We came here because it was the birthday girl's request, and honestly, we're glad she picked it. Tim and I shared the Supreme Tostada Nachos and absolutely demolished them. Seriously, who would've thought nachos could be that good? Every bite had the perfect amount of toppings, and somehow they stayed loaded from the first chip to the last. Our friends ordered the Fiesta Chicken Nachos and loved theirs too. They didn't quite clean their plate, but Tim and I are foodies and can throw down like that. We also shared a pitcher of margaritas, which were delicious and paired perfectly with all the food. The service was great from start to finish, and the ambiance was fun and lively without feeling overwhelming. While we were there, we saw a bachelorette party and even a wedding party celebrating, which just added to the festive Vegas vibe. I'd never even heard of Nacho Daddy before this trip, but it ended up being one of the most surprisingly enjoyable meals we had. Great food, great drinks, great service, and a fun atmosphere. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Vegas.
This place was the best! I love nachos in general. Wife and I stayed at the Planet Hollywood this past weekend. On the outside of the property is Nacho Daddy! On a whim we said, let's try it! Walked in and were seated right away! The vibe and setting is super cool! Welcoming and friendly service. It was a lively scene. Once seated, saw they had great drink selections, as well as Nacho selections... as you'd hope. Our waitress Alo attended to us promptly. We asked what she recommended and she recommended the filet mignon nachos. So.... We gave it a shot... Glad we did because it was delicious! The chips were fresh, the filet mignon was tender and surprisingly prepped really well and flavorful. We devoured the plate quickly! They even gave us some complimentary tequila shots which were great as well! Our waitress Alo was THE BEST! We'll be returning here next time we're in Vegas! They got other options but you gotta try what they're known for. Speciality nachos!!!!
Saw this place all over TikTok and had to give it a try! It wasn't crowded on a Friday night and they have tvs everywhere, would be a great place to watch sports. We got the *surf and turf nachos* with sour cream. It is honestly the BEST nachos I've had!! It had the perfect ratio of all the ingredients and almost no chip had zero toppings. We also shared a *frontier margarita -- angry pineapple* which was HUGE. It had a little spicy kick to it and fairly strong in a good way! Our server BREE was absolutely amazing, super helpful and sweet!
This was our second visit to a ND location. Last time we went to the one in Summerlin that has permanently closed. This location is on the Strip near Paris and on the outside of the mall that has Planet Hollywood. We recommend that you try to get parking in the mall. They say the first hour is free, but ND does not validate However, the slightly cheaper lot across the street currently uses the Metropolis parking app/web service, both of which were unuseable and super frustrating. We saw many other people give up trying to pay and leave and several reviews online for disputed fees for their services when we tried to get help to pay. We happened to go on a Tuesday, which was Cinco de Mayo. We arrived about 2:30 for linner (the meal between lunch and dinner) Consequently, they had a $10 for 3 street tacos and a BOGO for Margaritas. In addition to these specials, we also got their chicken taquitos and friend ice cream. Everything was good, none of it was bad, but none of it was truly excellent. We would order everything we got again. The taquitos were the kind that are larger in diameter and lightly fried. The amount of meat was average, not light or a lot. The guac and cream were runny pre-topped rather than sides. The street tacos were much better quality than the taquitos. We got the filet, chicken, and pork. The chicken was prepared the best as it was moist, well seasoned, and had a good quantity of meat. The quantity of meat on the other tacos was also good, not skimpy at all, but the seasoning and cooking, while good, were not as good as the chicken. We had just had pork steer taco the previous night at the AYCE buffet, which was so much better, but ND's tacos were still very good. The hostess recommended the Hibiscus Margarita when she seated us and alerted us to their specials. It was rimmed with sugar and was a little sweet. The flowery flavor got stronger the further down you drank despite stirring to try to even out the flavor before drinking it. It was just ok, but definitely good enough to get again and to try for the first time if you never had it. Their standard Margarita was very good and definitely wroth getting again. The fried ice cream is not to be mistaken for their fire Carmel ice cream. It is not the actual or standard fried ice cream that places like the Acapulco restaurant make, which are super cold ice cream that is actually fried inside a sugar donut shell and covered with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Rather, ND's fried ice cream does NOT appear to be fried at all, but covered in corn flakes and served with dessert style sweet fluffy tortilla chips covered in chocolate and strawberry sauce--apparently the chips are the fried part. Nevertheless, ND's version is a nice desert, but just not the historic fried ice cream--we would get it again, but might try to flaming Carmel one next time. The highlight of our visit was actually the service. We were seated in the bar area and a blonde woman who seemed to be sharing the bar tending responsibilities with two other women served us. Unfortunately, we do not remember her name, but she was obviously working really hard and did an EXCELLENT job waiting on us. Overall, and except for the parking, which is not ND's responsibility, we had a great visit here, would come back, and would recommend you give them a try. We have had their nachos on our previous visit and they are just ok, but they have a wide variety and the serving sizes are super big--they also pair well with their cocktails.
Stopped here for a quick bite on the strip. Shared a burrito it was satisfying. Prices are high on the strip. This was no different. I wouldn't say that this is the most authentic Mexican type of restaurant but definitely more than American Tex-Mex. Very spacious than you and has a main bar in the middle service was quick and polite. They accommodated to some of the changes we wanted on the burrito no complaints.
