I called immediately to ask what happened and the answer I got was "i cooked it myself" And that the chicken was in a brine. Regardless if it is in a brine,chicken should be cooked fully. I also mentioned I had eaten there before and I have never seen their chicken pink and their response was their supply chain is different now. I asked if they could compensate us for the 2 chicken dishes and they said no refunds. I said okay politely because what else could I do besides warn people not to waste their money here. The pan fried beef buns I'm not sure if I tried before but were great as well. Came hot and had a nice char on them, however the crust to filling ratio was a little off - I'd love more filling. They didn't reheat great in the microwave. I imagine they'd reheat better on a pan or in the air fryer.
