FOOD Noah's bagels are decent and cost-effective. The sheer quantity and availability also helps. As a bagel, they're very "mid" as opposed to the more locally, small batch bagels like Boichik. They offer bagel dogs which are actually hard to find elsewhere. They offer the Monday discount for baker's dozens and baker's dozens with two tubs of schmears; the latter with less of a discount. SERVICE My orders have always been to-go, so service has been limited to getting my order right and on-time. But as you can see from the photos, my bagels were sliced sloppily. Some shaving off part of the top and all not cut all the way through. This made toasting a challenge as the uncut ends had to be corrected at home in order for them to fit into the toaster. AMBIANCE Fairly busy on the weekends with in-store orders and food delivery couriers. Order ahead if possible to limit wait time. Ample seating area indoors and some seating outdoors. Want coffee? Went into this shop at opening, asked for a blt, on a everything bagel with avocado and a Asiago with onion chive, and a orange juice, rude service up front and could not understand when I asked for ONLY BACON LETTUCE TOMATO AVOCADO ON EVERYTHING!got my food and there is no every thing bagel it's some small wimpy lil bread roll with hardly anything in it the Asiago was ok just undercooked for 18 dollars plus tip I would not recommend this store. read more

We live nearby and I usually get bagels at noah's. The shop is pleasant and the service is always good. The problem they have had for a very long time is inventory management. They often are completely out of poppy seed bagels by nine or ten a m. Several years ago, there was a new manager who noticed that problem right away and fixed it. For the period of time she was there, the poppy seed would be available until at least mid afternoon. Now again they are not keeping track of poppy seed bagels, which seems easy to do. She did it right away back then. Now they have that same problem again. Obviously this problem must cut into sales. Seems like it should be easy to notice and easy to fix. read more

There was a fly in the bagel case sitting on bagels having the time of its life. I told the lady at the front - young girl - and she said "I see that" with attitude, as if it's completely normal and not an issue... DIDNT EVEN BOTHER for all I know they see it as extra seasoning. This is my go to place when I drive over the hill from Santa Cruz as the Noahs in the Cruz closed years ago. Love the everything bagel, also the cinnamon raisin and the occasional chocolate chip bagel. Staff is always friendly and the place is always humming when I'm there which translates into a pretty solid experience. The lox sandwich is my ultimate treat and they always listen to my request for a "light" schmear. They have tables inside and out and on a sunny day, outside is nice. read more

Ordered a breakfast BLT for lunch today. Fortunately I was eating outside because they did not put any bacon on my sandwich. When I brought my sandwich inside and informed them, they insisted my sandwich had bacon. And when I was about to show them, they placed some bacon in a bag and said here's an EXTRA side of bacon. So you just happened to have cooked bacon? Probably because you forgot to put it on my sandwich. And how is it extra when I never got any? Seriously, own up to your mistake and apologize. Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2019 This Noah's Bagels location is always busy. We always get good customer service even when they are super busy. The main downside to this location is whenever it's busy it's beyond difficult to find a parking spot or a table inside (even when you go early). The good customer service and delicious bagels is what keep us coming back for more! Be sure to sign up for their emails which let you know when they have special promotions. Okay, seriously people? 2.5 stars? C'mon now. They aren't the BEST bagels, but 2.5 stars seems cruel. We come here several times a month for our traditional bagel weekend morning. Parking is a bit tight since it shares the parking lot with Whole Foods, etc., but manageable. Love they there are some tables and chairs outside and we seem to be able to grab a seat around 9 on a weekend morning. Line is usually pretty long and cashiers are friendly. They are one of the few businesses that still haven't opened indoor dining (I'm not complaining, but they have quite a bit of indoor space). I usually get a jalapeño cheddar with chive cream cheese. Definitely recommend asking them to cut it in half (apparently it's not default here) and asking them to toast it for extra time. They usually mess up my husband's order (it's honestly not that complicated but ‍), but they are gracious about it. My husband prefers Noah's because of the chewier texture of the bagel. It definitely is noticeable. My daughter likes her everything bagel with cheese and egg, but seems to like the egg from donut basket more strangely. We're officially regulars! read more

In the 7 years the Los Gatos Noah's has been my closest bagel connection, I've come to think of it as like a ne'er-do-well sibling with a good heart but who just can't pull it together. The staff often seem sad, there's little sense of urgency and orders pile up. This morning I ordered through the app while walking over, the line was through the door and they stopped calling out names so I had to ask to confirm the bag I was watching had my name on it (because it was left facing in rather than out). I went to another Noah's just yesterday and it doesn't have to be this way. Love ya, guys, but I hope y'all can pick it up, and please tell Corporate to bring back pumpernickel! read more

We usually order Everything bagel and cinnamon sugar. The employees aren't super friendly or fast. However, if they run out of the cinnamon sugar they can make it for you from the plain bagels. My experience here and the interactions with their employees is just average if not more on the nonchalant side. Luckily, I'm just here for the bagels and not sit down service so it's fine. read more

