I am sorry y'all but I am a huge fan of this place. Not because they have some "super amazing don't miss out flavors", because it is a true help to a family who can be lazy and cheap and get a solid meal. I mean, how hard is it to cook some effin' noodles and make sauce?? Sometimes its the worst nightmare to an endless day that won't end, when you have already made two other meals from scratch. We tend to enjoy the pesto, rosa and marinara sauces as well as some of the asian flavors. I am not a huge fan of their mac n cheese sauces. I truly love the customization options in the app. Days when I want pesto with spaghetti? No problem. Days when I want penne with marinara? No problem. Days when I suddenly look at my body and think "OH SHIIIII" I can get their zucchini noodles. And as a parent its a solid meal. Their kids meal plans are very good. I also love that they have the app and curbside. Its SO easy to pop over and pick up fast with no Rona fears. Anyway, are they amazing?? NO. If I want Italian food do I pick them? Also NO. Noodles and Company is always a go to for a full belly! I use to only order the mac n cheese with the crusted parmason chicken but that has now changed. My hubby would always get the Japanese Pan Noodles, so I gave it a try and was hooked! I now order this everytime. The noodles are nice and fat with a great flavor, the broccoli has just enough crunch but cooked and they top it with cilantro!!! I LOVE cilantro! I get mine spicy and it just adds that loveliness! The experience was so upsetting that I'm writing a review which i have never done before. My friend and I decided to go eat here for lunch one day, AND A BIG MISTAKE THAT WAS. If you are in highschool and go here for lunch, just letting you know they arent going to prioritize your order. We got there at 10:55 and left at 11:27. Our lunch ends at 11:30. We got there very early to order our food and over FIVE separate group of people GOT THEIR FOOD FIRST. And they fully prioritize online orders before walk ins. WE WAITED FOR SO LONG and still got to school late. My friend and I ordered two simple bowls and it took them almost over thirty minutes to get our food. I later FINALLY asked when our food was going to be ready and I was told it would take another 5-10 minutes. Keep in mind that we have already been waiting about 25 minutes. They did bowl card but only one. There were two of us. AND. They also gave us ONE fork. 9/10 do not recommend coming here for linch if you're in high school or are in a rush. read more

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. Last night, I ordered 4 items at around 5:27pm. 2 of them had veggies of cabbage as a big ingredient. They said they were out. Out at the time that orders are starting to come into the restaurant so people can eat dinner? They said that they can make the orders without the cabbage, but NO OFFER of substituting ingredients until I asked. They then substituted broccoli for the cabbage in the Pad Thai bowl. Well, that turned out to be about 5-6 teaspoon sized pieces of broccoli. As they prepared this dish, they found me to tell me they were now out of broccoli, and could not make the Korean Noodles w/steak with broccoli. I then had to ask to substitute other veggies, which were corn and snap peas. I got about 5-6 pieces of snap peas, and maybe 6-7 kernels (yes, kernels) of corn. So, got my whole order home, and besides the above issues, this is where things stood: Potstickers, no prob; MaC & Cheese w/chicken, no prob; Alfredo, literally 1 leaf of spinach (remember, this is a key ingredient), and 6 teaspoon sized chunks of tomato; Pad Thai, literally 6 teaspoon size pieces of broccoli; Korean Noodles w/steak, some snap peas, and 6-7 kernels of corn. Employees were friendly, but obviously didn't know what was going on with the food. No offer to substitute veggies until I asked. I don't know what is going on at this specific restaurant, but I would stay away and make the drive to the one in Lafayette, where I've always gotten a good meal, no issues with portions, etc. read more

