Great place. Very open feel when you walk in. We were greeted and sat down immediately. They took our beverage order right away while we looked at the menu. We had the pad Thai and spicy eggplant (not on the menu but I highly recommend). I was expecting more of a peanut flavor from the pad Thai but noticed that I had to mix in the ground peanuts. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My family and I ordered food from here tonight for the first time. We ordered Pad Thai, Tom Kha soup, and yellow chicken curry. The portions were very small, and the chicken curry did not include rice. We have never ordered a chicken entree from an Asian restaurant that did not include rice. The Pad Thai had a few shrimp and a few bean sprouts, no other vegetables. The soup had chicken pieces with no other veg. The Tom Kha soup had 2 tiny pieces of carrots, a couple of potatoes, and some chicken. We asked for the food to not be spicy, but the curry was spicy. Very disappointed. FOR WHAT YOU PAY, you would expect a bit of quality. They charge restaurant prices but the food is very lacking. We will NOT be going back here! read more

It's a nice joint. We usually order take out. The meat in the Pad Thai was very chewy and white, it's rather odd. Maybe they use the cheapest meat they can get. This has happened twice. We liked the regular fried rice. read more

Nikki Thai is located in a shopping center off Baseline and Cherry. Parking can be limited depending on what time you come due to the gym that is in the same parking lot . They currently are still operating under their own covid restrictions so there is no dine in , take-out only. There is still a sign on the door asking people to wear masks and stay six feet apart however the woman at the front taking orders was not wearing a mask herself so maybe they just haven't removed the sign yet . Service was fast and the female who took my order was polite. I ordered the chicken satay, Tom-Kha soup and a single vegetable egg role (available at a special price of just $1.10). The food was delicious, no complaints . Their peanut sauce was amazing - I think they use chunky peanut butter to make theirs and I've never seen that before but there was zero spice (you can always just add your own chili sauce). The cucumber salad that came with the satay however was extremely spicy for me . There were large chunks of jalapeño and seeds. Perfect for someone that likes spice but if you can't handle much like me, be careful taking a big bite . They also offer dessert, beverages and real fruit smoothies. I love this place. My partner and I always do our best to stop by after our gym days or when we are in the mood for Thai food. Not going to lie, the food here supercedes my expectations. Best Thai food in Fontana if I would say. It's such a small restaurant that you would miss if you don't pay attention. I love the staff. Since I've been coming back to them, they remember you and your order. I usually go to have my usual, but I also found out about the secret menu. The staff will always recommend things and will tell you what is good or bad. They also accomodate allergies and also make it extra extra spicy if you ask. The ingredients they use for the food is always fresh and top notch (ignore any other comments that say else wise). Everything is super flavorful and tasty. I'm almost done trying the menu. I'm also slowly getting to the secret menu; my favorite is the panang which I'll add potatoes to it. Their menu will have all your basics. And if you don't see it, ask and I'm sure they can make it. Keep in mind, I used to travel to get Thai food, but now that I found this place, I will never go back to my previous place. So hopefully this place never goes out of business since finding good Thai is not easy when you have such high expectations. This little spot definitely a recommendation. read more

To go orders only at this time . The Lady who took my order were friendly and engaging. I had the drunken noodles with beef , received my food less then 10 minutes. I sat in the car to eat , the aroma were so good , the smell of the charred noodles is tantalizing . Ready to dig in and sadly disappointed the dish were overly salty . Debating if I should go back in to ask them to remake it with less sauce ? Decided not to and continue to eat a few more bite, after each bite I had to gulp tons of water. I couldn't finish it anymore, way too salty for any average person to consume . Instantly I felt my fingers swelling due to the strong salty / sodium taste . I discovered this spot during COVID so I did not have the chance to dine in, but when I come for Pick-Up they are always super friendly. We had friends over for dinner. We were not in the mood for pizza, so we ordered Thai from here. I ordered D6 which is the cashew nut chicken plate. It has peppers, cashew nuts, onions made with sweet chili paste and of course chicken. When I have ordered from other places usually my plate runs out of chicken pretty quick. This plate seemed to have the never ending chicken. I kept finding chicken slices in my food and I was enjoying every bite. We came for lunch around 1 or something. They don't have a lunch menu and everything is a La carte. They have a decent selection of foods to choose from. The First Lady( a young girl) was kind of rude when we came in but the second one-an older lady-was nice and helpful. The food was good, I had the tofu in gravy over noodles but I forgot what it's called. We also had the tofu fried rice which had a strong egg flavor and slightly salty but no big deal. My mom also had the Tom yum soup and she said it had a good delicate flavor, not too heavy. We'll probably be back sometime. It's located in a strip mall next to a gas station and dollar tree on the corner of cherry and baseline. read more

When I told the waitress about that, she said " you're first time here so I give you a discount but next time we won't because chills are expensive!" I came here with my friends, group size 5, on a Saturday afternoon. We had no trouble getting seated, though the inside is relatively small so I wouldn't count on it having available seating at all times. We ate family style where we all share, and I would recommend doing this so you can try a wider variety of dishes. Their drunken noodles were somewhat spicy, which I found to be nice but if you're spice intolerant make sure to ask for mild or no spice! Overall everything we ordered hit the spot, and the price was pretty fair as well. Their Thai iced tea was much larger than expected, in my mind the medium is a large and the large is actually an extra large (enough for 2 people). If I'm around the area again, I'd plan on coming back if my friends and I are craving Thai! read more

Came here with my mom at night time and it's a cute little place in a plaza. It was smaller than expected but did not disappoint. I wish there were more curry options though instead of just two. I came here expecting excellent food based on the reviews. I ordered 3 different dishes, a Pad-See-Ew, pineapple fried rice, and garlic spare ribs. The best dish was the Garlic spare ribs. It was fried and flavorful, if a little too well seasoned. The Pad-See-Ew was too salty for my tastes. Possibly too much sauce or just too much salt. I thought the beef was fine as it was tender and cooked just right. The pineapple fried rice was fine but ended up only have 3 pineapple chunks. I think it's hard to call it that if you give less than a handful of slices. But hey, I'm not the chef here. Everything was pretty expensive which made the small portion sizes confusing. I'm glad everyone else seems to be having a good experience with this restaurant. I probably won't come back unless a friend of mine tells me they had a completely different experience. read more

Love this place and it's super close to home. Food is always delicious, the Thai tea is one of the best Thai teas I've ever had, and they make your food very quick! A little hole in a wall place that is a must to visit. Pad Kee Mow (drunken noodle) was really really really delish. Make sure you ask to adjust the spicy level when ordering. Just realized I never wrote a review for this place. I get chicken fried rice, fresh tasting. Thai tea with boba, very tasty. Boba nice and soft. Nice place and it's always busy so you know it's good. Indoor seating still not open. When you walk in there is a very small area to stand and they stand wayyy back and take your order for afar. That's a little bothersome as you have to wait outside for your order. Strange since all other places have already opened up their dining rooms by now. But the food is food, so I return. read more

First timer here and my experience went good, solid A for everything. I went here with my cousin and we enjoyed of what we ordered which was Tom kha soup, shrimp wonton soup, vegetables mixture with tofu, and Mango sticky rice. All are so delicious and absolutely lovely. In general, I don't like coconut milk but that Tom Kha soup is so good that I just might stick with coconut milk in food. My taste bud still dreams of it.
