Close to home, so I was pretty excited to see another pizza place opening up. Started looking at some of the reviews of other locations and it got my hopes up a bit. Well... after trying a slice I do not get it. I would probably take Mountain Mikes over Dominoes, but that is not really saying much. I found the pizza to be rather bland (pepperonis had a great taste). The reviews from my wife and teenage son were the same as well. We will try it again. After all, it is a new location so maybe there are some kinks to work out. Perhaps the secret is to get a 30" pizza and maybe it will not be so much dough? I will update my review once we give this another shot. Fingers crossed we just had bad luck due to growing pains. read more

The pizza was fantastic. I have had Mountain Mike's plenty. I ordered the Mozzarella sticks. And they didn't even cook them! All 8 were just taken out of the bag/container and stuck in the box. That is the simplest thing and they unfortunately managed to mess that up. Really dissapointing to spend close to $10 for raw uncooked sticks. Edit: Saw this also happened to someone else. Figured I should post receipts. I was so excited to see us get a Mountain Mikes. They are the only place locally that has the proper pepperoni that curls just right during cooking. So if you order pizza I say go for it. But if they can't get mozarella sticks right I am EXTREMELY concerned about how they handle their chicken wings. That's why I gave a low score. Given this isn't the first complaint over this and it still is an issue I have some concerns. Hoping they can/will fix this issue. Because that isn't a good start. read more

Nice little place near the village. Nice friendly staff. My wife and I got two pizzas, wings, and churros. The chicken pizza we got was delicious and the combination pizza we got was okay since it was about the same as idaho pizza to me. The wings were really good to me but my wife said they were too saucy, I like saucy and the flavor was good. The churros were okay to me as I was hoping for a little more crunch and chewy inside. I would highly recommend the chicken pizzas they have as the white garlic sauce is yummy! read more

Went here for the first time. Unimpressed. Restaurant was dirty. (See pics) Almost no place to sit because of dirty tables. 4 people working and just flirting around with the female employee. Lobby floor was dirty. This is not the Mountain Mikes I remember going to years ago. Very disappointed. Pizza was very saucy and not much cheese. I would not recommend this pizza place. Loved the Star location of Mountain Mikes Pizza.. thought this Eagle road location would be the same.. Turns out it's not. We ordered a small pizza and salad bars. We started with the salads and that is where we had an issue.. the salad had brown slimy dark pieces of lettuce mixed throughout. As if the bag of lettuce was old or stored incorrectly. The poor girl at the counter tried to fix the issue with the boys in the back.. can you believe that they told her "No we are not gunna re-cut the lettuce". She had to come back out with the tub of rotten looking lettuce and tell us that they would not allow her to fix it.. she had to put this disgusting looking lettuce back in the salad bar.. can anyone say food safety!! And by the way, trying to pull out the slimy disgusting pieces doesn't make the rest of the lettuce safe. They actually made her pick out the gross slimy pieces like that would be fine. We just got our pizza.. it looked amazing or we thought.. RAW FOOD the sausage was raw!! Pink and fatty Raw.. nothing was correct.. what the heck.. I really home we don't get sick from eating here.. the Central District Health Department should stop by and check this place for food safety.. perhaps I'll make a recommendation.. read more

Pizza was pretty good but this place is so filthy dirty I can't go there again. Food all over the floor, no soap in bathrooms, dirty wash rags sitting on sink in bathroom and did I mention the restaurant floor?!? Half eaten pizza crusts and just filth on the floors. If it looks that bad in the public places, it must be especially awful where they make the food. There were plenty of employees standing around in mid afternoon so they can't use the busy excuse. The tomato sauce was to sweet, and but the other stuff is good,and the cooky pizzas are to sweet.

Went in for lunch on a Sunday at 1145, only one other table was seated, so not busy. By 1230, there were 6 tables sat. The staff (both of them) were great. The wings were typical, nothing special but good nevertheless. Churros were good, but the mozzarella sticks were cold and unappealing. Overall, the pizza was good eating and the staff were helpful and friendly, but it took 45 minutes for the first app and an hour for the first pizza to come out. We might go back, if we're not too hungry. Management needs to rethink what it takes to provide an overall positive experience here; two people, as awesome as they were, can't handle the lunch rush. read more

Best pizza in the treasure valley and not for the reasons you might be thinking. It comes down to ingredients, flavor, and service. Most places have decent ingredients and somewhat consistent flavors, but this Mountain Mike's location has something that makes them rise above the rest...their customer level service. I ordered a pizza through their website and went into pick it up. They had a problem finding my order and did something that shocked me; they refunded my order and made my pizzas on the spot. Not only that, but they were also so sincere about their apology I could tell how deeply they cared. Thank you for your amazing pizza and your exception customer service!! read more

We love the ir Great pizza, and they have Thin Crust too! The convos are creative, drinks are either in the bottle or refillable fountain settings. The staff are helpful and cheerful, clean restaurant, big screen tvs all with different sports. Mini arcade in the back, free convenient parking and great location in front of Lowe's. Let's see...... I ordered a mini personal pizza, a one trip salad bar and a soda and it was $27!!!!!! That one trip salad bar consisted of the bottom of the container of lettuce that was wet and over half of the salad toppings were empty. We finished our salads and continued to wait for another 20 min before my mini pizza showed up. The restaurant was so cold we ate one piece of pizza and took the rest to go. The pizza was ok. Very good pizza! They just opened here in Meridian (3rd day I believe) and we ordered the Chicken Club and the Pikes Peak - both were fabulous! Lots of meat/pepperoni on the Pikes Peak and the creamy garlic sauce on the Chicken Club was great! We also liked how they were sliced - perfect size pieces - not too small or too large! This placed was recommended to us by our neighbors from Northern CA. Great pizza and exceptional service! I ordered online in May and their oven stopped working when I arrived for pick up. The staff was very apologetic and offered a refund. Fortunately my pizza was cooked but others were not. The sincerity expressed by the young staff was exceptional which led to some very understanding customers. I have also stopped by for their lunch buffet and it is worth every penny! A little more advertising such as a banner on Eagle Rd would definitely attract more customers. Kudos to this young staff that has always been so kind!! Keep up the good work!! read more

