I called in and ordered for delivery. Quoted me 45 mins and they were pretty spot on with that. I get good food takes time and they have to drive and all that but they're pretty much just down the street. eh. Pizza was just okay. pretty much a sausage and mushroom pizza. the only interesting thing was the ricotta cheese which gave it a more unique texture. overall not much to say... for a $24 pizza it was underwhelming. We shared an "Old Town Special" pizza which has pepperoni, Canadian bacon, bacon bits, onions and green peppers. (12" is $15.99, 14" is $17.99 and 16" is $20.99). I thought the pizza tasted fine (A-OK) but nothing spectacular and not very memorable which is the reason we never returned. If you are craving pizza and are in the area, it would be an acceptable stop. Just had the best Lasagna and my husband had the meatball sandwich that we have had in a long time!! Both were excellent! Highly recommend both! The lasagna portion will easily feed two. I love old town pizza. They make the best tasting pizza in town. I get pepperoni pizza at least once or twice a week and have been frequenting this establishment for several years. This has been our go to for pizza since it opened nearly 20 years ago. Great pizza, perfectly balanced sauce to cheese to toppings ratios. Always fast attentive service. Pizzas are cooked to order, not premade and waiting. Its been under new management in recent months and prices have gotten more reasonable. The girl that usually answers the phone is rude. Super condescending and just rude. She talks over you and then asks you to repeat because she can't hear while she's talking over you. I have been coming here for years. Just dropped $300+ on a pizza party last month. Today, I had to call 5 times before they answered the phone, then they put me on hold. The girl who answered the phone wouldn't let me pre-order my pizza so that I wouldn't have to wait with two high energy boys for 15 or 20 mins While they made my pizza. Even after explaining to her, I have been doing this for years, at least 17 years, she wouldn't take my order. So I canceled! Won't ever go back her again. This place is awesome! The pizza is so good and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love going here on thr weekends. The only issue is that the place is way too hot inside. The staff are always working so hard and they are sweating like crazy because they don't have any cool air inside. I am FORCED to give them a one star, but if I could it would be a ZERO! I called several times to inquiry about having a team party, all 3 calls went well with the employees and I even did a 4th call and confirmed the DATE AND TIME, as well as my order. We arrived on time to set up, to come to find out they were CLOSED! Our party was at 1:30 pm and there hours of operation POSTED on the window says they open at 11am. I received NO call, we did see a man sitting inside with the TV on but he did not bother coming to the door. I really like the pizza here! They've got great sauce. I'm not a connoisseur, so I'll just describe it as herby. The crust also good- it's nice and soft. It's right across the street from library park and there's outdoor seating, so it's a great place for people watching... Or you can sit inside and watch TV. I'd rather go here than Blaze. It's locally owned and operated. And while it takes a while to get your pizza, there's rarely any line so the total wait time balances about. Nothing to complain about! Whenever my girlfriend is in town from College, we always meet up at this fantastic pizzeria! We used to frequent this spot in High School, and has sort of become our 'thing.' It's so quaint and cozy, and moderately priced. There is always ample seating! :) The food is fantastic! The Chicken Ceasar is hands down the best thing I have ever eaten. I'm not much of a salad junkie, but Good Gracious, this stuff is DELICIOUS! Don't even get me started on the pizza! Cute pizza place in Old Town Monrovia with great lunch specials. Came here with my family to enjoy lunch and we weren't disappointed. They have a several lunch specials including slices, sandwiches and calzones. We opted for the slices and personal pizza specials and a large caesar salad. The caesar was standard but the pizza was nice and cheesy and crust was perfectly done. I'll admit service was a little left to be desired, but eh I didn't expect too much. Their menu consists of pizza, pasta, and salad. your typical pizza meal. There's also an option to split the pizza so if you and your friend can't decide between toppings, you can split one pizza.