Normally this is our go to Noah's location, but we just had the worst experience here on 12/22/20. I"d give zero stars if I could. We had placed a mobile order and when my daughter went inside to pick it up, the guy working behind the counter was rude to her from the get go. First asking her what she was doing in there, when she went to the social distance marked area for pick up. Then telling her that they didn't have any of the bagels in our our order but not offering any substitutions or refund. When she inquired about a refund he told her she'd have to call customer service. First, I get that items run out, but I'm surprised that we didn't get a text or call that none of the items we ordered were available and asking if we wanted to replace with others or cancel our order, as has been a common experience with other places when you mobile order. But even more surprised that to get a refund you actually have to call customer service. I definitely will not be using the Noah's app for mobile ordering in the future and will not frequent the Los Gatos Blvd. location due to the complete lack of customer service displayed by this particular employment. On the bright side since there is no Noah's location near us in very far South San Jose, we didn't want to have made the drive out to LG to go home empty handed, so drove over to the Bascom location in Campbell. Fortunately the girls behind the counter at that location redeemed Noah's good name by being extremely pleasant and customer service oriented. I would definitely return to the Campbell Noah's location over the Los Gatos location any time in the future. read more

Was just here and ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese and the below picture is what I got: a very burned bagel. Suffice to say, this is not what I asked for nor is it what I paid for. I was several miles away before discovering this, otherwise I would've gone back and complained. All attempts to phone this business, and get a live person on the phone, over the course of several hours, have been for naught. It appears that they have made it so that people are unable to call them and reach a manager. This is surprising, as customer service in this location is usually pretty rocksolid, even though some of their actual corporate policies leave a lot to be desired. I can let some of that go, but there is no way that the person making my bagel did not see this more than slight discretion. Unfortunately, this is my last time visiting this business. There is a Posh Bagel a couple of miles away and they will now be getting my business. read more

I got the farmhouse bagel for my son which was amazing and he loved, spinach and Swiss bagel with onion and chive cream cheese for myself which was chefs kiss and a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese that my girlfriend loved! I understand not everyone's experience was done right by them but I do encourage those to give this place a try because it's worth it! read more

So annoying, every time I go to the Los Gatos location to get chocolate chip bagels they are out or today they had just four. I was ordering 9 chocolate chip in my order and they won't bake anymore chocolate chip even though they will be open for another 2 1/2 hours. It was late morning I was ordering but it is a Saturday. When I picked up my order today, it was a shit show. I had to ask for my order 3 times, the bagels I asked to be sliced were not and person behind the counter seemed out of it. It would have been nice to sit inside as it was cold and rainy but the indoor seating area isn't available. Covid has been declared over by the state. You do not need to wear here and all of the employees did NOT have wears on. I know it's hard to find employees these days but Noah's you need to do better at this location. read more

Do not use their app. I ordered food using their online app, you have to pay ahead of time using your credit card or apple pay. My order did not go through but they still charged me for the order! I have been waiting over a week to hear back from Noahs regarding me refund request (they only offer email as a communication tool). Fortunately I took a screen grab of my message before I sent it as it did not get a reply and had to re-enter all the info again, did not get a confirmation, do not feel confident they will bother replying. Staff is always so friendly i come in and bagels are great! Very big difference from other years and the new staff doesn't deserve these old reviews to define them! The bad news is that Noah's Bagels has a tasteless product. More bad news, they now REFUSE to toast the bagels properly. (This is an edict sent from corporate apparently). So if you want to make their tasteless product at least edible by toasting it, welp' you're out of luck. You get one pass under the burner (which doesn't toast the bagel..think about leaving an open-faced bagel on the counter for an hour...that's how it turns out...stale...not toasted or crispy. The good news is that I discovered House of Bagels. Delicious and TOASTED to perfection. NEVER going to eat another Noah's bagel again. Thanks corporate, I found my new bagel place!!! read more

Picked up breakfast here on our way for a long drive. It was cheap and quick. They had a good variety of bagels and spreads. The one thing I thought was odd was their toasted options were single or double toasted and unfortunately single toasted is under toasted and double toasted means burnt. Their website does not work to order food, if you go on DoorDash good luck on occasion you can order. Sometimes it just shows is closed when the store is open. You can't call them to place an order. This Noah's is great. Just your average bagel shop with delicious and soft chewy bagels. Everytime I've gone it's been a busy morning with the line out the door. But the people that work here, have got the system down. It doesn't take too long to take your order and then the order itself comes up pretty fast! Awesome! The price is kind of high for a bagel, but it's a chain store so that's not going to change. The bagels are delicious and somehow the cream cheese is always concentrated on the side....I smear it myself when I eat it, but that's not a problem. Do yourself a favor and give them your business. If I lived closer I would most likely be a regular customer for sure. Thank you and I recommend this place to anyone that likes bagels. read more
