Noodle Valley is a new MUST try noodle restaurant in Ridgewood. My friend and I tried the Crispy salt and pepper chicken and I had the Dan Dan noodles and everything was packed with delicious homemade flavor. Our server was super friendly and was able to suggest very refreshing drinks to pair with our meal. The food is definitely the star here but it was also fascinating to watch the noodles actually being pulled in the kitchen which added a super unique element to this otherwise standard seating room. You can even sit near the glass window to get a better look. Genuinely obsessed with this place and cannot wait to go back!

Delicious food, pristine environment, attentive service - this place deserves all the stars! My husband and I drove to Brooklyn for my son's concert, but it was canceled because of rain. My son suggested that we meet up at this eatery, as he'd been here before and knew it was authentic and good. Oh boy was he right! What a nice way to ease off the disappointment and the fatigue from sitting in traffic, and to celebrate mother's day! The friendly waitress suggested that I should have their vegan noodle soup, as the broth was specially prepared with healthy ingredients, including passion fruit (!). The kitchen was half open, and we could see someone making hand-pulled noodles, the best kind in the noodle family. The vegan noodle soup exceeded my expectations with its clean yet rich taste. It came with generous helpings of baby bok choy and chunks of soy protein. The hand-pulled noodles were bouncy and substantial. I drank every drop of the special broth - it was made with soulful creativity. Husband loved his Laksa and son enjoyed his beef noodles. The only pity is that this restaurant is so far away from our home!

Wanted to try this place for some time and was very happy with my order. Both noodle dishes were delicious.

It's just right. Then the filling. The pork was delicious. It was soft and flavorful. Now the broth inside these dumplings. These were the soupiest soup dumplings I've had. This place tops Nan Xiang on Prince St IMO. The soup is just.... Perfection. This is a rich multidimensional flavored broth. I could tell a lot of time went into this. The owners told me they make everything fresh, made-to-order. THEIR CHILI OIL IS AMAZING. The owners are so so nice. Clean beautiful space with lots of seating. Great prices. We also got the beef stir fry udon which was DELICIOUS, the takoyaki which was DELICIOUS, and bubble tea/fruit teas which were all DELICIOUS. The restaurant is spacious and clean, and I'm glad there is finally a place to get soup dumplings on 30th Ave. We got the 6pc Chicken Xiaolongbao which had a warm, soothing, and aromatic broth. My biggest issue with this was the dough was super thick and made it difficult to really taste the chicken. I expected the dough to be thinner and almost melts in your mouth like others places do. The Crystal Shrimp Dumplings were decent but nothing to write home about. The flavor comes from the added soy sauce, chili oil, and ginger on the side. I will say the pieces are large & filling but flavor-wise, it didn't quite hit the spot for me.

The Chacha Noodles with Fried Pork Belly.came out steaming hot from the kitchen. Bouncy noodles paired with crisp veggies balanced well together. The pork was crisp as well, though some pieces were a bit overdone. I do wish the pieces were sliced a bit bigger... maybe would help it not be overdone. They give a good amount though. I love the hot sauce. The Butterfly Pea Lemonade was a little on the sweet side for me, but had a good amount of sourness to balance most of it out. A decent Thai spot in the area.

The window seat was cute, but it was hotter indoors than it was outside, which was a little crazy, we were literally rolling beads of sweat while eating and not from the spice. We got a few appetizers and some main courses. I have the pad see ew and vegetable dumplings which both were lovely. You're not coming here for the service honestly, as there was close to none, I must've called the server at least a dozen times and he was in his phone chilling. I don't know if I'll be back, maybe in the winter. It was just a strange experience on the whole, even with the food being good... yah who knows if I'll be back!
