This place can't get it together. If you have an elderly person in your group, or you're sensitive to heat, beware - it's very warm inside since the A/C there is off (broken). It's been at least a month or maybe longer - that the air condition in this restaurant has been down. We were unfortunate to have dined there - no one in the store warned us, or told us the A/C was broken. We start eating and it got hot and uncomfortable. WE had to ask if the A/C was working - and our server said no (mid-meal). We drop by another day because we do like their food. We walked in and it felt warm. We asked the hostess if the A/C is working, and she shook her head. She tells us, it was going to be fixed on XX (specific date) We weren't going to eat here in that uncomfortable warm/hot restaurant so we didn't wait to get seated and left. I look and there are people inside trying to cool off by waving their menu or pamphlet. I felt sorry for them. After a couple of weeks, that specific date XX came and went, so we tried again yesterday; assuming the A/C would have been repaired already. Nope. Olive Garden is my comfort food, so when a friend asked if I wanted to join on her family's dinner plans, I said heck yes. I ordered my usual endless soup and salad and started with the Tuscana. My next soup was the gnocchi. Too bad that was all I was able to have. I finished the Tuscana bowl and then waited a good 20 minutes to get the second soup bowl. The service at this Olive Garden was absolutely amazing. Bonnie was our server, and she was incredibly attentive, kind, and on top of everything throughout our visit. Even the manager on shift stopped by to check in, which was a really nice touch and made us feel valued as guests. The food, however, was just okay. My crispy chicken was unfortunately plated underneath the sauce, which made it very soggy. That said, Bonnie immediately offered to bring me a side of crispy chicken without hesitation, and it honestly made a huge difference and saved the dish for me. That level of service really stood out. Overall, the food was mediocre at best this time around, and I also noticed that the kids' portion was noticeably smaller than usual, which was a bit disappointing. All they really have is butter, unauthentic Alfredo, and marinara sauce. Tell me why I expected to see pesto? I have no clue. I am writing to share feedback regarding an unpleasant experience we had with the management team, specifically a manager named Kimmy working at the host stand. The server and male host that helped us were kind, and helpful- so this is not about anything else but management. When we arrived, we were quoted a 20-25 minute wait for an outdoor table, which we were happy to accept. Before being seated, Kimmy approached us alongside the host, questioning our choice to stay in a very snarky manner: "You guys know it's going to be a 45-minute wait for food, right? Like, you see how busy it is? If you guys want to leave, go ahead. You sure you wanna wait the 45 mins?" Given that we had already waited the initial 25 minutes, we noted that the wait was not a problem. While we were standing there, she proceeded to talk down to the host, loudly critiquing them for not warning other incoming guests about the kitchen backlog. Her tone was demeaning and created a very uncomfortable atmosphere, causing other guests behind us to leave. After that interaction, we were unfortunately seated inside, assuming they had forgotten we requested to sit outside- which we understood since they were busy. Customer service is the foundation of a dining experience, especially for first-time visitors. While we understand that restaurants get busy and rushes are inevitable, a manager's role is to handle that stress professionally. Talking down to staff and being dismissive toward customers is a poor reflection of the establishment. I believe Kimmy would benefit from further customer service and management training to better navigate high-pressure situations. Ordered chicken parmigiana, and told waitress Isabelle please no tomato sauce and just white sauce. I cannot eat red sauce. She said, "okay we can do that". Food came out, all tomato sauce all over the chicken. Remade. This time remade by the manager himself named Pono. They put the new chicken on the same damn plate and it still had red sauce underneath. They use the same damn plate for an allergy remake!!! Food industries know that you cannot do this. This is totally unacceptable. When I spoke to Pono he was dumbfounded and just credited my meal. But that's not the point! I took a ticket and was told it would be a 1/2 hour wait. Anyways, we were hungry so we made the big mistake of also putting our names on the Olive Garden waitlist and said whoever calls first that's where we'll go. Olive Garden opened up first so we went there. We were seated right at the front entrance and I noticed that table was still kind of dirty. I had crumbs on my arms that I had to wipe off. We were greeted by our server Rico but his name tag said Marcus? I was already like whatevs. I don't really like to call servers out by name but he was terrible. Anyways, we order and my son gets the wrong dish. Mistakes happen, no big deal. We just reminded