Zero star if I could! Staffs including the manager (whoever was in charge name Ali?) are unprofessional and rude. No customer servicing skills at all. They didn't have what I ordered and never bothered with a courtesy notice. I only found out when I arrived for pick-up that they made the decision for me to change my order. Wasted almost an hour of my life trying to resolve the issues. They just ignored you. They would not reimburse me for messing up my order. I recently order from this location for my son's Tball party and I was so happy I did! The service was top notch. The person on the phone helped me select the best size pizzas and even helped me to stay within my budget. I was able to place my order ahead of time and they delivered on time and even called me before so I could meet them in the parking lot of my location. I took my grandsons and my nephews for pizza last Friday, which is something I do every couple of months. I was really impressed with the attentiveness we received as soon as we arrived, and everything was clean and bright! I ordered a pizza and some salads and asked for some water cups. I received the plates and cups and the young man said we could help ourselves to soda if we'd like and he took a few bucks off of the pizza! I will not be going back to this location. The people working inside were VERY friendly, however I severely question their shady business tactics. I ordered 2 large pizzas using their "40% off any large Super Bowl Special. In the first picture you can see the price that it would cost online with no discount. The second pic is what they actually charged me. I'm no Mathematician, but I can definitely tell you that's not 40% off. When I questioned it before paying I was given some crazy answer about how they do t set the prices on the website to show promotions. So what the hell was I getting 40% off of? ok so heres the context and a general checklist. context: going to meet my brothers after work to have pizza for one of their bdays. checklist: 1) the staff (it was two guys) first approached me by saying: did you order/what do you want? rather, i find its more professional to ask "how I can help/may i take your order. ". 2) im waiting for my brothers to arrive, one of the two shows up. then the same staffer immediately rushed with something to the effect: do you know your order? what do you want to order? again, hospitality at an awkward level. for the record we already talked about we wanted to get in previous conversations: a Mt. Chicken Club and whatever apps the bday wanted to pile on. one staffer showed me a old menu, ie the Mt was $35.99 i think, then the screen on wall showed $47.99. so lets say its + 20% ok sure, but the quality didnt meet the price either. our order: Mt Chicken Club, garlic knots, bbq 1/2lb boneless wings. the wings came first, they were inconsistent. my brother spit one out because it was cold/raw in the center. i had a few where the center was warmish but the edges were cold. so my brother tells the staff about this: staffer responds with "I cooked this twice.". ok so either youre telling me your equipment is wrong/needs maintenance for the heating element or you cant identify raw/cold food. staff gives us a weird stare then proceeds to take whatever remaining wings we had back says "ill make a new batch". our batch came after the garlic knots anx then mt. Chicken club. pretty confident he didnt throw out the the whole order and just added new wings to it. it came about 15-20 mins later. staffer said " i cooked it 3 times this time." and its funny bc the wings had crispy/crunch to it this time around. shouldve taken video/photo. garlic knots were ok, cooked fine. for the records ive worked at Mountain Mikes before, know the weighing of ingredients and flavor for sure. i used to enjoy the lunch buffets. Mt Chicken Club review: -barely any flavor from the "creamy garlic sauce.". couldnt tell is was even present. -the green onions, bacon, tomatoes were very frugal. -dough cooked alright. the takeaway: cup half full. salad bar: they had pepperoni. usually its bacon right? ive never seen pepperoni at a salad bar lol. also they had chili flake shakers, parmesan cheese was only packets, which is weird too. i shouldve taken photos. definitely wont go back again, or at least to this location. i wouldve never thought i couldve spent that $100 for somewhere else, literally there was a cool taqueria next door. read more

That didn't help this review but wouldn't have made much of a difference. Ordered a large White Robbers Roost with 6 Sweet thai chilli chicken wings to be delivered about 1.6 miles. They had a promo, Large Pizza get 6 wings free. I saw everywhere that delivery time was about 45 minutes. So I prepared for that. Pizza came to my door about 40 minutes later! Could of been warmer/hot but it wasn't cold, so I'm not really complaining. Wings came bare though. No sauce on it, nor a sauce to dip in. That was odd considering when you order on their website it asks for sauce for the wings AND a dipping sauce flavor. Lol. The wings were still good. Nice light crisp. Not oily. Definitely would of loved the sauce with it more, now that I knew how they tasted! Pizza was amazing as well. Nothing underdone. Slices were tiny, but I guess that's cool to pace your eating out if your a fatty. Or share, I guess. Pizza is heavy on the stomach. I had about 4 of the slivers (lol) and was STUFFED. I had recently stopped by the grocery store and noticed that this place recently opened. I am a fan of this chain and ordered a Large Pike's Peak pizza. It is a Meat combo pizza and it was decently priced at around $23.00. It was ginormous and unfortunately no one wanted to help me eat it at work. I had taken the rest home and literally had pizza for breakfast, lunch , and dinner the next day. I would probably order a smaller size next time but definitely will go again. They do deliver and also take credit cards. I noticed they had the Thursday college games on so it will be a place to catch your favorite sport teams, as well. read more
