of the oven home made buttery biscuit. I didn't get any pics because we were too excited to eat but I definitely want to give them credit where credit is due and hope they stick around for a long time!

The lobster Benedict was generous and rich, and the French toast impressed my wife who has high standards when it comes to French toast.
