My family always would get bundt cakes for all of our birthdays but now we're going to stop. Their customer service has gone way down. We have a birthday celebration today and we were delivered mini bundt cakes that was damaged and that was flipped over. My mom tried calling the store to get help since Uber did not do anything, and the workers did not make the moment right for us. They said they couldn't do anything and to call Uber instead. Friendly customer service. I'm a sucker for sweets and of course I had to see what the hype was all about. I instantly fell in love with their snickerdoodle budnt. So moist and soft. Strawberries and crème comes in second I was able to try their Oreo one when they had their promotion of getting one for free and lemme tell you, sooo good! Picking up some cakes and there was a bunch of condensation and water droplets inside, I was concerned if so much moisture had built up then it would make the cake soggy. They were adamant that it would not and the at it was normal....sure enough the cake was gross and fell apart like wet soggy bread. read more

The cake was for a lunch celebration that next day. The cake was really moist, the frosting is not overly sweet and it was just an all around refreshing cake. I love that you can easily pick-up a bundtlet (mini bunt cake) in a variety of flavors in their cold case at the counter. They cost $4.95 each. There were several people in the shop and the display case was opposite of where I had to stand to pick up my online order so I didn't get any photos of it this time. We love getting treats from here. Every time we pick up a couple of bundt cakes for Birthdays or just because, the people we have gifted it to usually are super excited to receive yummy cakes. Could not wait to try this experience soon as the store opened I was one of the first ones there. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the wonderful staff and I noticed that the store was decorated with different themes of how you can make the cakes decorated for different types of parties. I checked out the large selection of flavors that they had and I even happened to see that they had a gluten-free option which is pretty cool and pretty rare to come across in a bakery. Interesting enough they also have many small gifts to go with the cake such as first birthday bibs, tea party, Halloween theme, cupcake size, and even full-size Bundt cakes. I wasn't expecting for so much and they were a well put together store but to my surprise the cake was so delicious and moist and it seem as if it just came out of the oven and was custom-made for my taste buds. Since our first taste years ago this is the go to cake for any occasion. It's our official birthday cake. I love the white chocolate raspberry, with does as well but also the lemon. The have a tiny cupcake assortment which I recommend first before committing to a huge cake. I'm typically a chocolate person but not here, so many better flowers to bounce off that frosting. Hooray, we have another Nothing Bundt Cakes! So glad they opened their second Valley location in Fresno. This Herndon&99 shopping center is becoming a one stop shopping destination. I visited this new location on a Saturday late afternoon for a cake I ordered online earlier that day--same day order pickup was awesome! It was pretty busy, a short line to get inside but once you are in there is a lot of moving about to dodge getting near people. I would definitely plan better and go right when they open next time. I ordered 3 medium sized variety Bundt cakes (red velvet, lemon, and chocolate) and had their own unique consistency which added a different level of the "cake" for me. My husband and I went In store yesterday with my son to get the buy one get one free. When we walked in we were greeted with a disgusted face from one of the workers at the cashier. At first I brushed it off until I asked a question and she looked at me with the dumbest look and answered like a complete snob!
