I was super excited to order from here again since the one in my hometown closed years ago. I will say my favorites I like to stick to are the mac & cheese or penne rosa add crusted chicken but I tried their exclusive pepper tortellini & Caesar. In my personal opinion the flavor & amount of cheese was overbearing. I wouldn't order this dish again however I would return for my usual favorites. The unfortunate incident I experienced tonight @ this Noodles is not yet resolved, so I might have to update after my plans to speak with this location's General Manager, Nicole Salmon. I placed a food order from the app, intending to pick it up approx. 30 minutes later. After entering the gift card #s and my cc info the $50.+ order was confirmed by email. After receiving the confirmation via email I drove to the location to pick it up. When asked the name on the order, I replied, then told that the order had not gone through. No one tried to contact me or inform me of this digital snafu until SFTER my arrival. Instead of eveni trying to accept responsibility or correct the error, the 'manager' suggested we start over. Well, when I had tossed those 'redeemed' zero balance gift cards in the trash and invested the time to place the order for a hungry family of four, her suggestion fell very far short of satisfactory. I asked & received her boss's contact info. Will be calling tomorrow. My family has dined in and carried out literally hundreds of orders at this Noodles. Resolution of this in a professional, customer-centric manner will be greatly appreciated. Noodles and Company has might quite a few menu changes over the years, but has always remained a staple for me! I ordered the Japanese pan noodles for a quick lunch break during the work day and it was pretty good:) the noodles always have a nice bounce and the veggies are tender as well. Haven't been to a Noodles & Co in a while and went for a school fundraiser. I always enjoy the pesto cavatappi with the Parmesan crusted chicken, but this time I decided to be a little healthier and got the zucchini noodles version. It is tasty, but just not quite as filling as the pasta, so almost like it needs to be a bigger portion as I was still hungry when I finished it. So this order was from last month. The picture attached is a screenshot of the video that I took on that night. Long story short, My pasta had no sauce once so ever. There was nothing wet about my pasta. Bcause we both had long days at work and it was already late when he grabbed it, we were too tired to head back out. I decided to call the restaurant however, trying to get a solution since we paid our money for a bowl that I couldn't even eat because the noodles were dry. (I had just ran out of Alfredo sauce at my own home too so it wasn't even fixable..) Went here for my lunch and ordered through the mobile app. I had a reward buy 1 get 1 free! I decided to try the spicy Korean beef noodles and the Penne Rosa with parmesan chicken. They food was prepared and ready by the time I got there and warm. The parmesan chicken was a little cooked longer than usually and had some charcoal to it. You walk into a heavy, disgusting odor of rot when you enter this store. Looking down, you see the floor is wet and notice the floor behind the counter is completely flooded and employees are tracking water out with each trip. Your lunch will be expensive (@$12 with a drink) and you will receive a medium-sized portion. When you get to the soda machine, one is completely out of order, and the other is only working sporadically and is out of the more popular options (Coke Zero, etc.). I think my noodles were missing something and that was Alfredo in my Alfredo Montamore. Sooo, here's the thing. We don't have Noodles & Company here in Atlanta, so on a recent work trip in Chicago, I set out on a mission to try this place after hearing all the great reviews. During my work lunch, I went to my first Noodles & Co (a different location) and after studying the menu days before, I knew I wanted to try the Alfredo Montamore. My first bite into this dish, I fell in love. It was the perfect blend of sauce, flavor, crispy chicken, fresh spinach and tomato - just all around delicious and I slurped it up. Before leaving Chicago, I decided I wanted this incredible dish just one more time. I ordered the same dish from this location to go and when I started devouring the dish, I noticed it was dry and bland. Compared to my first experience, it seemed to be lacking any sort of sauce whatsoever, and was just spaghetti noodles tossed with the other ingredients and topped with cheese. It was rather disappointing, but unfortunately I've only had these two experiences and don't know which is right and wrong, especially since they were both so drastically different. Service was good and food came out quick, so this location redeems itself in that sense, but if I was truly missing Alfredo sauce in my Alfredo Montamore, I'd strongly suggest some quality control. read more