The only sad thing about this place is the location as you have a lot of shady characters that hang around out front and parking is not easy to acquire either. The Hostess greeted us took us to the table and rattled off the specials. Server greeted us as well asked if we'd like to order a cocktail and if we need a few minutes.. once our order was placed our food came out quickly. Everything looked wonderful and taste delicious. I ordered a Mojito. It was pretty good. I think it was a little strong for a small glass. It would've been better if they would put it in like a taller water glass of some sorts other than that no complaints server James was amazing.
Hehehehe... I don't know why... but I love the name of this restaurant!! My parents come here all the time and when I came to visit them, they brought me here. They didn't warn me about the portion sizes though. One plate of nachos can easily serve 4 people or if you've got a big appetite, you can order one all for yourself. Since there was 4 of us, and this was my first time coming here.. we ordered 4 ( one for each of us). But really, I think they just wanted me to try everything. I really can't remember what we ordered but all were very tasty. It's the perfect spot for large groups!
I've always heard good things about Nacho Daddy but never had a chance to go. Well, this time we had a comp stay at Planet Hollywood and there was a Nacho Daddy just outside. Really cool and hip interior. Can get a little loud but that's part of the environment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. There can be a bit of a wait to get a table though. We got their Chicken Tinga Nachos. Great flavor and good amount of ingredients. We split between the two of us and it was enough of a lunch for us. We also got an Obey the Ube margarita and a Margarita Flight. The drinks were delicious! Each one had their own unique flavor. Very impressed with the Margarita Flight. Good selection of margaritas. It's a great way to try variety. Overall a good place to try out. A little on the pricy side, but you are on the strip.
I came on a Friday night around midnight and was surprised to see that there was no wait and that the restaurant was relatively empty. Maybe about a third of the tables were full, but I guess that meant we were seated immediately. In the past, I had tried to come here but was always quoted a 1-2 hour wait and my friends never wanted to wait. The ambiance of this place reminds me of a rundown TGI Fridays, something like a fast casual restaurant. All of the food they have here is basically variations of nacho plates and burritos, honestly perfect for when you have the munchies after a drunk night out. I would not go here unless I had a drink of some sort LOL... The restaurant overall just kind of seemed crummy and a little dirty. Again, the food is perfect for the drunchies and is honestly pretty good after a few drinks. The service, however, was the worst part of my experience. My waitress oddly seemed really "fake" in my opinion... When ordering, I told her "I'd like to order one of this please," and pointed to a photo of one of their burritos on their menu. I was shocked when the waitress responded "What's that?" ... Like how do you not know what the food on your own menu is... and how am I supposed to know? I had to take a second look and find the item on the menu, but I honestly just chose that because it looked good. This actually happened a second time too when I wanted to ask for some more salsa. There were three dishes of salsa that came with my burrito but I really enjoyed one specific one of them and ran out while eating the chips that came with my burrito. I asked her if I could get a refill of "this" and held up the dish of the salsa. AND SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK - "WHAT IS THAT?" LIKE... HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF YOU DON'T KNOW. YOU WORK HERE AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT YOU WORK AT LOOKS LIKE? The worst part is that she said all of this so calmly, it honestly seemed passive aggressive... Good food, just some weird experiences with the server, hence the 3/5 star review.
I will ding it one star for ambiance but when you consider you are going to a nacho restaurant, the ambiance is exactly what you would expect. The food here never disappoints. They don't skimp on the nacho toppings as our chicken nachos seemed like they had multiple shredded chicken breasts throughout. Flavors are varied with each bite. Nachos are piled about 8" high yet they are able to disburse the toppings evenly and the cheese pull is very satisfying. Enchiladas were tasty and although not on the menu as a variety plate, we were able to request one cheese, one ground beef and one chicken all in green chili (our favorite). Margaritas are always spot on as we enjoyed a Cadillac margarita and a frozen white peach margarita. Although not cheap, the serving size was generous. Chances are you won't leave here hungry and you probably won't have room for dessert.
Finally tried this place and had an enjoyable Saturday lunch. Shared the Tinga Chicken Nachos. They ran out of avocados () but topped it with guacamole instead, which tasted fine. There are a lot of other choices and some of the plates passing by looked really good. We opted for chicken so it wouldn't be too heavy, but it was filling and flavorful. Tried the new Ube margarita and it was good, but more of the sweet side than anything else. It came with a chocolate and coconut covered paper straw, which tasted good with the drink. Also tried the margarita flight and that was really good. The flavors are already chosen, so you should check that you like the flavors (tangerine, hibiscus, angry pineapple, and Let's Salsa). The pineapple and salsa are both spicy, so if that's not your thing, you might not want to do the flight. It's a great way to try different flavors, though, and was enjoyable. It's a big place with TVs and room for large parties, but it can get busy. We waited about a half hour, although we got the feeling that perhaps we could've been called earlier but the person didn't text us. Not a big deal, but it's a good thing we asked how things were going. Once we did, we were seated right away. It's a good place to try, and could be a lot of fun with a group of friends.

