I received a confirmation text and a reasonable time in which to pick up my order (23 minutes), I got there exactly at that time and my order was ready (I didn't receive a confirmation text that my order was ready or not - mentioning just in case anyone wants to know). I asked that my wings be cooked extra crispy, they were perfectly made, every bit had a crunch and they weren't overcooked! The pizza dough was made perfectly (I dislike a soggy, overly gooey middle or pizzas with too much grease) and this pizza did not fail to deliver! The pizza even looked like someone cared to make it, thank you to whoever was working each time I ordered my food for pick-up! I have only ever ordered pizza and wings from this location and every time I ordered, my food was delicious! Yes, there are better pizzerias throughout Buffalo, some have bigger wings, whatever, this place has always been quick and consistent and that's what I needed today and that's what I got!