Stayed at the Courtyard Marriott nearby and was hungry coming back from Denver late night. Glad this place was still open as I preferred this place over Wendy's for a late night dinner. Walking in, I was impressed with the decor and also impressed with the variety of noodle dishes you can choose from. Whether it's Thai, Chinese, Italian etc, it seems like they have one that would represent that country. Though being impressed with the decor and choices, I wasn't impressed with the to-go portion. I ordered their tomato basil soup which I thought would be a good add for an additional $1 only to the Pad Thai I ordered. Brought the food back to go and tried the Tomato Basil soup first. Though the taste was good, the portion was not. I expected the soup to be filled to the top but it was barely half way filled. I then tried their Pad Thai. The noodles were dry and definitely not your usual Pad Thai dish. Not nearly as great as other Pad Thai's you would find at other restaurants. Wow, has Noodles gone down hill! They seem to have changed some recipes. Lately at this location, stuff is over seasoned. Quality of ingredients is not as good either. I just had a Japanese pan noodle with beef. The beef was either in tiny peices or huge chunks. It used to be consistent sized and tender. This was tough. They do not have a consistent process to handle online orders. They failed to include a cookie that was ordered, but had to double check that it was paid. When I called to report the missing cookie, they wanted me to drive back and get it. Seriously, I am not making a second trip. Refund is the answer. They said they don't put those in the bag, but let the customer pick, but never bothered to tell me that. All around, the service at this location has deteriorated as well. I was hungry, so I sped back to the office to eat my made-to-order Pasta Fresca: no red onions, no spinach, parmesan cheese. But when I opened the bag, I found a sea of red onions, wilty spinach and a healthy sprinkling of feta cheese. What went wrong? There should be an option for no stars and a huge thumbs down because the manager Jamie (may not be spelled correctly) should be fired. I started going to this location recently, in fact I did a great review on David, who should be the store manager and met Chastity, who also was wonderful to me. . Does this company know how important excellent customer service is? Your customers can eat anywhere and be appreciated especially with the economy the way it is. One bad experience and word of mouth can end future sales. I do not need abuse from your manager. i have developed food allergies recently. I have ordered in the past many of your dishes which I loved but I am trying to determine what foods I am having issues with. So I ordered separate dishes which I guess are considered add ins. She comes out front all excited and yells out that this cannot be done. I was appalled and embarrassed for her ignorance on how to address a customer. She went on and on about how costly this is and that she will lose the farm. Then she said something about having to figure something out for next time because that was my last time. I do not return when I am treated this way, she does not decide that for me. I will let you know this now, if this company changes it's menu and I can no longer order this way, I will not only not return but my friends and 13 members of my family will not either. The women has lost her mind. I ended up with a few carrots in one tiny bowl, a few pieces of cucumber in another, she gave me the correct amount of zucchini and noodles. Forgot the Parmesan crusted chicken which I had to go back for. Needless to say, I have not returned. I remembered Chastity saying she was in Lafayette so I visited there today. If you ever want a bite to eat, but you are beginning to feel the toll that a life of semi-fast food can have on your body, Noodles offers a lite and healthy option Ordering your food with meat optional is something I've come to really appreciate about this restaurant. I'm definitely not a vegetarian, but occasionally I do feel the urge to eat as an herbivore and rely on my vast accumulation of protein stores for primary energy supplies. Optional meat not only allows you to control the nature of your meal, but also the price. Another cool thing about Noodles is that it is a no-tipping zone. I always feel a little perturbed when I am ordering food from a counter register, such as a coffee shop, and I am asked to sign the receipt it has a spot for a tip. I could just ignore it, but then I look like I have poor attention to detail. I could draw a dramatic line through the tip spot, but then I just look like an asshole. I could tip up a few cents to the next dollar, but then I look cheap. More often than not, this dilemma causes the price of my meal to increase by $1. A clever ploy by the restaurant industry. Noodles & Co. is a standby for our family, but this location has done poorly by us. On a recent visit, the service was poor, food was poor, and the restaurant wasn't clean. My daughter is in a phase where she only wants to eat plain, meaning nothing on them, noodles. The staff could not seem to figure out that by plain I meant PLAIN and her entree was delivered with butter, cheese, and herbs. They remade it for us quickly, but keeping a hungry 3 yr. old content is never easy. I had the Japanese pan noodles with tofu (normally my favorite dish on the menu). The tofu was so over cooked it was hard. Gross. I had the Trio, which is a great option, with a small Thai Curry Soup on the side. The soup was delicious as usual, but the portion was about 1/3 of what is normally provided. Overall, it made me not want to eat at this location again. read more