Every page of the menu boasts "no dry chips in your nachos" but ours were full of dried chips. 2. Overall, could use more flavor, and lot more cheese to make it "nachos". 3. First, I want to say, I really like the concept of a yummy nacho place. Due to this, I was eager to try this spot out. Their nacho options are unique and wide ranging. This place is definitely very popular as it was booked and busy when we arrived, but the good ole bar held us down and saved us on the wait time. This place gives a very chill, laid back vibe, which I am absolutely a fan of. Additionally, the portions are big and the prices are affordable, which you can never go wrong with. When we checked in on Yelp, we got a complimentary house margarita which was great (flavor-wise, strong-wise... and lol cost -wise). So, I highly recommend you check Yelp when visiting to see if that is still an option. Our waitress/bartender recommended that we get the Chicken Tinga Nacho, which was good, however, just expected more kick in the flavor. We also had the filet Mignon Fajitas which had an awesome presentation, but also needed more flavor. read more

Signed up for the waitlist and was told it was a 30 min wait but it ended up being only 2-3 minutes! Kinda misleading but it worked out in our favor. When we walked in, since it was so packed the service was not the best but the food was good. We got vegetarian nachos of the most popular with beef on the side. Worth it! I didn't get the nachos, but the fish tacos were a hit! They're open late, which is convenient asf after a night out! We were seated immediately. Our drinks that weren't water, took a while to come out sadly. My friend got nachos and fried ice cream for her birthday, she said both were good! This place has been on my list for awhile and I was excited to see they opened up early on Sundays! Was in town for the Beyoncé concert and needed some nourishment beforehand. Place gives off sports bar type vibes. There wasn't a crowd just yet, but it was making its way there. I got seated and it took about 15 minutes for the server to come over. By then I already knew what I wanted. I ordered a margarita and the seafood nachos. My drink came and I took a few sips and then saw a huge hair on it! I'm so sorry to have to write this review but my particular order was not the best :( You do get your money's worth in quantity but I really don't think any nachos are worth $30, it's just way too much and too high. I thought the vegan meat was very salty, the white cheddar cheese tasted artificial, and the flavor was almost smoked? I had 3 bites before I had to throw it out :( It was 110 degrees outside so everything was melting and soggy too. If you like really unique and elaborate nachos, you may like this place more than I did, just a caution on what types of flavors you get! I was also on a layover and made the wrong food choice (there was nothing other than fast food and this place nearby the airport) so maybe that's why I was extra grumpy. Cool that the Vegas airport allows food through security though!! read more