Four employees were standing at the counter laughing and joking around meanwhile the used dishes tub was full and tables were left unclean. If you're from CA and craving the MM pepperoni pie, you might leave a little disappointed. Gave three stars for the kind staff, clean atmosphere and decent flavor, but took two off for the lack of toppings. I really wish I had taken my pics before everyone grabbed their pieces, but the few I did take don't measure up to my expectations. Tried Mountain Mike's for the 1st time last night. The pizza was good but not great. While both my date and I liked the crisp crust we also both thought the sauce was a little lacking in flavor and there was not enough cheese on the pizza. Service was nothing to write home about. There was only a few tables seated and it still took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. Nobody bothered to check on us while waiting or while eating either. While there was a good amount of toppings I think the price was not a good value for dining in. I could have had a better quality pizza delivered for about the same price from either Idaho Pizza or Chicago Connection without having to use a rewards app. Don't think this is a place I would frequent. read more

Dirty. Slow. Horrible Salad Bar looks like it has had fresh items dumped on stale items. Raisins were rock hard and no fresh ones. Garbanzo beams dried and brown. Artichoke hearts did not look edible. Salad dressings hardened on top. Had to dig for fresh beets and eggs. read more

Just visited this location and there was not 1 customer in there- with that being said the lobby floor was seriously so dirty and not only needed to be swept but looked like it hadn't been mopped in days. The restrooms were dirty as well. No toilet paper, no toilet liners and #2 splatter everywhere. Hate to see how the kitchen looks. read more

Today was our first visit. We arrived at 12:45 and ordered a small pepperoni pizza to share. It took over 20 minutes to get it but the wait was worth it. Loved the crust and the toppings were good. We would have had the salad bar but it looked awful. The lettuce (nearly empty) was sitting in over an inch of water. It looked like it had been frozen. The spinach looked nasty, as well. In the 50 minutes that we were there, not one of the 5 guys that came out from the back to chitchat at the counter, made any effort to restock the salad. No one bussed the 3 dirty tables that sat empty during the whole time we were there. By reading other reviews, it seems these issues are nothing new. For the price, their salad bar should be top notch to compete with their neighboring restaurants. They're missing the boat! read more

It's currently 11:52 am and I was just told my pizza's would be another 15 minutes..... 1 person has come in for a carry out order and there are 2 people sitting in a booth..... Mountain Mikes pizza has always been one of my favorites. But the last 2-3 times I've been, their timeliness and professionalism has been poor. Ordered on the app for carry out. On the app it said 30 min, we got to the store for pickup about 25 min after ordering the pizza. Checked in they told me 10 min max it would be ready. Let 10 min go by and I checked in again, they told me it will be about 20 minutes, when I was told 10 minutes, 10 minutes ago. And this point we had sat at the store for 35 minutes. Oh and they had forgotten toppings on a menu pizza that I had ordered. The cashier didn't even know if there was supposed to be a certain topping on a pizza from the menu. There needs to be training done and improvement on the service/timeliness of this location. read more

Genuinely enjoyed their pizza! Don't get me wrong, we usually go to Idaho Pizza and sometime even Marco's but there's just something wonderfully different about Mountain Mike's. We got the McKinley and it was AMAZING! I also want to say here that we ordered online on a Friday and when we picked up, my goodness this place was busy! Totally warms our heart to see they are getting great foot traffic. While picking up, we observed rude customers who were complaining about the wait time (what do you expect lady?! They were slammed with orders) and the staff were incredibly nice and patient while making amends by giving the lady two free pizzas. We ordered the pepperoni pizza & mozzarella sticks. When they both came out, it looked like the mozzarella sticks hadn't even been fried. When we picked one up, it was cold. So we took them back up to the front. The just agreed & said ok. It took awhile & we finished with our pizza but still hadn't gotten the mozzarella sticks back. Went back up to see if they would just refund us for the sticks. They refunded us our entire meal!! AH-MAZING customer service!! That doesn't seem to exist anymore. The pizza was delicious. To be honest, we were super excited to get a mountain mikes in the valley. It's some of our favorite pizza. We have order from them several times since they have opened, my husband has ordered a couple of times for his employees. Today we called to get pizza delivered and were told they will only deliver within a 3 mile radius of their location. We are 3.9 miles from them so they will not deliver. I understand staffing shortages, gas prices, etc... but really a 3 mile radius? We will give our business and our tips to a business that wants to actually offer service to their customers. read more

We decided to try out Mountain Mike's, we were less tha impressed. Restaurants bathrooms were filthy, the door to the kitchen was open, which was back by the bathrooms and there was boxes of food on the floor, which was far from clean. There were several people working but were far from paying attention to customers needs. When I was looking for someone to get another drink, I observed some of the crew sitting on the cooking prep area counters glued to their phones, they noticed me after standing at the counter for about 5 minutes. When our pizza came out we had to send it back due to being luke warm at best, wings were nothing to write home about. There are plenty of pizza options out there, this will not be one of ours. read more
