Right now I recently saw videos about this place and decided to give it a try. It's quickly become one of my favorite places to eat lunch. The lunch special is really affordable, especially in today's market and the variety of sushi and dim sum alone make it worth it. Service is friendly. Depending on the area you sit in, they can be quicker to take the plates than others. Inside is clean and quite big with a big variety of foods to try. I even tried their chicken feet and they were surprisingly delicious!

I had been seeing this place all over Tik Tok, so curiosity got the best of me and I decided to give it a try! We came for dinner on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all. I was immediately impressed with how new and modern this place looks. The draw-in to this place is the expansive buffet selection. Not only do you have your typical options, but you also have hibachi, soup, desserts and an impressive amount of seafood!! I tried a little bit of everything and enjoyed most of it. I did get some white rice that tasted hard and one other item from the hot bar that was a little cold, but other than that everything else was pretty great. The buffet area also felt very clean and sanitary, which is a must for me. The price depends on what time you go. I believe it's $17.99 for lunch on weekdays and $31.99 for dinner, which starts as early as 3:30. I feel like the seafood is what makes the price tag go up, which I didn't eat much of, so next time I'm going to try and stick to lunch time (not sure if the same items are included.) Depending on how much you like to eat and what you're interested in getting, this could very well be worth it for you!!

I went for my friends birthday yesterday and the place looks like a beautiful Asian cherry blossom or aquarium on the interior and exterior. The price was $32.00 per person which wasn't that bad for dinner . It's a Chinese and Japanese style buffet I love the fresh sushi and salad there. The lobster and crab ran out fast so I didn't have that. I love the salad and hibachi bars too and the dessert was delicious. The chicken was good, but the General Tso's chicken was too sweet for me. The sweet and sour soup was a little too spicy for me, but the waitresses were friendly and accommodating.

Always fresh and great tasting variety of food at Ocean Buffet. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The dining area is kept clean and seating is comfortable. Great place to also dine with large parties

This is the fourth time I get food to go at Ocean buffet and can only say it is such a great deal! For 14.99 a pound you can fill up your box with sushi, sashimi, seafood and steak. If you do a mix between these 4 and other hot food such as fried chicken it comes down to 12.99 a pound. I was during my first visit and still am happy to see sushi and sashimi with this quality at a buffet. Will keep coming back.

I came in during my lunch time and was pretty impressed. The restaurant, inside and outside, is very cute, clean and spacious. There's many tables and lots of servers. I was greeted and taken to my table and my server was waiting and took my drink order. I went to get some food, and they have so many options. There's the hibachi area where you choose your ingredients and they cook them for you. My time was limited so I did not try it but everything looked good. My first plate was full of seafood and it did not disappoint. I also got this cooked vegetables, sorry forgot the name of them, that were delicious. My second plate, I had more seafood, chicken skewers and sushi. The chicken skewers were good, the sushi was ok. Service was great. Overall I had a great first experience at Ocean Buffet.

2.75 stars. I cannot recommend this restaurant for dinner. We were here Monday night for dinner but our high expectations turn down hill. The restaurant is well decorated. High ceiling with good welcome courtyard. We did not see gingerbread lobster but that did not turn us down. The blue crab is big but the meat is powdery. What find the best is bull frog leg. The baby clam just below average. Sushi is very weak on selection. I have been many buffet sushi but here not up to the standard. The stone crab meat is shred easily. Dim sum also weak. Soup is just ok. Now come to very basic. The stir fry noodles not meet the requirements bouncy and tasty. Even the string bean with garlic stir fry is not good either. My wife likes the snow crab. I don't know they have the off day today. But I doubt it. The hibachi choice also weak. May be I have too many good buffet.

This is a good buffet. Lots of options, especially if you enjoy seafood. Crab legs, chicken, sushi, and hibachi options. The service was good, our waitress was very pushy for us to leave when we were done, which I didn't appreciate. But the food is fresh and good. We came on Friday night at 630. There was no wait. We will definitely be back again.

Some Sushi selection. Oh, black and red caviar too!

New restaurant ! First impressions is the amount of food available. A very nice verities of fresh Sushi and Seafood. Service is quick sitting to your table and off you go to pick your favorite food. Ambience is active inside with plenty of tables available. No menu it's all buffet. The only exception I encountered was it's a bit pricey. $31.99 weekends and $17.99 weekdays. Overall, great seafood!

