Excellent crunchy sticky rice here. Goes well with the different chicken options. Clean place. Very good service and we came twice in 7 days!

I been there with my daughters several times. The service is top notch and food is on point every single time we stoped by. We would recommend.

This restaurant was surprisingly large inside and very clean, with a slightly contemporary feel, especially compared to other Vietnamese spots in the area. They specialise in Hainan chicken, and it shows in every detail. Service was quick and extremely friendly. The owner checked on us multiple times and was genuinely warm and welcoming each time. I ordered the noodles with chicken and it was phenomenal. The chicken was tender and flavourful, and the dipping sauces were excellent. They also give you a mashed chili to mix in with the noodles, which added another layer of depth and just the right amount of heat. We also ordered sides of the young chicken eggs and other offal, served in a bowl of the broth used to boil the chicken. The soup was rich and comforting, packed with pure chicken umami. Absolutely loved this place and will be back soon.

Great place if you crave for hainan chicken! Nam An Classic with crispy sticky rice $17 - at first glance I thought there was too much rice but it was a good ratio to chicken. The chicken was tender and boneless. The sauces provided were all delicious but my fave was the sweet soy sauce. Rice was crispy and not too oily. I actually came back alone because I craved it again.

Came back to this Vietnamese-run Hainanese chicken rice spot after 3 years. Chicken portion has definitely shrunk (and price went up $1.10), but the soup that comes with the set tasted from real chicken but not bouillon. Westminster's Little Saigon has endless Vietnamese options, and this one's still a solid pick for a casual meal! Nam An Chicken Rice 15562 Brookhurst St, Westminster, CA 92683

This is our go to place for Cơm Gà Nam An (Nam An styled chicken and rice dish). They're never really busy and the parking lot's a bit tiny since they're tucked in the corner. We went with our usual #1 order which comes with rice, the steamed boneless chicken, some veggies, a bowl of broth, and 3 sauces: a garlic paste (in love with this), soy sauce, and a chili garlic fish sauce (I think). We also decided to change it up and also order #3 mild spicy lemongrass chicken and rice dish. To my surprise, the chicken was actually pretty tender and moist, but I still prefer the traditional #1 dish. Service was great and will definitely return for the chicken rice dish!

Clean restaurant, nice servers and good food . Couldn't ask for a better experience here. Came in with my mom and she approved the pho ga and lemon grass chicken with sticky rice . The dishes are pricey but with groceries' prices going up, I'm sure that's why they raised their prices on dishes too

I ordered the number 4. Xoi Ga Nam An (comes with soup on the side), they offered the choice of just stick rice or crispy stick rice. I went with crispy, it came with a special sauce for the rice. The dipping the sauces were amazing were also really good, different types of savory. The chicken was very moist and tender. The bones were removed from the chicken. Overall the dish was really good.

Delicious Hainan chicken! I really enjoyed the crispy rice, reminds me of my mom's chicken dish. Comes with chicken, rice, side salad, soup, and sauces. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean and spacious. The food came out really fast (it was Monday for lunch so it wasn't very busy). The server came by and told me the crispy rice dish would take an extra few minutes compared to the hainan chicken with regular rice -which was totally okay! The dish came out in a couple minutes. Totally would recommend coming here!

Beautifully prepared deboned free range chicken with pan fried sticky rice comes with a pickled garnish salad mix with julienned peppers garnished with Vietnamese coriander that's just wonderfully well balanced. The assortment of sauces is nice, choose your flight. If you want light, delicate taste your food type of food, this does not disappoint. I got to taste the regular hai nam rice and imo it was very good. I'm ordering that next time bc I think it pairs better with the way they prepared the chicken. Hits

Craving Nam AN chicken. GF got the #5 which was a sticky rice and grilled chicken. Both were amazing, and the waitor was really polite! Great customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

Most times I've in California I try to stop by this place. It's located in a business strip. Parking lot is shared and free. Some spaces have time limits which are colored coded. Always greeted and seated promptly. I always get their Hainan chicken with rice combo. Fresh and delicious along with the tasteful sauces. Ginger/oil, soy sauce and sweet chili sauces are all delicious. Service is fast and friendly.

I ordered the steamed chicken to-go and was completely horrified to find a LIVE snail crawling out of my food. While I understand using fresh herbs, this proves that the kitchen does not wash their vegetables properly. Snails can carry dangerous parasites (like rat lungworm), and finding one alive in my takeout container means the food is unsafe to eat. I had to throw the entire meal away. This is a massive hygiene failure. Management needs to address their washing protocols immediately.

I went on a Monday afternoon and there was a bunch of people waiting outside for a table. It's a small spot with limited tables but I only waited 10-15 minutes. I ordered the #1, Banh Canh Tom Cua Thit. Vietnamese udon with crab, shrimp and pork. I love the chewy texture of the thick noodles. The soup reminded me of Rou Geng Tang, a Taiwanese thick soup but is still considerably different in flavor profile. It was delicious albeit a bit bland so I had to add the lemon and fish sauce that's on every table. I also added a ton of the chili sauce which I absolutely loved. It's very spicy and has the flavor profile of puréed fresh chilis. Tread lightly if you don't have a high heat tolerance like I do. Overall, it's good, albeit a bit pricey for what it is. In each bowl theres two shrimps, generous with the pork, but didn't really notice much crab. Still one of top Banh Canhs in my books!

The Grandpa's noodles was good (a dryer noodle), great portion, meat was tender, the radish cube looking things was crispy bits of pork skin. The menu is unique here and mostly in vietnamese. I think I had wished for some sauce to go with the noodles (but I understand its mostly with the soup on the side), good tightness of the meatballs :D... They have the classic condiments on the side, the pickled garlic isn't very crunchy and kind of on the sweet side, the pickled chili does have that slight acidic kick that works well. I modified my noodle to egg for a dollar. The soup was good, on the more umami soy/beef side than clear. The wontons were abundant too, instead of a chili oil the sauce is more like a tangy sweet chili vinegrette thing.
