Rob was super calm and re-assuring to the owner and it was clear Rob was confident he could fix the car and that he cared a lot about the car and owner. What a guy! I had extensive upgrades to the car done including a 3.1-stroker engine-swap, full suspension upgrades, and full brakes upgrades in addition to 6 full pages of other details! ZCG have their own engineered parts which are considered the very best in the industry for 240s including the brakes and CV axles, these will be a great upgrade for your vintage ride. Very impressed with the attention to detail and just how amazing the car performs an handles. My biggest tip for new customers is patience, the shop is very popular and Rob is the one who checks emails and voicemail. He is always in the shop and busy so keep comms short and sweet. Paid $900, supplied my own part, told him not to guess. He guessed. Misfire still active…read more Brought my 2015 VW GTI in for a confirmed cylinder 2 misfire (P0302). I had already done my own diagnostics before drop-off -- swapped the coil pack and spark plug to other cylinders, misfire stayed on cylinder 2, ruling both out. He quoted $600 over the phone using his own parts, which I agreed to. When I showed up, he pulled a bait-and-switch: he would only honor the $600 price if I supplied my own part. I had an OEM Bosch fuel injector at home but hadn't brought it because the original agreement was that he would supply parts. He knew this and still changed the terms at drop-off, forcing me to go home, retrieve my own part, and return -- just to hold him to a price he had already quoted. I told him directly: I do not want this injector thrown in if it isn't confirmed as the cause. I want the misfire fixed. He acknowledged this. He then told me it was 90% likely the coil or plug -- the exact two components I had already tested and eliminated. He installed my injector anyway without confirming it was the fault. It didn't fix the misfire. The quote continued to change. $600 on the phone became $650 in person. He then added carbon cleaning and quoted $900 total. Later he texted $1,000. I had to remind him of his own quote -- he agreed and admitted he didn't remember what he said. I wrote "Cyl 2 misfire" on the work order as the service requested and signed it. He called at 2:25pm saying the car was fixed. I paid $900 and drove home with the engine stumbling worse than before. Scanned the car at home -- P0302 still active and confirmed. A new fault code also appeared that was not present before drop-off. I returned to the shop in good faith and gave them the opportunity to make it right before taking any further action. They refused. $900 paid. My own part used. Bait-and-switch on parts and price. Explicit instructions ignored. Misfire unresolved. Car running worse. BAR complaint filed.

In a nutshell, I have an older car where used tires make more financial sense than spending three times the cost to buy new ones for it. Suffice it to say, I purchased a used tire at a popular "Cheap Tires" downtown establishment. The used tire that I purchased was not only more costly than expected but turned out to be faulty and unbalanced to a point where violent shaking from my car occurred while driving on the freeway lanes. I returned my car the next day to the "Cheap Tires" place and they agreed a replacement was in order. Rather than go through the experience at "Cheap Tires" again for the remaining three tires that needed to be replaced, I decided to shop online for three new or used tires myself and have them installed separately. As a result, there were many to choose from but getting serious and reliable return calls from the sellers was another challenge until I finally got an early morning text from one seller who went by the name of Damir. Damir not only sold me three, like new, used tires for a great price but balanced and installed all three cheaper than it would have cost me at the popular "Cheap Tires" facility. Damir is a true professional and I could see as he properly balanced and checked each tire and rotated them to a point where my car feels safe, for the first time in a long time, like brand new tires had been put on it again. I truly experienced superior quality and professional service/support provided by Owner/Mechanic Damir Gojic at Campbell All Car. I mean Damir did all of this and fit me in his schedule before his morning work day had begun. When I arrived, it was clear he had plenty of cars to work on. My last minute and very early imposition for his time was a true testament of a mechanic that cares. Damir even rotated the one tire bought from "Cheap Tires" to properly match another tire of the same name. He didn't have to do that and most wouldn't have...he sold the tires to me far below his original asking price without hesitation. I really felt he went above and beyond and the only way to repay him for his kindness and true professionalism was to share my experience with all of you and highly recommend Campbell All Car for your automobile and tire needs.

**** BEWARE OF DISHONEST SERVICE **** I never want to leave…read moreany bad reviews, but I want to warn other customers. Deserves a ZERO star! I took my car to Wheel Works after finding a nail in the middle of my tire. I specifically wanted them to inspect it first before doing any work. Sid initially told me the tire looked repairable and that they would check it out. Later, I got a call saying the nail had already been removed and the tire had been patched. At no point was I asked for permission before they did this. When I arrived at the store, I was then told that I needed a brand-new tire, which didn't make sense given what I had been told earlier. The whole experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. The information kept changing, and I was never given the opportunity to approve the work before it was done. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from another tire shop. After inspecting the tire, they told me there was nothing wrong with it and that I did not need a new tire. Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious and getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs or tire replacements here. Transparency and communication were definitely lacking.
