Went to the previous Full House when it was still a seafood restaurant. I remember things being really tasty but the dimsum was really good. They are still in their opening stages (just opened last week) and we were asked how things were multiple times so I can tell they really want to get it right. Dimsum was very calm and you order through paper instead of push carts like they used to have. Everything was pretty good. I miss how hot things are when it comes in carts but still good. The chicken feet had a different flavor than I'm used to. The stir fried green beans from the dinner menu were a standout. A good amount of pork! I want to try their dinner items next. They don't have fish tanks anymore so it's not live seafood anymore but they still have the usual other staples. Service was very nice. Karen was very lovely. Plenty of parking in the Presidential Squade plaza.

This location was previously called Full House Restaurant. It is now called New Full House. The dim sum is categorized into A, B, and C. It starts at $5.38 M-F and $5.68 on weekends and holidays. I went today, and the quality is good. Although there are cheaper alternatives, New Full House has some items that others don't. The decor is a bit simple, which I think is because it is still in soft open stage.

Came for dinner after reading about their new reopening. They have specials for $10.99 even for dinner which is a great deal for the portions you get. Service is alright. Food is pretty good. I'll have to come back to try their dim sum.

Came here with family to celebrate a birthday and had a great experience. The food was excellent and everything came out fresh. The seafood was especially delicious, along with the other dishes we ordered. My favorite was the winter melon soup; it was flavorful, comforting, and a great way to start the meal before enjoying the rest of the feast. The service was also excellent. The staff was attentive, and all of the food came out surprisingly fast. Overall, a wonderful dining experience, and I would definitely come back.

After remodeling, still a B? It's hidden behind the decor.

Came here for the 10.99 dinner special. First turn off, no free rice and soup. Not alot of choices in the 10.99 menu, it even cross out any item with beef. Charged 2 dollars per small bowl of rice. Second, hard to flag anyone down for anything. The waitress and waiter hid somewhere. I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time. So, if you guys need anything like ice water, bowl, utensils for kids, spoon, be sure to bring it up when you are ordering. They didn't check on us if we needed refill on tea. Lastly, not only i packed the remaining foods myself, we didn't get served with water dessert. I see other table got the dessert. The food. Mapo tofu didn't come out pipping hot. The flavor is different, but for sure there was no mala flavor. Not even a hint of mala. Not very spicy, but somehow it tasted like curry flavor to me. Didn't really go well with the rice like it normally would. It had preserve mustard, first time seeing this combination. Orange chicken was fine, light breaded or not breaded. Very spicy. Fish filet with broccoli, its ok, it would be better with bok choy instead of broccoli. Either is still good for the kids anyway. The portion seem not that generous. You guys need to do better, give me a good reason for me to want to come back for. As it is now. I can't find any reason to come back for a second visit. That just my opinion. Again, how could any items I ordered not come with rice? ________ I tried ordering to go for the 10.99 item. I feel like the portion is lesser than dining in. The 3.99 grand opening soy sauce chicken over rice special, i don't like it. The chicken meat is already falling apart.

Used to be Full House . Closed sometimes last year and finally reopen. Price : As of May 17, 2026 they are on soft opening where most of the dimsun item is priced as tier "A" ,which is the cheapest tier of their menu item.Food price is about average of other dimsum price. Taste: I'm so glad the taste for most of the item are still the same as the previous one. The old place has been our favorite before this new renovation. This place is one of those rare place that have the deep fried shrimp wonton that's actually good, except now they don't serve it with mayonnaise ? Service: I went twice during the soft opening and as many other newly opened place, the place is hectic. They are very busy during this weekend but either they don't have enough worker or the staff is still learning, it takes a while to get your food. Also we have to ask the staff to get our tea , which is usually served right away when you were seated. But fortunately the staff are surprisingly friendly (for a Chinese place) , except few of them have trouble understanding English. Overall : Very solid place with very reasonable price especially around Arcadia area. If they maintain their price and quality we will definitely be back .

Came twice and the food was just not up to par in my opinion. The fillings of shrimp in the sumai felt like it was skimped. The green pepper and eggplant also didn't have shrimp, just fishcake...The mala cake also was soggy on the bottom. Both times they didn't have the salted egg custard buns. Was not impressed and personally only really enjoyed the tea. The ambiance is nice since they remodeled, has a more Japanese flair. Service is messy, both times they didn't check what was ordered and missed an item both times. Not very attentive and just felt super unorganized sadly. With another much larger dimsum down the street, I would be more fulfilled going there.

Recommend you pass and go somewhere else

Seeing that Full House has reopened and didn't have many reviews on Yelp I figured it would be safe to come. Boy was I wrong! I use to come with my family for dim sum and I found out they just finished remodeling it was an opportunity to revisit on Memorial Day. I took my mom here and before we finished our meal her face showed me how upset she was from the whole experience. The New Full House restaurant no longer has push carts for dim sum. You order by writing on the menu. Then you have to try to flag someone down to take your order. They take your written request somewhere to punch into their POS system and they print a copy of your order and staple it to your menu. Not really the ordering style that older folks who like to eat dim sum would prefer. Next, they didn't have the jasmine tea (second tea on the menu). Then one of the items we tried to order also wasn't printed on our receipt. We flagged one of the ladies there to add that back to our order then we were told they didn't have that item at the moment. We were brought four items and then just kept waiting for another twenty minutes for the rest of our order. None of the food items we received were super hot including a separate dish we ordered. Food was mediocre at best. Finally two items never came and we were just sick and tired of waiting and pretty much done with this place. So needless to say I would not be coming back and don't recommend anyone else to come unless you don't mind waiting for a long time to get your dim sum, getting your dishes cold or waiting too long for the rest of your items to show up. Overall, they were not organized as well. Food was not up to par with other dim sum locations. Dim sum prices are a)5.38, b)6.38, c)7.38 or higher on weekdays. Weekend and holiday 5.68, 6.68, 7.68 But don't except all your favorite dishes to be priced at a. Most of the staple dishes were b or c

    Shrimp with soft eggs

Went there twice for dim sum and dinner specials. As for the dim sum, it was good. The restaurant has some different dim sum dishes compared to the competitors. The dishes tasted simple and clean which I enjoyed. As for the dinner specials, it was good too. Yes, there is a charge for white rice. $10.99 dinner specials that's a great price already. Service was good too. The people are friendly and works hard. And it's newly renovated. Nice decor.

TK Cafe has thoroughly impressed me off first impression, and if I was closer, I'd probably be a regular here. For how much we ordered, the food didn't take too long to come out and genuinely, was so good. We got a lot here, from the garlic shrimp to the popcorn chicken, and so much more. The popcorn chicken was, without a doubt, my favorite item. We originally came here because a friend said they had the best popcorn chicken, and I'd honestly agree. It was crispy but also still a bit juicy and I feel like most places go heavily into the crisp aspect and it ends up just seeming overcooked. But it was a 10/10 here. The proportions are huge, so it's easy to over order. The crab rangoons were good on the portions and crispness and not overly filled with cream cheese which is nice. The noodles were good, pretty average, same with the Mac salad. The garlic shrimp was a bit overly garlic-y, but it was still good. If you're looking for a new Hawaiian spot, definitely check out TK Cafe. The proportions are huge and the taste is amazing. If I'm ever in Monrovia again, I'd definitely be stopping by!
