With the App ypu earn points and a birthday treat, a Bundtlet! I picked up two Bundtleys, Lemon Raspbery and Strawberries and Cream. We shared them both. Great flavors! Thanks for my Birthday treat!

Do NOT come to this location!! Their customer service is absolutely despicable! I've been a fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes for decades and every shop I go to are always extremely helpful and organized but this one. This location is where I've been coming monthly to get our office monthly bday cakes for our staffs' birthdays. I have been a loyal customer to say. Now, They use brown lunch paperbags instead of the colorful handle bags other stores uses to put the single small bundtlet cakes in. I purchased these bundlets often for individual welcome gifts for my clients and the colorful bags with handles made the individual cakes look so much more presentable. Now in those cheap brown lunch bags makes it looks Cheap! I had a birthday coupon for a free mini cake that expired 1 day and they would not make an exception to redeem it. The manager Arlene came out from the back and asked what I needed when the cashier had already stood back by the door and told Arlene about the problem and she came outside with an attitude and asked me what I needed so I had to explain to her again! She still said no, she can't help me and can't make an exception. I was really craving their red velvet cake so I asked if she can override it once because I genuinely didn't know they changed their time frame of the coupon. She said no, handed me a business card and told me aggressively I can call the owner. I went to the MB location the next day ( 2 days expired) they accepted it and wished me a belated birthday. I will be bringing my monthly office cakes to the MB location from now on even if it's out of the way from me. Customer service is #1 in my books, If you cherished your customers, you will treat them like the MB location treated me. I felt there is no loyalty and appreciation at this location if they can't even make a small exception for their customers. Shows they only care of the profit coming in and not their customers. They lost a once loyal customer which is probably nothing to them, but I'm sure the other locations would appreciate my monthly visits for their whole birthday budnt cakes and budntlet cakes for my clients and events in between . Should of read the other reviews sooner, all the 1 star reviews about this shop's horrendous customer's service. Now I understand. Nothing Bundt Cakes CORPORATE, understand that this location is ruining your reputation!

Ordered a Bundtlet Bundle from Nothing Bundt Cakes for New Year's Eve and they were a total win. Super moist, perfectly sweet, and everyone loved having their own mini cake (no slicing = happiness). Festive, easy, and absolutely delicious--these disappeared before midnight Will 100% be back for the next celebration.

I came in to pick up a birthday cake and as a regular I can honestly say the customer service here is always consistent. Leyna helped me out right away and was friendly and efficient, even with how busy it was. After reading Jennifer N.'s review, I was honestly surprised because I was actually in the store about to place my order during that encounter. From what I saw, her version felt exaggerated and left out a lot of context. Jennifer came in upset about a birthday reward that was weeks expired in April I heard, not one day. Her tone was loud enough that customers around the store started looking over because it made the whole environment uncomfortable. There were only 2 employees working, Arlene and Leyna, and they were clearly trying their best to manage the rush while helping everyone. From my pov Jennifer told Leyna she did not want to speak with her and asked for someone else, so Arlene came out and heard her concern, she apologized multiple times, explained the policy, clarified the franchise difference which I myself didn't know they were a franchise and directed her to the manager for further assistance since the manager was not in at the time. From what I saw, the employees were not rude. They were doing their job and trying to manage a busy store while handling a difficult customer. I felt bad for the employees because the way jennifer was speaking to them was not ok and they handled it well. Anyways as you can tell, this location puts effort into customer experience. They always have cute displays and themed decorations throughout the store for birthdays, holidays, and more. The store was pretty organized and put together. I also like the newer system where customers can add their own rewards and check their points themselves. It makes everything quicker and easier!