I love Noodles & Company, but this location has made it really clear they no longer want to be in business. I've tried to eat here several times, but they insist you order online. Occasionally they'll allow you to eat inside, but regardless of where you take your food, you have to order online. I've had consistent difficulty ordering my dish this way; it usually says online ordering isn't available, and when I've called to straighten it out, they answer but won't take the order over the phone. read more

So normally I would give thus place at least 3 stars but not today!!!! I usually get the spicy chicken Cesar sandwich and it's amazing...it would have shredded chicken, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, tortilla strips and some kind of spicy sauce on the side... I brought my daughter here for dinner and we decided to order it to go. She got basic buttered noodles ( had an upset stomach so went bland ) and I got the Indonesian peanut sauté ( I've ordered that dozens of times before). The place was completely empty on a Sunday evening and the food came out so quickly. When we got home and opened the bag it looked like rations instead of a meal. Her noodles were dry and there were a couple different different kinds in her bowl that may have escaped or been left over from someone else's meal. My bowl was filled about 1/4 full and the broccoli ( one tiny piece) was mushy and gross. The noodles are usually firm and fresh... these were flattened and gummy. I was so disappointed. We got soft drinks and they were both ( Diet Coke and ginger ale) flat but we were half way home before we realized it. Definitely done with Noodles. read more

They gave me this tiny little container of the dressing and the container was maybe half way full. I went up to the counter and asked for an additional side of dressing. One tip when you go here-when they ask you if you want any protein- that means meat...Which I do know...but had a moment of "huh" when they asked me if I wanted any with my penne rosa (I love the spice in it!) When a macaroni & cheese craving hits, I hit up Noodles & Co. I've ordered the Wisconsin mac & cheese several times, and added parmesan chicken a few times. The macaroni is creamy and hits the spot for a comfort food craving. It's a little bland, but it does the job. The chicken, however, isn't worth the $2.50. Every time, the coating falls off the chicken and I end up eating bits of coating sans chicken. They re-vamped this restaurant a little. There's more seating, which was much needed. It gets VERY busy in the summertime with students, moms with kids, and teachers. A fancy new soda machine, and fancy salt & pepper grinders. But the siracha and hot sauce that used to be on each table are now gone. What the heck? I liked adding a bit of siracha to my mac, it needs a boost. If you're an office slave, don't come here alone unless you want to listen to conversations between mothers like this one: A mother walks in with 3 children, sits down and chats with them quietly while they eat. A few minutes later, a second mother walks in with 2 children, and as she sits she starts asking the first mother questions about her kids. Turns out, the 2 youngest of the 3 are twins. "OH WERE THEY IN VITRO?" she loudly asks across tables. I gobbled my last few bites, gathered my stuff and left. I've known women who have gone through that process. We're talking about something very long, invasive, and emotional. It's a personal journey. Not something to be discussed, or overheard by, complete strangers. Great place to take kids though, since they don't know what a uterus is yet they'll be more interested in their meatballs. I'm going to re-think it the next time I want macaroni & cheese though and I'll probably go somewhere else since this establishment is overridden with moms and kids. read more

Came here on a Saturday 8.50pm.read: non peak period. There were about 3 tables that were occupied in the restaurant at that time, two unmanned cashier counters that says "Welcome to Noodles" and one that was manned by a young lady at the far end (the sign showed pick up order only). Proceeded to one of the unmanned cashier counters. Here's where the problem happened 1. We stood behind one of the cashier for at least 10 whole minutes waiting for service. During this whole time, the three ladies behind the counter counter (including the one manning the "pick-up only") walked by us multiple times. Not a single eye contact. 2. At least two of the ladies didn't even seem to be working (e.g. preparing dishes), they were just chatting with one another and with some cooks in the kitchen. 3. The one that was manning the pick-up counter walked by us (in front of us) a few times, never looked once at us, and never gestured us towards her. 4. After being ignored, we were getting irate and we asked if we were ever going to be served. The two ladies (that were hanging out doing nothing earlier) said "Oh this counter isn't open, you need to go to the last counter" - pointing at the pick-up counter lady. The cashier had a blank stare. It's as though they just hired a bunch of high school kids who dread coming here because the parents refused to give them extra allowance and they feel forced to do some actual work. Sorry, but never again. We were so hungry we went across to Whole Foods for some deli takeout. Mmm so much better!! read more
