COME HERE Sushi rolls had great flavor and amazing toppings. They were way bigger than expected with 10 pieces and decently thick but not too much rice. Could have used more sauce. 8/10 The strawberry smoothie with cheese foam and it tastes like strawberry cheesecake 10/10 My friend got the taro coconut smoothie with cheese foam and said it was delicious as well 10/10 for her. Easily one of the best sushi places in Elk Grove, and I would say it even competes with some of the more expensive Sacramento sushi restaurants in terms of taste- and it's less expensive! The chefs special 2 was an all cooked tray with all the flavors my kids enjoy at an affordable price for freshly made rolls. Literally all other sushi places will let you call in at any time for 6 rolls and they'll tell you it'll be ready in 20-30 minutes. Drinks: I ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba and also got mango fruit tea for free as part of their grand opening promo. The jasmine milk tea felt a little too watery and could've had a bit more jasmine/milk inside of it, and the mango fruit tea tasted a little too artificial. Boba was good but didn't blow me away. Sushi: The star of the show. Definitely really well made and all the rolls tasted great. Rivaled some of my favorite sushi places in Elk Grove, and it's very clear they spent a lot of time on crafting a solid sushi assortment. Interior: Solid, gives the feeling of a family owned business which is very nice. Nothing spectacular, but I think there's a certain charm in not over-sensationalizing the interior when the food is the main focus. read more

I ordered a spider roll and takoyaki. Service was great and it was fast. I got a good amount of serving compared to other sushi restaurant. You get your money's worth. I was looking for a Poke shop when I accidentally stumbled upon this place. The place was not big but it looked clean. I got the largest Poke bowl with three proteins. I was expecting three scoops of proteins like other Poke shops. I was very disappointed with the portion size of the proteins. It looked like I got about five pieces of diced proteins ( which is much less than most other places). There weren't a lot of additional toppings to choose from and my bowl didn't have much taste. I don't think they gave me enough sauces for the bowl. It is a little bit cheaper than other Poke places but I just wasn't impressed with the bowl.