Bangkok curry is my FAVORITE, but I have had 5 other items and they were good as well. The one item I HATED was the japanese noodles. Funny, I've been a fan of Noodles since arriving in Colorado so many years ago, I don't think I've ever ordered off the Mediterranean or American Menu. Only the Asian menu. I've never felt compelled to leave a bad review before; as i've worked in customer service and understand that things happen, however this location is terrible and deserves a 1 star rating. The customer service was awful and all four of the dishes we ordered were made completely wrong. We didn't have any special requests, just basic menu items and they were still incapable of making those correctly. Everything was cold, the japanese pan noodles resembled a tv dinner that had yet to be microwaved, and we ended up throwing away half of everything that we ordered. We have had great experiences at this restaurant for many years, and have continued to despite of Covid. Our most recent experience getting dinner form Noodles was excellent. We were able quickly and easily order our dinner on Noodles website, and went straight to the restaurant to pick it up. The food was ready as soon as we arrived, and a friendly staff member brought it right to our car. The food was delicious and still hot by the time we got home and started eating. I don't get how they get the Italian, Asian, and Mediterranean flavors so spot-on in the dishes here. The tastes are so legit it HAS to be a front for the mafia, the triads, and ... some Mediterranean crime syndicate that is probably very mellow in comparison. I bet they eliminate their enemies by making them eat a bunch of the damned mushrooms that seem to get into everything. The Thai Hot Pot is my favorite so far, just without the mafia mushrooms; a mixture between pho and your typical peanut-sauce based Thai dish. The tomato-based sauces are all amazing and taste very fresh, all the way to the marinara dipping sauce with the garlic bread. The mac and cheese and alfredo flavors are very rich. If you leave out the criminal mushroom torture devices.. My only suggestion would be that the food should arrive at the table a bit hotter, and that there were no evil mushrooms on the menu. Seriously, I had hoped when they remodeled the location a few months ago, they would also remodel the staff. I've had bad experiences here so many times from the staff to pretty much ignoring me when I walk up to the cash register (because they were having too much fun goofing off with each other) to getting our order wrong to getting home and finding a dish so poorly put together it looked like a blindfolded, one armed orangutan put it in the bowl. I swore off going there, but after the remodel, thought I'd give them another try. Well, much like a plastic surgery addict, the place looked different on the outside, but same issues on the inside. The girl at the register was super-nice and attentive, but that felt like a red herring. Today was the last straw - I only ordered one thing from the kitchen - 3 potstickers. I got home and, instead, found three completely flat pancakes. Seriously, guys - if you don't know what a potsticker looks like, THERE'S A PICTURE ON YOUR MENU. Get your friggin' staff in order. Not only was the service excellent. They made my experience personal. I never do reviews and on that day made sure I did the review on the receipt at the time. The cashier and manager really brought a tear to my eye from the service alone. This lication is going downhill. We have been regular visitors for years but lately the food has lost its flavor and appeal. It is clear N&C has 'revamped' somewhat, as there are no longer condiments on tables, the number sustem is different and the chopsticks vanished. Today the bangkok curry was almost totally bland with no hint of bangkok or curry. The pork was bleh. The japanese pan noodles were a congealed mass with no flavor, unlike past meals. The chicken was quite dry. And the single station multiple choice soda machine is hell incarnate, as the line to get a drink can be longer than the line for food. They need another station. Went in today and placed an order to go. I ordered my meal with no spinach or mushrooms and added olives and extra sauce. I watched the cook put the olives in last after my meal was already in the bowl, they didn't even mix them in and cook them. When I got home and opened my meal there was spinach and hardly any sauce.
