This is a nice place at a nice location. I came to visit the riverside and take a walk and noticed this truck. They offer a nice variety of things. Their matcha is pre-blended as well as their already made tacos. Almond Milk and Syrups are .50+. They are good for on the go vibes. The girl was very nice and fast with her work. read more

The iced vanilla latte was excellent. I don't have the palate to describe the flavor profile of the beans, but the coffee had its own strong signature flavor, wasn't severely diluted with milk, and still just sweet enough for my taste. The breakfast taco (bacon and egg) was a bit bland, but the salsa verde it came with improved it a fair amount. Portion size was good. The tacos are sourced from another local business so I won't dock points for this. Parking is a bit limited with just a couple of spots across the street from it. Service was standard as well... First thing that sparked my attention is the friendly service! It makes the biggest difference. I told the owner that I needed a pick me up, and he suggest a cold brew red eye. Excellent coffee food truck!! The truck is so cute and their beverages are unbelievable. The ingredients are all local the worker explained to my friends and I! The worker was so kind by giving suggestions and gave our dog a pup cup. The drinks had their own unique flare. For example, I got the matcha late on ice and it had lavender in it (you can ask to not have it included)... AMAZING! The location on riverside is perfect to stop for a morning coffee before heading to lady bird path for a long walk. read more

I wanted a fresh ice coffee and I found one! I was suggested to order the Noble Joe and I did! It was delicious and when I got to my nieces she could tell I had a double espresso;) YUM highly recommend. Great location right off of the hike and bike trail. Walk up towards Lakeshore Blvd at AMLI from the trail and you will find it next to the dog park. FUN. read more

Noble Joe Coffee is one of the best coffee places I've ever been to I'm from Houston Tx and came to the east side of Austin to visit for a month and I was 5 min walking distance from the coffee shop and everyday when I would wake up all I was looking forward was my coffee I love the ambience and atmosphere around the coffee shop the boardwalk at lady bird lake is literally around the corner so if you have time you can walk and enjoy the view while sipping some amazing coffee and not to mention that the customer service is fantastic and the people around are so welcoming I definitely recommend it to anyone who is around the area to stop by and get some coffee and watch the amazing view Austin has to offer you will not be disappointed, and not to mention that you will be supporting a small local business grow ! read more

Could not recommend Noble Joe more! It's a staple in our community and I'm lucky to live right next to it, but they're located right off the Lady Bird Lake trail and super dog friendly since it's right next to a dog park. You can't go wrong with your order, their matcha is amazing though. On top of everything, the staff and the owner, Dane, are always so welcoming and friendly. It just adds to an already great experience. Make sure you stop in! read more

The cherry flavor isn't as strong, but it's a fragrant drink. The flavor slowly became sweeter the more I drank it. It grew on me, but it wouldn't be my go-to unless I knew I was munching on something salty that night. Violet Blueberry Blonde - My favorite of the two. This one has a tamer flavor with a nicer floral note. It was exactly what I asked for. I felt like I could've easily chugged a few of these. The guy at the counter definitely chose a great pick. I love the low-key ambiance of this place, the peaceful nighttime atmosphere, the fact that it's wedged into a cozy nook, and how it isn't so LOUD like many bars. Didn't get bit by a mosquito while we hung out there for an hour, so that's a huge plus. They were probably chewing on my friends' legs too intently to consider me, though. Wish I had something like this near my place in Houston. I would regularly hang out here on a weekday, no cap.

Tons of outdoor and patio seating, a few tables indoors in the AC. I ordered the Flapjack, hot, with double espresso in a larger cup, with half sweetness (effectively a large with less services). Delicious saltiness and cinnamon! I really enjoyed this. I tried the honey lavender latte which they said was the least sweet of their fort favorites. The lavender flavor was very forward and there was a hint of sweetness on the back of the tongue, so very accurate. I didn't get as much coffee flavor here so maybe double espresso if that's important to you. Friends also tried the seasonal coconut macadamia latte (they said it was nice, like a sweet nutty flavor). Really solid coffee spot with great vibes, I'd come back.

During this AWKWARD CONVERSATION THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD, the employee banged on the glass and simply gave me a smaller version of the margarita I had paid for. I did not complain. This coffee food truck is a great little stop for a quick caffeine fix, and I like that they also serve breakfast tacos so you can grab everything in one place. The coffee is solid, the food is tasty, and it's an easy option if you're nearby. The only downside is timing--if you happen to show up while they're cleaning the portopotties, it can definitely make for an unpleasant wait. Otherwise, it's a convenient and reliable truck that's worth a stop when you want coffee and tacos together. read more

They have a food truck located in the AMLI South Shore Apartments that looks like a trolly. There are lots of picnic type seating. Parking was a bit of a challenge by they have a parking garage within walking distance. Service was friendly and quick, which always makes a difference. I decided to try the Blackberry Crumble matcha seasonal drink. The drink was very refreshing with a nice balance of sweetness and tartness from the blackberry. You still get the "crumble" flavor layered in, which made it feel unique and a little indulgent without being too heavy. Overall, a solid spot with creative seasonal options. I can't wait to try some of their other seasonal flavors. They deliver on their mission of making quality coffee while providing the best experience.

I decided to try their peppermint syrup as opposed to my normal go-to pure cane syrup and was NOT disappointed! I am always pleasantly surprised by their VERY reasonable prices, especially for their level of quality. I will continue to go out of my way, even pay for parking, to visit either location. I find it hard to trust many "up and coming" coffee shops that are promoted by the city's numerous influencers, but this is an establishment I stand behind 1000%! 2026 is the year we all should try to be mindful of how and where we spend our dollar, and supporting locally owned and operated businesses is always a win in my book! They know their stuff and you can feel the love and dedication behind everything they offer.