Ok so I finally had a chance to try out the newest addition to the Chinese buffet scene right here in Orlando... and let me just say... I was pleasantly surprised. So after months of seeing this new spot all over social media with all types of mixed reviews... I decided to give it a try for dinner this week. This restaurant is located in the same plaza as the Fashion Square Mall with access to plenty of parking. Upon entering, I was taken back by how huge their waiting patio is... and the inside seating/buffet area was super spacious and very clean! I was fortunate enough to get seated immediately. There was a big variety of fresh seafood, sushi, Chinese, and dim sum options. They even had a build your own hibachi station with chefs available to cook your items right in front of you. I would have to say the standout items for me were definitely the seafood...it was all super fresh and was replenished fairly quickly. Now for the important question... was the buffet worth the price?... so for dinner I paid 34.99 before taxes and tip (lunch prices are a bit cheaper)... I would say that it is worth it...ONLY IF... you indulge in the higher priced item on the buffet line like the seafood, sushi, and steak... If you are primarily there for just Chinese food then I would recommend coming during lunch prices. Shout out to all the servers who were all hustling to tend to their tables, with grabbing refills and clearing plates. You all are rockstars!

Visited Ocean Buffet on Christmas Day. It was 36.99 including all you can eat lobster tail. I was thoroughly excited about that aspect. It didn't disappoint, I had two good size lobster tail that I enjoyed. I also enjoyed sashimi, salt and pepper crab, ginger lobster, a salty egg bun. Just to name a few. I do feel I got my moneys worth too. My husband does not like seafood and fish and enjoyed the hibachi and other non seafood options including different noodles. Drinks are additional. Service is nice and the ambiance is nice and new and spacious.

I've been hearing a lot about Oceans Buffet lately (specifically the large amount of food offerings), so when my husband and I were in Orlando the other night, we decided to give them a try. We arrived about 2 hours before closing on a Sunday night and they were still packed. We scanned the QR code at the hostess stand in order to join the waitlist and waited outside in their huge front patio/waiting area for about 45 minutes before we were texted that our table was ready. Apparently, they also texted about 4 other parties that their table was ready as well, so there was a bit of confusion as to who was texted first/truly next in line but it was shortly resolved. The restaurant is large, spacious and clean with modern decor using light wood tones and the color orange. Booth and table seating is available and my husband and I were seated at a table. The wait staff was attentive and took away dirty dishes quickly. There were a lot of people, so navigating the buffet was a bit challenging at times but not a big deal. There truly is a lot of food offerings in theory but there were at least 10 empty dishes the first time we went through the buffet line. However, throughout the evening, dishes were continually refilled and new offerings joined the buffet, but there were still a handful of empty dishes at any given moment. Later in the night, we saw brisket and chicken teriyaki skewers join the buffet. The chicken skewers were my favorite of the chicken dishes and my husband really liked the brisket, but it was gone very quickly from the buffet. We both thought the sweet and sour chicken was overcooked and tough and I couldn't finish the piece of ham that I got as it had no flavoring and the texture was too chewy. At one point in the event, lobster (in the form of a seafood boil) made an appearance but the three men in front of me piled their plates high with the lobster as soon as it arrived on the buffet, leaving nothing but empty shells for the rest of us. I wanted to look for vegetable sushi on the sushi table but very few sushi rolls were labeled, so I passed. Most of the food that we tried was average in taste when compared to other Asian buffets and my husband thought that the $31.99 per adult was overpriced. We were glad that we checked out Oceans Buffet to see what the "hype" was about but we won't be making any future plans to return as

They have a little sign by the street to help you find it/advertising, as it's in the hallway of the plaza. It's on the ground level so we didn't have to take any stairs or elevator. Upon entry, there was no one to greet us. We headed to the register where they had a bunch of menus and pictures. While we were looking, the lady came out from the back with food items for someone who was already seated. Everything looked good. There was a guy waiting for his order to go, another guy waiting to eat by himself, and another lady also waiting to eat by herself. There was some interview going on between two guys- sounded like it was about the restaurant as I heard them talking about kimchi fried rice. It sounded so good, I ordered that with shrimp. Mom had the bento box lunch. We asked for two cups for water, which she said she would bring to us. We sat for awhile, and saw the others and the to go person get their food. The water cups did not come until after she brought us our food. Maybe that's the way they do it? Anyhow- our food was out in a reasonable time and everything was delicious. I tried some of mom's beef bento box- she got the bulgogi beef and we were both a little shocked that it was ground beef and not thin slices, but the flavor was spot on. My mom did not finish her lunch and I had a small portion of rice left. When I asked for one to go box- the lady almost seemed upset that I didn't want two! She asked me what about my leftovers? To which I said my mom was taking everything in one box. lol. We don't like to waste and I wasn't going to toss mine but it seemed silly to get another box for the little bit of rice I had. So we put it all in one. We paid at the register and took our box. There are many more items on the menu I'd like to try. My mom was pretty impressed with the place.
