The interior is so beautiful and modern, and service is really good. My friends and I ordered the crab roe noodles and beef noodle soup to split, and both were solid. I have been loving crab roe noodles, and they have SO much roe in their noodles so every bite has a good amount. The beef noodle soup's noodles were really bouncy, and the texture was quite good. I wish the soup was a bit more flavorful and fragrant as opposed to just having a lot of spice, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. They also serve boba and skewers here too! read more

For vegetarian while they are vegan/ vegetarian friendly Please order carefully. There are some mistakes with menu ask them before ordering and stay away from noodle soup as it is only cooked in chicken or beef broth. They do not have or my guess is know how to make use off vegetable broth. I ordered the green milk tea and Shanghai Green Onion oil noodles. Both were amazing will return to try other dishes and hopefully the corrections to their menu will be made too. New restaurant in the plaza across the street from Mitsuwa\Jusgo. Beautiful, clean interior with very friendly staff. We have been here twice in two days and the staff has been very helpful with their menu recommendations. They special in noodles (soup and dry), but also have a skewer section as well. The fried chicken cutlet skewer is fantastic!! The house special noodle soup is the perfect mix of spicy and sour. Oftentimes, beef noodle soups lack flavor, but not this one. I was expecting the dan dan noodles to be dry and not soupy, but their rendition was delicious! Not too salty. Their drinks are also fantastic. Try the Thai green tea lime drink for a refreshing beverage. Comes with crystal boba. We will be back! read more

My husband and I visited on a Sunday around 1:00. We arrived to a full restaurant during a rush. We were told that we would need to wait, but we were seated almost immediately. We loved the decorations and interior, which have a modern vibe. However, the space is quite small with very bad noise reduction. In addition, the music was way too loud. I imagine this could be unpleasant to some. For such a small space, they had a nice selection of noodles. We also liked that they had a selection of skewers, street snacks, and drinks to choose from. Despite the crowd, the service was quick and efficient. The food came out very fast. I ordered the Yibin Ran Mian. I haven't had this type of noodle since living in China, so I was very excited. However, the noodles that they initially brought me were bland and dry. I was essentially given dry noodles with toppings... there was no sauce. The toppings were nice, but there was a lack of depth to the taste. I typically do not complain at restaurants, but my husband agreed that they were horrible and told the server that they lacked flavor/sauce. They took my noodles and added some chili oil and salt to them (maybe something else?). They tasted much better at this point, but they were cold due to the added ingredients. I think I would have enjoyed them if they had initially added the extra ingredients. You can see the lack of sauce in one of the photos and then how much better they looked after the oil was added. My husband ordered the Beef Rice Noodle. We both really enjoyed the flavor, but the portion was super small for my husband. So he ended up ordering an extra side of rice noodles to add to the broth. I typically can't finish my noodles, so I didn't mind the smaller portions. But this is certainly something to keep in mind. We wanted to try the beef skewers, but the fridge was out of them. We didn't ask, so it is possible that we could have gotten them if we asked about the availability. Instead, we selected the breaded chicken skewer, breaded beef skewer, and the tofu/veggie skewer. We loved the flavor and the skewers added to the overall experience. Lastly, we shared a cold green tea with fresh limes. It was delicious and absolutely refreshing! We look forward to trying some of their other drinks in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience. I'd like to give it a 5, but the noisy environment, small portions (for my husband), and the experience with the Yibin Ran Mian lowered the score on this trip. However, it is still one of the better Chinese noodles places we've been to in the DFW metroplex. read more

Apparently they changed chefs hence changing recipes of food. The Chongqing noodles didn't taste the same. Less flavor and no numbing flavor. Chongqing is suppose to be numbing. The restaurant seems to be ran by only a couple. Service was subpar. They did not even bring us water. They gave far better service to the Caucasian folks actually. I really like this place! The skewers and flavors are great!! I got a noodle soup on top of the skewers. It was the perfect amount of food! (But I also have been told I eat a lot ...