I know I'm a little late, but welcome to the LBC NBC! Not the TV channel of course lol, but rather, the bundt cake shop called Nothing Bundt Cakes, which sells nothing but bundt cakes! I had seen Nothing Bundt Cakes pop up in my activity feed several times in the past, like back when Long Beach was under the Yelp Orange County chapter, strange but true. It seemed that if I wanted to try a bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes, I'd have to go to Huntington Beach, and I'm definitely not driving to Huntington Beach just for a bundt cake, especially when there's another bake shop nearby that also specializes in bundt cakes. Long Beach's first Nothing Bundt Cakes location is by the traffic circle, which is, oddly enough, quite close to that aforementioned bake shop! It's on the southern corner of Los Coyotes and Ximeno. If you see Cava and Dave's Hot Chicken, Nothing Bundt Cakes is in between those two. If you recall the old Polly's Pies, it's the same building. There were two employees working when I arrived on a weekday after work: a male employee on the left and a female employee on the right. The male employee was assisting a family while the female employee was assisting an individual picking up a large bundt cake. Both were pretty friendly and courteous, but it was taking a while for the male employee to serve the family. Once Alexis was done serving the individual, she greeted me in a jovial manner. Between the two employees is a refrigerated display case of their bundt cakes. The bottom of the case showed the individual bundtlets, sorted by flavor. One of the flavors, the Strawberries & Cream, appeared to be out of stock. Either that, or they had more in the back, though I didn't bother to ask since they had plenty of other flavors to choose from. One of the flavors was a gluten free chocolate chip cookie, which intrigued me, but I went for a different cookie flavor: Oreo Cookies & Cream. They had plenty of other flavors that I'm sure will satisfy any sweet tooth out there, but the Oreo Cookies & Cream was calling my name as it's one of my favorite flavors for ice cream, milkshakes, and other cold desserts. It took about a minute for Alexis to bag my Oreo Cookies & Cream bundtlet in a paper bag, sealed by a Nothing Bundt Cakes sticker on top. Even though I was planning to eat the cake immediately after, I asked her long the cakes would last for future reference, and she said about 5 days. I took the bundtlet back to my car to eat it, and wouldn't you know it? It tasted about as good as cookies & cream could be in the form of a bundt cake! The frosting on the bundtlet resembled a flower, and there was a good amount that supplemented the cake while not being cloyingly sweet. A little pricey for a small $6.75 cake, but a very nice sweet treat to indulge in every now and then when you're seeking that occasional cheat day. The interior is quite large and spacious with plenty of birthday themed merch in the shop to peruse while you wait in line to pick up some sweet treats! Nothing Bundt Cakes has a rewards program, which I believe is different from the eClub. The rewards program is run by Thanx, and this is where things got a little interesting for me when I downloaded the app. I also have the Starbird Chicken app, which is also powered by Thanx. When I registered for Nothing Bundt Cakes' rewards program, Thanx migrated my profile info from Starbird into Nothing Bundt Cakes, earning me points in the process! I don't think there's ever been a time when I got points for a business' rewards program simply because I was a member of a different business' rewards program! Overall, certainly a welcome addition to Long Beach! I probably won't be back to this one as often, but that's only because there is another location in Lakewood closer to me! At this rate, they'll be a dime a dozen lol

Bundtinis: carrot cake, lemon, vanilla and chocolate
Danielle B.

We ( the ladies and I from my dental office) ordered a dozen bundtinis ( tiny Bundt cakes) for our bosses 3 year anniversary at this location which is close to our job! I'm definitely a fan of nothing Bundt cakes and the tiny versions are perfect for when you want a sweet treat but nothing to much! We ordered lemon, chocolate, carrot cake and vanilla. I ate one of the carrot cake ones and the flavors were simply delicious and I love the icing on top! For a custom dozen it was $35.49 which is pretty pricey I feel but we split it as an office and that helped lower the cost on all of us overall. Definitely for a special occasion these cakes are a perfect dessert!

First time here

A great place to get your last minute cake. They let you choose the type of decoration you want on it. I called 2 hours before picking up and they explained my options but definitely pushed me to get the confetti cake vs the raspberry cake that needed to bake because they didn't have any ready. The cake itself is simple but the decoration made it pop and looked very presentable. Simple but cute!

Piece of wood

My family loves nothing Bundt cakes and we always buy for birthdays and holidays. So it was upsetting and disappointing when we found a piece of wood in a mini bundled cake. Not only because I had chewed it but because according to their policy they needed to see the wood chip or (broken toothpick) inside the cake in order to do something. I'm not sure how they expected to see it in the cake if I didn't see it until I chewed and almost swallowed it.

Closed store after 9am

Shop early with caution They aren't open when their posted hours state they will be. I was going to post my cake but now my photo is just of a locked door. Great job running a tight ship, Nothing Bundt Cakes! And thanks for the heaping bowl of nothing.

Red velvet, vanilla, chocolate, snickerdoodle, strawberries and cream
Colleen R.

You can never go wrong with Nothing Bundt Cakes! Their cakes are always so moist and so perfect; however, DO NOT come to this location if you're big on good customer service. Every other location usually has very friendly staff, but the staff here are not very helpful nor do they look like they enjoy their jobs. The lady at the front helping me wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying and I had to keep repeating my order. She handed me a bag with a flavor I did not ask for, then rolled her eyes when I asked for the flavor i initially asked for lol. If you need quick dessert or to grab something real quick for an event, this is always a convenient option. Plus they have cute gifts thats always fun to browse while waiting for your order.

