They took great care to disassemble the furnitures, wrapping them in furniture protection cloths, and then assembling them at the destination. We had some large pieces that needed to be moved to the 2nd floor, and they took great care to not hit the stair railings or the ceiling. Everything was 10/10 from the very beginning. Ken was extremely quick to respond and the pricing was really reasonable. Then, Matai and Sam showed up. They were so considerate with our items, very communicative and enjoyable to work with. They were so fast and efficient, they moved all of our things in 3 hours- both loading and unloading! They went above and beyond. We were moving into the same community but a different unit. So while we didn't pack for a long- haul move, they wrapped most of our things to ensure they were properly protected. Next Move did a great job with our move! I had found them because they moved my grandma out of her townhome. They helped us move into her townhome a couple months later. It was 100 degrees on moving day but they still worked hard and got everything done very fast. They were very careful at wrapping all the furniture up and they disassembled/assembled it all for us. First off I do want to say the movers that actually came were really nice and helpful. Start time was at 8 they arrived late and started at 8:30, everything they did late made them push back time and ended up charging us more at the end for not being responsible and reliable. During the move they took longer than what they suggested, our move was a hour drive to our new place. This move was done in the morning once they packed everything up they asked my husband if they can take a lunch break of 45 minutes mind you this was only 3 hours of work done. Which was only supposed to be 15 minute break by law!!! Once they got done eating traffic got heavy we didn't think that they would actually count that against us but they did!!! Not once did the guy that I was texting on yelp say they were going to be taking a lunch break. Once everything was put back in the new place I was going back and forth to make sure everything was fine and put in place once they left is when I realized a piece from our babies swing was missing. I did text the guy on yelp about (screenshots inserted) and they just stopped responding nothing has been done about the swing . Horrible communication skills, no accountability. read more

I can't say enough about Matai, Aivar, Tegin, and Aslan. I was moving into a tri-story home where you needed go up two flights of stairs to get to the living area. It was a narrow staircase and these guys rocked. They were quick, diligent, and patient. Super personable guys too. They were able to move furniture, including a massive couch, up the narrow staircase without damaging anything. They arrived on time and wrapped up slightly sooner than what I would have anticipated. They were amazing able to do it with only two people from a second floor to another second floor in around 2hr 30 mins they wrapped everything up and delivered directly into the apt.
