Went into today around 4:00pm and was greeted by a very nice young man. He was making my bowl when I noticed he was skimping quite a bit when it came to the toppings he was putting into my bowl. The scoops are not very big and he wasn't even filling them to the top of the scoop. He barely put any tako in the bowl. I am used to the bowl being full when ordering a Large (5 scoop) bowl. They use the same size bowl for their medium and their large. I'm not sure if all of their workers get trained the same way but obliviously some are trained to skimp on the toppings and other are not! My favorite sauce is the dynamite sauce - it's perfectly spicy without drowning out the actual ingredients you get in your bowl. This location is awesome because they offer a student discount for a dollar off your bowl and the staff is always really generous with the servings of fish and toppings they give you! I got brown rice with 2 scoops of salmon and one scoop of shrimp, with their Okeechi sauce (unreal), and for toppings I did Jalepenos, avocado, crunchy garlic, crispy onions, and sweet onions. It was the perfect amount of spicy, and the fish is just too fresh. Really tasty and amazing consistency to where you can experience the fish through the flavor. Besides the food being amazing, the staff was incredible. The found out we were from out of town and gave us all tshirts! They even threw us in their Instagram story and made us feel valued.
