I just want to say this is the best pizza place ever!! First of all the service is great!! They make you feel like home. It's a nice place when you walk in. I went there a couple days ago for a door dash pickup. It smelled so good in there I went back to get a Stromboli that I ordered on the phone. It was so delicious .!! I went back today for lunch and they had a stuffed pizza with broccoli, spinach, chicken and ricotta cheese. Omg!! It was amazing!! I'll definitely be back!! Shazam! Deluxe Calzone is on Tuesday(all day). It's usually $8.99 for the smaller one and $14.99 for the larger one. Today, the smaller one is $4.99! Delicious. No salad comes with Tuesday's special. Every other day, you get a small salad and garlic toast with the entree. They do serve beer and wine. It is a family run business. Nora(Owner)is the Chef, Maurice(Husband-Owner)does the paperwork(recovering from Cancer)and Jose(the son, who graduated from Jacksonville University. He helps cook and takes orders. The place is not fancy at all, so if you have a problem with that, then don't go. If you can overlook that, they have the best food and 1970's prices! When i was the Chairperson for the Sheriffs Watch, and I had to collect food for a quarterly event for JSO & Arlington residents, Napoli's always donated several Pizzas for the event(3 years in a row)! They have won me back. If Mrs. Faye Gilbert waits on you, please be nice to her. She works for tips only. She is elderly and sweet. She does a great job in taking care of us. We just finished moving all day and decided on pizza. This was the closest spot to where we were and so we decided to give it a go. We were originally going to dine in bc we hadn't set up the new place yet but the inside wasn't nice. From what we gathered talking to the worker, it seems they took a big hit from the pandemic so I don't want to hold the rough shape of the interior against how great the food was. We got a large meat pie and a small veggie calzone. Total was less than $30. There were three of us, two men who eat a lot and myself. We had pizza left over. They have daily specials too- today, Friday, was manicotti. The food was so good and we saw that it was made fresh. It took about 25 minutes from ordering to leaving, but the staff were very friendly and helped time pass. Highly recommend the calzone if you love ricotta and mozzarella!!!! read more

We used to go to Napolis when I was a kid, haven't been there in many years, but decided to give it a shot tonight. It's not much to look at, and offers carry out only, but the food was really good. We had a medium Bogota pizza, eggplant parmesan, and the Friday night Manicotti special. The eggplant and manicotti each came with a loaf of garlic bread and a side salad. We got all that for just under $30, which is a steal in this economy. Everything was hot when I arrived to pick up my order, the food was delicious and we will be adding this to our regular rotation. This is truly a great family-run restaurant. It's obviously a hole in the wall and they only have carry out, but that works fine for me. This place is all about the food. if you do not have an Italian family then you need to swing by here and adopt these guys. We decided to do takeout tonight we tossed around several different places in our area and decided to try Napoli's Margarita Pizza. We had had it before and it was very good so this time we ordered again and had them add mushrooms and spinach to it. It was fresh and hot when we received it the crust was perfect with a nice crisp to it the flavor of the ingredients for the Pizza perfect. We will order again. read more

Service was terrible. The food was ok. I ate there and did not feel comfortable or safe. The prices seemed higher than expected.

I was a little put off by the interior and exterior of the building. Once I got past the looks, the people working behind the counter were very nice. Once they brought me my food, I was shocked by the large amount of food I received. It looked great and I could not wait to get home to try it. They are take-out only. Once I got home, I was pleasantly surprised again. The food was great, awesome, phenomenal, not enough words to describe it. The rest of my house felt the same way. I am very glad I ordered food from Napoli's Pizza. I am not sure what their future holds as it does appear they are barely holding on, but I would definitely recommend them. For the record we had the calzone and a large carnivore pizza. read more