Some of the best pastries ever. The bundlet bundle is simply the best option to choose from. The service, cleanliness and atmosphere is excellent.

Strawberries and cream & lemon bundtlets
Audrey E.

Always love gettingy bundtlets from here! The Bundt cakes here are so soft and delicious! My favorite flavors are strawberries and cream and lemon! The icing is fabulous! The staff members are always nice and friendly! They are efficient and helpful. You can pre-order a custom bday cake or special occasion cake for pick up. But you can always come by the location and grab yourself a few bundtlets or bundtinis to go. Location is always clean, organized, and well maintained.

Signature pretty bundt cakes and tasty too.

This time (yesterday), however, was not nearly the same experience. First of all, I realized we couldn't book a table for 8 people, so me and my friends book 2 tables for 8.30PM. I called asking if it's possible to put our tables together close or side by side, they said they will try their best. We all showed up at 8.30 and waited until around 9-9.15 because they only had 1 table ready. Ok. Come the time the other table opened and it's not even that close to each other. But it's okay, I respect the limitations on this part. No one came to us to take our order or even give us water until way later, and we got our drinks at 9.45. Another critique is that my friend called and ask how much corkage fee and they said $25. It turned out to be $40. Another disappointment, but it's ok. Not much can be done bout that part. Next thing is the food. We enjoyed the fried green beans. Crudo was really really salty, and it's not only 1 person thought that. We wondered if the kitchen mistakenly salted the fish twice. We enjoyed the peach salad. We ordered a few different pasta and the tagliatelle in particular was disappointing. It really lacked flavor that we had to mix the other pasta dish sauce to it. The pork plate was good, a bit small but we enjoyed it. Now the mussles and frites were disappointing too. The sauce just didn't do it for me (other friends agreed). I always talked really highly about Nonna Mercato (I also enjoyed the brunch so much) and always told people that this is one of my most favorite restaurants in Long Beach, but this one really missed the mark for me and my friends. I don't know if this would make us want to go to Summer Nights again next time. For $130 per person (after tax, tip, and corkage fees), I definitely hoped for a much better experience.

Our favorite is the chocolate concha. It is crisp, fresh, and has the slightest sourdough flavor. I tried the dona one time and while it was great. It was just too much for me. Literally, we had to bring it home. I would suggest splitting this because of its size and it has a lot of almond and jam so it's hefty. I also tried their jamon which was sooooo good. I would get this again. For drinks we have tried their Atole, Dulce de Leche and Horchata with Cold Brew. My new favorite is the Horchata. It is so well complimented by the cold brew and it's so smooth and not too sweet. My husband also liked the taste he tried but he went with my now second favorite the Dulce de Leche. What I love about this place is that everything is balanced. Its not too much of anything just perfect. The concha isn't too sweet. It's balanced by the sourdough which is complex. The coffees which anywhere else would be a sugar bomb are just right. The sugar highlights the brilliance of whatever it is paired with whether that is bread or coffee.

I was looking for a thick, gooey, soft center Cinnabon moment, and it just wasn't that. I took two or three bites and passed on it. We also got the marble coffee cake, the cashier recommended it, and he did his big one because it was excellent. But I asked for the frosting on the side as I heard the frosting was insanely sweet and ruins the cinnamon roll. Honestly the cinnamon roll by itself was a lot better than with the frosting. The cinnamon roll was soft and had good flavor but just a bit overwhelming. I felt over it after 1 bite. So I added some of the frosting and WOOOOOOW it doesn't have flavor. Just pure sugar only. You have the option to buy them frozen to save for later, but they honestly taste best when you eat them fresh right at the bakery. A quick tip if you order online: Make sure to go straight to the front and let one of the many employees know you are there for a pickup. Portions are big and it's filled with your choice of filling, very delicious, highly recommend 9/10 2. Empanadas - Usually I love empanadas but these were a bit disappointing on my end. They were softer than empanadas that I usually have, although delicious still but definitely not my favorite from the bakery. 6.5/10 3. Breakfast Burrito - Talk about portions, this breakfast burrito is loaded with ingredients, eggs among many other ingredients, super flavorful and savory. It does have a bit of a kick to it which adds to the taste, pretty good! 8.5/10 Overall, a solid brunch spot, although a bit expensive, it's still worth to check them out.