Went in for a late night snack and once we were seated we were greeted with the most attentive and outgoing service and staff. Our server was Quincy and this guy just made vibes of the entire place talking to us and getting everything we needed. Food was awesome and the dessert that they light up made our night! We ended up forgetting a small bag of stuff once we left and when we realized and turned around, Quincy was already running up to us with our bag. Would 100% go again!! read more

Food was yummy. Flavor, fun and all that comes in between. Ate it all! Had the Surf and Turf. Service was with a smile! They are great at customer service, friendly and great recommendations! Ambiance was family friendly, bring friends or even chill solo you will enjoy it. Did the scorpian challenge and survived! All around will return! Everyone should experience this at least once! The manager at the Nacho Daddy on the strip should be commended for his service. I recall he is new to role but he was born for it! The Family and I had dinner at Nacho Daddy last night. The Mrs. and I visited the Downtown Las Vegas location several years ago. I love nachos. I think they are one of the best social foods. Margaritas and a good plate of nachos is all you need. Usually, I compare all nachos to the Volcano Nachos at Margaritaville. They are truly some of the best. But Nacho Daddy is a whole other level simply because of the many varieties of nachos that are offered. We arrived around 8 p.m. after hiking over from the Park MGM. The restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday. We were told the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes but it was more like 10. We were seated at a high top table near the bar area. Our server, Zayla, arrived to take our order. We ordered drinks while we looked over the menu. The Mrs. and I ordered Daddy's Original Margarita. They were really good. Nacho Daddy's menu is right up there with Cheesecake Factory as far as content goes. Just pages and pages of culinary delights. We started our meal with the Ceviche. It was good but nothing over the top. For our nachos we ordered Supreme Tostada Nacho which consisted of seasoned ground beef, Cheddar & Jack cheese, yellow queso, refried beans, pico de gallo, fried jalapenos, lettuce, avocado lime salsita, sour cream and guacamole piled on top of house-made chips. If you want to start out on nachos with training wheels or have picky eaters in your group the Supreme Tostada Nacho is your safest bet as it is the most "normal" nachos on the menu. For dessert we ordered the Churro Sundae. It was ok but my only complaint is that the Churros were overcooked to the point of being rocks. If you're looking to have a quiet nacho experience then Nacho Daddy isn't for you. The acoustics are bad. The room is very cavernous and there are music videos playing. The service we received from Zayla was great. She was really efficient and made sure our water glasses were full and kiddo had her Coke was refilled without having to ask. read more

5 years later & I came running back to Nacho Daddy the night I touched down in Vegas. I immediately ordered the same exact thing I had & loved back in 2018 during my first visit. First, I will say our waitress was phenomenal. She was so sweet & attentive and we just really enjoyed her service. The White Peach margarita is still just as good as I remember & worth the price. I also love that they have a Yelp exclusive offer to get a free house margarita. My husband redeemed the offer and really enjoyed it. The dip trio is still the best salsa, guac and queso I've had anywhere. Everything is just so fresh & good. I would order it every time without hesitation. I NEVER splurge on dessert anywhere but the fried ice cream description was too tempting to pass up. It was so good & I have 0 regrets. The only downside to the dining experience was unfortunately the nachos. I wasn't nearly as impressed this time as I was the last time I visited. I just didn't think they were all that good or much different from nachos anywhere else. My husband & I split to help keep cost down but even with sharing and a free margarita the meal was still $90. I would definitely visit again when I'm in Vegas, but I think it would just be for drinks and an appetizer and I would enjoy my full meal somewhere else! read more

Great choices of nachos for Nachos Lovers. Ordered Filet Mignon and Golden Knights. Steak was cooked right and toppings were good. But because of the amount and type of toppings, the chips get soggy. Drinks were OK. Had the Daddy's Michelada which tasted so blunt. Needed more ice which I had asked the server for a glass full. Margaritas were OK too, but the cocktails just need a little more flavor in them to fulfill their names. Interior design was neat. Wooden style restaurant with modern decorations. Choice of music was great! Year 2000 playlist was spot on! read more