Cute little place in Arlington. Food is pretty great and priced nicely. The inside of the building looks like a "before" picture from one of those Restaurant Rescue shows. There is not one but two tables dedicated to random crap that the owners have decided not to take home. I have been here 5 times and the stuff is still there. One table with old mail/paperwork/medications, the other table with what looks like random finds from a garage sale including a rug, a few jackets, and VHS tapes. VHS TAPES. Not a damn VCR in site. About 75% of the ceiling tiles has a water stain on it if some sort. Vents have not been cleaned. Lots of visible cleaning supplies lying around. The TV isn't on, no music, just the sounds of the 5 fans sitting on chairs trying to cool the space as the AC from this formal Krystal's is failing Two stars for a great meal at a good price. Three stars off for ambience. I just really wish they would put some time and money into the aesthetics of the building. Have some pride in your business. read more

Ok, so I usually get my chicken alfredo from Olive garden but was too tired to drive, so I looked up delivery and chose this restaurant, and I'm so glad I did. I found my new place, and I even ate the entire salad that it came with(I usually don't). I wish I could give no stars honesty. This older man was the rudest ever, my greeting as I walked in was "you forgot to lock the door" as he spoke to his staff or whatever she was. I asked how much for a delux large and he had no clue, I looked on the menu and answered my own question, then I said I would order one of those, the old guy holds his hands up and says "I'll tell you what, I'm about to leave for the day" REALLY??? It's 6pm! I was here previously and this man was rude as heck as well, the calzones we ordered were pretty good, so we thought we'd give the small business a chance. Absolutely never again, looks like there 3 locations and different owners or not they will not receive any business from me. How do you run a business like this? It's no wonder you guys don't make enough money to even order take out menus or stay open for dinner. Okay, so I know this place is a little rough around the edges - inside and out; that being said, there food is delicious. Lunch - 2 slices & a drink for like $2.99. They have weekly specials, but definitely call up and ask. All I know is their calzones are HUMONGOUS and they're only $4.99 for up to 4 toppings on Tuesday. You can't go wrong. This place is a DUMP...however because of reviews here we tried the Tuesday special Calzones. The guy on the phone was bordering on rude so we just guessed that the calzones would be small for the price of $4.99...boy were we wrong! Not only did one feed the two of us for lunch but they are REALLY good! Next we ordered the Carnivore Pizza in our quest to find a pizza that we really like that is close. We were VERY pleased. The crust at least TASTES homemade and the sauce is good. We even reheated leftovers in the oven and they too were very good. This time an elderly woman waited on us when we went to pick it up and she was great. We will be back to try other items on the menu read more

Napoli's is a small but semi-friendly restaurant in Arlington. Since I live close by, it's easier for me to just stop in and grab a bite when I don't feel like cooking. The only downside is the food has little to no flavor, the glasses leave a weird flavor in the drink you choose, and the place is filthy. The blinds need to be removed and replaced, the ceiling tiles all have water stains on them, and there is junk on a majority of their tables from staff. It would be an awesome place to "flip" but that would require a lot of time and money. Other than that, it's decent for the price. read more

I'm from New York so I know a thing or two about good pizza and this is simply the best in town yeah the building even looks old world but there are authentic Italians I. The kitchen and it shows in the quality and quantity of the food. Takes me back to child hood when one slice of pizza was enough to fill you. If your on this side of town and they're open do yourself a favor and make sure to stop by you won't regret it! It's sad that these types of mom and pop spots are becoming more and more scarce but there's something to be said about a place that doesn't try to out do the competition but stays in they're own lane and just provides good tasty quality Italian food. This review gives me problems. We got there at 11:40 A.M. and the doors were open but the only person we saw was on the phone and didn't acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes. She then said they were shorthanded today because her son hadn't shown up yet. So we ordered, me a Meatball sub and my wife a Veggie Calzone, at 12:15 my wife went up to cancel our order as she had to get back to work in a couple of minutes. The lady said the sub was ready but the Calzone was just being made, and not even in the oven yet. So we took the sub and my wife ate 1/2 of it on the way back to work. She said it was good but not as good as others she's had, I tried a bite and thought it was OK but nothing spectacular. We may not be back for lunch due to time constraints but we will be back to give them another shot for a dinner try. read more

Ordered the kids lasagna, antipasto and a spinach and tomato calzone. The calzone had fresh spinach and tomatoes, but was lacking flavor was very bland and plain. The kids portion was large but tasted like chef boyard. Did not receive dressing for salad after being asked what I wanted. Prices are cheap, but we will not be returning. read more
