We tried Olivella's last night based on several online video reviews. Videos claimed best pizza in DFW and incredible meatballs. We were seated on their patio which was nice excepted for the wind that leaked in around the seasonal windows. Waiter was prompt to greet us and bring our drinks. We started with a caprese salad. The basil pesto balsamic sauce was very flavorful. We ordered a roman style (very thin crust) pizza half Margherita half druken pig. The Margherita could have been just a cheese pizza. It lacked the distinctive basil flavor you expect. The only part of the drunken pig that had flavor was the sausage. Not in my top 10 pizzas in the DFW area. We also got the meatball panni needs a better bread that can stand up to moisture. While the meatballs were very good the sandwich became soggy quickly. Save the meatballs for spaghetti.

loved how quiet the restaurant was, service was fast and our server was nice and sweet. the caesar salad was dressed well and very good. the ravioli was good, bigger than anticipated but paired so well with the salad. did not enjoy the breadsticks on the side. perfect place to grab a quiet drink or food at

Absolutely phenomenal!!! I found this place from TikTok and it didn't disappoint. Everything was fresh and made to perfection. We got 2 appetizers (definitely try the cheese dip), the lasagna had so much flavor, wasn't dry and seasoned well. Now to the desserts (yes plural, don't judge me), tiramisu and cannolis nailed my sweet tooth. Absolutely amazing place and I will definitely return. I know everything in Dallas is far but this place was close to me but I'd still drive the normal Dallas 45 minute drive.

    Don't forget the Mimosas.

Brunch is great and not crazy busy. Plus, it's the full menu. No matter what you have, leave room for the dessert pizza. Ingredient Challenge: Olivella's Salad is walnuts, pears, Gorgonzola, greens, balsamic vinaigrette. Dessert pizza is walnuts, pears, marshmallows, Nutella. Nutella and marshmallows win.

Olivella's is by far the best pizza I have had in Dallas! Their dough is perfect and ingredients are fresh. Service was great and helpful. We had the Margherita and the Della Carne. Mouthwatering!!! It's great for the whole family. The wine was also delicious but if I had to make a suggestion it would be to add cocktails to their menu. Definitely have to come try the pizza!

We went here for dinner on a Sunday night because I was in the mood for something light and not too heavy, and this restaurant has excellent thin crust pizza. The kid had the kid's spaghetti. It comes with a meatball (both for $7), but she is not a big meat eater so we asked to hold the meatball. She liked the spaghetti and the sauce, but the amount of sauce that came in a separate little dish was not enough and she likes a lot of sauce. I asked for more. I was surprised to see that I was charged $2 for more sauce. I understand that $2 is not a lot and maybe not even enough to mention, but it irritated me that there would be a charge for extra sauce when the price of the spaghetti and meatball was not adjusted when we did not get the meatball. It seems they wanted it both ways: charge us more for what really was a small amount of extra sauce, maybe a 1/3 of a cup, and then not reduce the bill when the costliest item, the meatball, was not included. It seems really cheap. The wife liked her Primavera salad. We shared the bruschetta and it was really good. The pizza was good but not quite as crisp as I remember. The three stars are for cheapness, the incredibly loud atmosphere, to the point where it was just unpleasant to be inside, and the absence of any carbonated drinks because their machine was broken (?).

It has a stylish, upscale feel that makes the dining experience feel a little more elevated. Now, the pizza! I love pizza, and I seriously cannot get enough of this place. The variety of gourmet-style pizzas is what keeps me coming back. They offer everything from breakfast-inspired flavors to savory dinner options and even dessert pizzas. Honestly, there wasn't a single pizza brought to our table that I didn't enjoy. Every time I thought I had found my favorite, another one came around! My only disappointment was the soft drinks. They are served by the can, and you're charged for each additional can rather than receiving complimentary refills. For the type of dining experience Delucca provides, I was a little surprised by that. That being said, the pizza absolutely overshadowed my disappointment with the way the soft drinks are served. The atmosphere, variety and overall quality of the pizza make Delucca a place I would gladly visit again. If you're a pizza lover and enjoy trying unique gourmet combinations, Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine is definitely worth experiencing.

I sent it back. Then I tried to order an elderberry cocktail and it tasted the same! Horrible bartender! We were not impressed with the pizza options. We did like the meatballs. The arugula salad was ok but nothing amazing. The lobster bisque was bland and pasty. I liked the chicken tikka masala pizza and the banana pizza. The guava pizza was interesting too. This location is really loud. Parking was ok. Bathrooms were ok. Highly over priced for what you get. You're paying for the novelty. I think the best customer for them are teenage birthday parties. That was what was taking up most of the tables. Not our favorite restaurant but ok.

The restaurant was probably 75% full and it was just 2 of us, so easy peasy. Amber(I really hope that's right) was a great waitresses. She greeted us and asked if we wanted anything besides the waters that had already been given. She then gave us a few minutes to look over the menu... Side bar: I guess I'm just old, but I want a real menu, not a QR code to scan. We looked over the menu and decided on 2 small pizza to split. Fourmaggio, which almost always my go to if available at the pizza place, and the Potato and Pancetta. Both pizzas were great, but the Potato and Pancetta was the winner for us! Really cool little spot that seems like a hipster sports bar. We don't live close, but will probably go in the future if we're in the area.

(just a fun fact) They seem pretty proud of that fact too, considering there's now a giant cowboy hat sculpture, "The Big Hat," right across the street. It's impossible to miss. Anyway, we weren't there for hats. We were there for pizza. First, a public service announcement. Figure out what you want before you walk in because the menu is only available through a QR code, and it is awful. You scroll. Then you scroll some more. Then somehow you're still scrolling. It feels less like ordering dinner and more like reading the terms and conditions for a mortgage. The two of us ordered a large pepperoni pizza, which turned out to be ambitious. We ate leftovers for days. Next time I'd definitely order the smaller size. My only real complaint about the pizza itself was the pepperoni. There was just TOO MUCH of it. Sure, I could have asked for "light pepperoni", but then I'd be paying full price for less topping, and that just goes against my personal philosophy. I'd love to see a "light pepperoni" option priced accordingly. ALSO not it is the good and greasy cupping pepperoni, kinda spicy. The pizza was also a little unevenly prepared. About half had a thicker crust while the other half was noticeably thinner. I definitely preferred the thinner side. Service was perfectly fine, the bathrooms were clean and nice, and the pizza was good overall. Just be prepared for the QR code marathon before you get to enjoy it.