him what his order was and he brought the correct one out. What I didn't like was that he didn't offer more breadsticks or refills on our obviously EMPTY soft drinks, not even once! We had to flag him down to ask. I take into consideration how busy servers can get, but he was also waiting on the family directly behind us & he was so attentive to them/ Always asking "You guys need a refill? You guys need more breadsticks?" I'm not sure if it was because we are locals but it felt kinda discriminating to our family. I honestly really never go to Olive Garden because the food isn't that great except for the breadsticks. I will definitely never go back to this location. I just came in on Sunday for dinner with my girlfriends and the service we received was excellent! Our server Kynoah was so helpful and friendly! I can't believe this is my first time here since it's been open. I've enjoyed Olive Garden in Vegas over the years but the last time was over 7 years ago. This location is in prime spot and the food is good. The portions are good sized, especially with all the breadsticks that they provide. I enjoyed the meatball parmagiana appetizer as my entrée, with enough to share with my daughter and granddaughter. Five moist and meaty, large meatballs with sauce and cheese left me stuffed. We also had the Ziti and cheese pasta, and unlimited soup lunch. Everything was delicious and our server, Emagin provided excellent service. Been here half a dozen times and I can confidently say that it's gotten better. The first time we dined here, it wasn't good. The food was salty (like really salty), the breadsticks tasted stale, and the salad had way too much dressing. Despite that, we kept visiting in hopes it would get better and taste like it does in the mainland. Fast forward to our last visit, the breadsticks were hot and soft, the salad had just the right amount of dressing, and the food, although it was still slightly salty, tasted good and flavorful. We've consistently had good service here. Servers are personable and attentive and eager to recommend their favorites. It's been a couple of years since our last visit to Olive Garden, as we don't live in town anymore, so we decided to give them a visit. Was a little concerned at how long we may have to wait to get in, as it was a Saturday night about 7:30pm, and they don't take reservations. Super friendly, and lots of good energy right off the bat! He was very attentive, and checked on us often. Everything we ordered.. drinks, entrées and dessert, all brought out quickly! I decided to try the roasted chicken and gnocchi soup. I was a little hesitant, as 3 out of 5 reviews that I recently read, stated that when they got their soup, it was cold. Although mine wasn't cold, I can see what other diners meant. The soup was almost room temperature. It definitely would've been much better warmer, as it was very tasty! My husband ordered the shrimp scampi and I ordered the eggplant parmesan. Both were delicious! We then ordered the pumpkin crunch cheesecake, and although good, it was a disappointment that it was very cold and solid in the center as if it had been frozen and not fully defrosted. I went to go check in because our table was ready (mind you this is dinner rush) and she pulled my partner and I aside, and told us how busy it is, and how the wait for food was 45 min, also gave us an option to leave cause of the wait in the kitchen was long. On top of that she was treating us like we were children, had a disgustingly unprofessional tone, talking to us in front of everyone like we were the problem. She was acting like we did something wrong, when all we was doing was trying to check in. Overall, Kimmy was not acting professional as a manager AT ALL. Temper is definitely a problem when it comes to treating customers. If you seeing this Kimmy, learn how to treat your customers. Hope this reaches the HR because THIS IS SUCH A BIG PROBLEM. I went on a Friday night at around 7 pm and it was busy but not too bad. For starters we got soup and salad. I got the chicken gnocchi and it was good, but it was really thin. When I went on the mainland it was a bit thicker which I prefer but it was still good. Salad was great too. For my entree I got the four cheese pasta. Was it worth $25? Not really, but it was good. I get pretty excited whenever we go to Olive Garden. Usually for the never ending soup or salad and the breadsticks. The main dishes are very filling as well, but I like to determine my order by cost and quantity. My go-to is the Tour of Italy and the portions are normally great. We celebrated my Aunty's retirement luncheon here today at 2pm. My brother made arrangements with the manager I believe his name is Davin Garma. He was very nice and accommodating and open to whatever my brother was asking for. The section they set up in the back was very spacious and perfect. Although we guesstimated 50 guests, we had about 40 and we just fit just right. Spacious room to ourselves and beautiful lighting with good AC . Our servers were Bianca and Seneca. They were awesome!! Food came out hot and ready and it was delicious!! I had the build your pasta, angel hair pasta, Alfredo sauce with chicken and mushrooms!
