I really wish Noah's bagels was better than it was. I've only ever really been to this location, so I don't know if this is a problem with this location or the restaurant chain itself. I keep coming back, wishing it was better, but it's always the same. The bagels are decent, but the sandwiches are so poorly made and the ingredients never taste fresh. Take the Bacon, Avocado, and Tomato sandwich. Every time I've ordered, it has little sauce, bacon that looks nothing like the picture and tastes soft, a flat overcooked egg that tastes microwaved, and what I can only assume is a previously frozen and now thawed avocado given how awful it tastes. The tomato may be the best thing on this sandwich. Unfortunately, this place needs a hard reboot from someone who cares. Seems like a great opportunity for someone to open a competing bagel spot nearby. read more

The level of service and quality of the products continues to be the same for me. I'm greeted with a friendly smile and my order is taken care of right away. I drop by here once a week to get a bagel, either an egg or sesame bagel, lightly toasted with a thick spread of cream cheese. Sometimes I'll get a Baker's Dozen with two different types of cream cheese, one savory and the other a fruit type. If you want a good selection to choose from, I suggest you come early as the variety to choose from lessens as the day wears on. The only negative I have about this place is the parking: narrow stalls with people who don't park properly. read more

Be aware of rude manager!!! Every time I go inside, I witness the inappropriate behavior by the manager (woman) if it be towards the staff or customers. Today I went in and I had a 9 week puppy in my arms. 2 lbs. I couldn't leave him in the car as I'm transporting him to his new home and wanted to stop to get a quick bite to eat. This isn't so much about the puppy but more about how this manager treated a staff member when she came around the corner to say hello to the puppy and helped me by holding him while I put creamer in my coffee. Who doesn't like harmless little puppies? The manager (after about 15 seconds) yelled at the young girl and said "excuse me, are you on the clock!" Poor young girl was publicly humiliated in front of many people. I told the manager to not speak to her that way and she started yelling at me that there are no dogs allowed. You see it wasn't so much about the little puppy and i did not see signs outside saying "service dogs only" but it's about the nature of the manager and her attitude towards others. During these times, people are hungry for a little bit of happiness and with the times if a puppy brings a smile, it is worth it! So what harm is it that a young staff members comes around the corner to say hello? Please, this woman attitude is unbecoming to anyone that visits this cafe. read more

Noah's bagels is for sure my favorite bagel spot. I always get there everything bagel toasted with salmon or a sesame bagel toasted with honey almond cream cheese. They have great breakfast sandwiches, my dad loves the Santa Fe. There are bagels are always fresh out of the oven and they have a great coffee! Make sure to try all the different flavors of cream cheese or grab a dozen bagels and a couple containers of schmear next time you're there. read more

Noah's no more! I tried to get a bagel that was toasted. It was still white and I don't consider that toasted. I asked for my bagel toasted twice and they refused to do it saying they're not allowed to. How stupid can a company be not doing what the customer wants. they have a minute maid orange juice machine in the back but if you ask for orange juice, still just put you to the selection they have in the front. Some days you can ask for salsa and actually get it in the next day they say they will have it. Got my son a bagel when we opened it up it barely had any cream cheese. It didn't even coat the entire bagel when we mentioned it they said that they have to use a scooper, but I do not think that she actually scooped the cream cheese as a full scoop on that bagel it was ridiculously so scarce. Manager is extremely rude. Trying to support local businesses during Covid-19 I witnessed the owner/manager argue with a customer over a valid $2 coupon that she refused to honor because she didn't have a button on her till to press. The customer had received the coupon in an email for being a previous loyal customer. I left before being served and took my business elsewhere. Noah's need to re-educate this manager about customer service. She's turning away loyal Noah's customers to go elsewhere. read more

My favorite bagel is the egg bagels. This Noah's no longer makes them. I asked the employee why . He had some very weird excuse about the fact that they no longer make honey cream cheese . What does that have to do with egg bagels? Who knows. If you like egg bagels go somewhere else! read more

They do make good bagels. Nice and soft... mmmm. We stop by in the morning from time to time for a quick bite. It's usually fast to get in and out. usually. there are those days when there's a line, then it takes forever. even if you just want a simple bagel in a bag (not toasted, no sandwich... just stick it in a bag and let's be on our way), you have to wait in line. for some reason, people ordering bagels are the slowest orderers ever. really... how hard can it be to decide what you want??? anyway, back to the food. it's good. my favorite is blueberry. just the right amount of fruit to bagel. perfect. the kid loves cinnamon sugar. tip: if you get one, get it put in a separate bag, or the sugar gets all over your other bagels. read more