The location is a little off the beaten path, next to Buffalo Wild Wings on a side street. Some outdoor seating and more inside. It's very dark and more of a bar than restaurant. The menu is impressive and extensive. I tried the trio with hot salsa and the flaming shrimp. Very happy with it! Although the bartenders were friendly, they spent more time talking with each other, than paying attention to customers' needs. Several of us tried to flag one of them down several times, without success. Happy with the food and drinks, but they're work ethic needs improvement. read more

I went here with a friend on a Friday 6pm and there were a lot of tables. Wait time, however, was quoted 25-30min but got seated in 20min, if you want the actual tables. Decent number of bar seating was available and on a first come first served basis. Because my friend was running late, we were able to get seated at a table without much additional wait time, and we got a pretty solid location to take good food pics. We of course checked in on Yelp for the free house margarita, which on receipt is priced at $13, a bit less than the standard margarita portions priced at $16-17. Regardless, this is one of the best check in offers I have seen, and it goes perfectly with nachos! It's on the sweeter side but your diet doesn't really exist if you dine here anyway. Even without the check in offer, I would have still given this place 5 stars for the nachos alone. My friend and I shared just one nacho dish - surf and turf, which had filet mignon and shrimp. The nachos were fantastic - every chip is bursted with flavor and even though it looked huge, this was just the right amount of food for 2 people. The shrimp is cooked and fresh, with seasoning similar to that used in fajitas. Filet mignon was solid even though it was cooked more well-done. I would have loved if they asked us for the cooked level, but the meat was juicy and flavorful enough. Service is excellent. The waitress is very patient and mentioned that if we don't like one thing, we can sub out or serve on the side. We were able to get shrimp on the side for the surf and turf because we both really liked the other ingredients and didn't like sour cream or refried beans in the standard filet mignon nacho, so we decided to pay a few dollars more for surf and turf for the shrimp. We also sub'ed the white corn nachos with spinach nachos at no extra charge, which is great. The waitress checks up on us every once in a while without it being overbearing. read more

They serve more than just nachos! They serve burritos, breakfast omelets too. Opens at 8 am, patio seating- lots of large group seating, booths, and couple tables too. LOUD place- so you can be "yourself." Don't be shy here. Lots of TVs playing Gwen Stefani, Demi Lovato videos and sports too. Service- fast! Awesome! Extra napkins and water without asking. Sooo good! I wish I was hungrier because I wanted to eat MORE. Salty, delicious, freshly cut jalapeños, eggs over easy perfection! The lobster and crab enchilada- the taco meat was fried not grilled- I'm not sure If you can request it grilled instead- my best friend commented she wished it was grilled instead of fried. I got the trio queso, salsa, dip thing and loved their salsa-- yummmm yummmm-- a bit of heat--- but I loved it- I wished it was more- but I can see why as a tourist spot they kept it at a level 2 or 3. 75$ for these three dishes in the photo. Nachos run about 25-30$. The breakfast dishes 15-25$. The chip trio dip was 25$. Parking? Miracle mile parking- but I walked since I'm at the timeshare across the street. read more

Bigger than the one on Fremont, definitely a great ambiance. The music videos are always great to see as you're waiting. The server was really sweet, took our order,put it in, & it took about 10-15 minutes to come out which is normal as the place was busy. Food tasted delicious, I personally always need lemon or lime with my food & it makes it 10X better. The chicken was flavored & seasoned deliciously & the nachos chips are perfectly salted. I've been to this location many of times and love this place! Its fun when you have had a couple drinks and want to kill some time in between events! They have cool/large drinks that are fun. They don't have low-carb tortillas; however, they offer lettuce wraps as alternates to tortilla. We took advantage at both locations we've visited. I wish more places would do this!

When we were there in May they offered a couple different tacos for 1/2 price on Tues.
Is the food here gluten free- celiac safe? Like are the chips cooked in their own fryer and is the staff aware of Cross contamination?
Not a dedicated fryer, so no nachos for you-but there were several options that were celiac-safe. Apparently they have another location with dedicated fryers-just not the one near Fremont St.