I came in here to get a couple breakfast bagels i ordered I was waiting there for about 30 minutes before an employee approached me and asked what I was waiting for i replied and my food she was very sweet and immediately started working on my order as the other employee skipped right over mine in the queue. She asked him why didn't you make it the Oder is there.. he proceed to say I don't know.. I then watched him wipe his nose , scratch his head touching his hair and then touch the food he was making for customers.... I'm torn. I had the Salmon Salad. They used smoked salmon, or lox. It was very tasty and there were plenty greens. However, I ordered salad and soup. Why does everywhere always think their soup/salad is God's gift to their customers? An hour later and I'm hungry. And I spent twelve bucks. On liquid and greens. wtf. This establishment is not one that I have on my list of impressive food shops or places to return. They have a limited number of employees during a very busy time. The line being almost out the door. As with what my fellow yelpers said, their stock supply is low to none. They were out of certain bagels, tomatoes, spreads, all three coffee's were empty with multiple customers asking for more. The bagels are always pretty decent but not sure where the cream cheese ended up because it sure didn't end up on my bagel. I got the feeling that I was a burden to him. Make sure you remind the employees to change their gloves when they take your money and then make your bagel. The girl gave me an attitude and didn't even apologize when I saw her taking my money with her gloves on and then about to use the same gloves to make my bagels. Extremely rude and patronizing service. My food was fine, I mean, it's pretty hard to mess up spreading tuna on a bagel. However, my order was incomplete... Me: "excuse me, my tuna melt comes with a side and a pickle." Staff Lady: "Uhhhh no." Me: "....yes, it says on the sign up there that the tuna comes with a side." Lady: "No, no I don't see it. Agree with others, this Noah's has practically no bagels left, even on a Sunday at noon. Options are super limited to the picked over leftovers. Plenty of staff working here, but they are not friendly and seem to be wishing they were elsewhere. I like the food at Noah's, good for breakfast. I go to whatever location is closest and this shop is close to home, so I go here occasionally. I'd recommend Noah's in general, especially the peppercorn potato bagel with salmon schmeer... yum! However, this location needs some help. First, there's no place to wait if you're taking your order to go. It's a very narrow space and either you're standing right in front of the condiments or in front of the door. In either case, you're in the way. Second, they can never seem to get my order right. It seems that every time I order a plain egg mitt bagel they have to put a slice of cheese on it. Most times when I order, they ask "do you want cheese?" and I say "no". Then they put it on anyway. Maybe this isn't a big deal for most folks, but seems to me that if your business is based on taking orders then you'd actually listen to what the customer is requesting. read more

7:15am on a Monday....No asiago bagels and out of Chelsea coffee. Ordered cheese and jalapeno in its place. Wanted it toasted with butter. I got a barely toasted and almost no butter bagel back. I asked about the coffee being brought out and all I got was some muted response undetectable. I really didn't want to go this Noah's anymore because of prior bad experiences. I always loved to come to this Noah's Bagel; however, this past experience on Christmas Eve was an absolute nightmare. The manager, I'm assuming, was screaming at her employees and also the customers. A young man lost his wallet, and when he asked about it, this woman was flat out rude to him, saying he had no right to see it and walked away from the conversation. On the plus side, the rest of the employees there were pleasant, nice, and worked really hard even though their manager was screaming in their ears. I completely understand that it's not fun to work on Christmas Eve, but to have that terrible of customer service and be flat out rude is completely unacceptable. read more

this has got to be one of the worst noah's bagels locations in the world. when i first visited it, i wanted to say that it reminded me of when i used to go to the noah's bagels in corte madera up in marin county because it's staffed with a bunch of spoiled rich kids that don't really need the job but just want to be able to _pretend_ they're not living off of their parents' money. however, later, i realised it was more like the one time i visited pinkberry in rancho palos verde down in socal; which is even worse. listen, girl: i know you'd rather work at the peach pit with brandon walsh; but someone's still paying you take my orders of bagels and sandwiches, you know. hrm, maybe it's that all the _cool_ kids work next door at whole foods. noah's bagels holds a special place in my heart. first of all, i met my wife because i was assigned to take her to the telegraph avenue (and durant avenue) noah's bagels in berkeley when we were setting up for the big, annual uc open taekwondo tournament back when we were in college. later, when i graduated from cal and had my first job, i used some of my first paychecks to invest in noah's bagels stock just because i liked their product. a couple of years later or so, the company went bankrupt, and i went down with the ship. what a lesson in investing, eh? well, of course, mcdonald's bought the company, and i continued to enjoy noah's bagels. as testimony against all the low carb nonsense, i was at my lowest weight and fittest shape when i was eating a half dozen noah's bagels a day. anyway, i would prefer to patronise the telegraph avenue, berkeley location; the el paseo de saratoga location; or the san tomas, santa clara location. i found better service at all of these. i was really annoyed that this location was totally out of everything when i was there. they had no meats for sandwiches and such a bad selection of bagels for a sunday morning. *roll eyes* maybe there's just a whole lot wrong with the town of los gatos in general. after all, the snobby lame butts over there voted against a measure to build a skate park a few years ago. what jerks! read more

I will NEVER be coming here again. So, I went into Noah's to get a dozen bagels for a work meeting. As I'm driving to work, I spilled my coffee all over the bagel box. Luckily, the bagels were fine. So I turned around and went back in hopes of getting (or buying) another box. The cashier was extremely helpful and just went to ask her boss what to do in this situation. I also said I would buy something if need be, but I really just needed a new box to put all the bagels in. What happened next was absolutely RIDICUlOUS. The manager or store owner (older lady with glasses) comes out super aggressive. Asking who served me and to see the box. I told her it was in my car. She then yelled at her employee and she then slammed a box down on the counter and said something snarky under her breath. Then she called the poor girl back into her office. Over a bagel box....Unprofessional and unbelievably rude to not only me but her own staff. If you want your Friday morning ruined, come to Noah's in Los Gatos. I'm sorry to the nice cashier who helped me out, you don't deserve a rude boss like that. read more

Ordered through the app for the first time today, requesting curbside pickup. Pretty easy process, however when the guy comes out with my food he tells me that he was out of cinnamon raisin bagels so he replaced them with blueberry. Uh okay...shouldn't you ask first? Then, when we get home and find that the chips we ordered/paid for were not in the bag. Generally when I go to Noah's I scrape half the cream cheese off because they put so much on. Today on our four toasted bagels there was barely enough to cover both sides of the bagels - in fact, parts weren't covered and there was none to be spread around. Never had that issue with Noah's - always the opposite. All in all, not a good experience but great bagels usually. read more
