I went last night for the first time and it will be my last. I am a vegan so ordered the vegan plate. The price was on the high end for vegan food ($16.99, and with a tip which is suggested on the screen, even though it's counter service, I paid $20). However, the portions were big. I was with a friend who ordered a meat-based meal. I didn't even finish my food (because again, the portions were so big) and waited for her to finish. Immediately after we walked out of the restaurant, I began to feel ill. I was flushed and sweating. I felt nauseous. I sat down for about 10 minutes until I felt the need to vomit. I ran to a trash can and vomited up the baba ganoush and hummus. I had to go home immediately and lie down. It ruined my whole night, and my friend's night, because we could not enjoy the Immerse festival we had bought tickets for. Over the next 6-7 hours I suffered a lot of stomach discomfort, with continued nausea, intestinal pains, and diarrhea, until I went to sleep. Today I just feel drained, with no energy. I'm a long-time vegetarian/vegan and have never in my life until now had food poisoning. I believe the culprit was Staphylococcus aureus, which can be caused by infected food left out at room temperature for long times or stored at the wrong temperature. This was only my third time going into a restaurant since the pandemic began in March 2020, and I was really looking forward to a fun night after being cooped up and isolated for so long. I question whether safe food handling and storing practices are followed at this restaurant, and I will not visit this restaurant again. I can't believe I paid them $20 to give me food poisoning. As an add-on, this place uses way too much plastic. Dining in was on thick plastic plates designed for one-time use. Even the plastic forks were individually wrapped in plastic. Did not appear to be an environmentally friendly restaurant. Even though I paid a $2.71 tip, I disposed of my own trash and cleared my own table, and even had to get my own (plastic-wrap-encased) plastic fork from the drink station. (What was the point of the screen at pay asking for a full-service tip of 15, 20, or 25 percent? Why not have an "other" option for a small tip suitable for counter service?) read more

Will be returning. I got the Olive Box with gyro meat, Greek salad and spicy potatoes. The meat was perfect, the Greek Salad (cucumbers, tomato, oil, olives and feta) was so fresh and clean, and the spicy potatoes would make anyone proud. The tzatziki sauce looked/tasted homemade. Great value for a downtown eatery. We went to the place to order/pick it up and the service was VERY sweet and fast. You def have to go into the plaza to find them, so please get some other outside signage so people know where you're amazing place is. Thanks for a great meal.. Really want to love this place but only giving 3 stars because they are chintzy with the ingredients, specifically the sauce. You should be able to add more sauces when ordering online. I noted I wanted two different sauces, and only received one. Also, vegan falafel bowl was supposed to come with rice, but it was delivered without. It was not much of a bowl without so I added some pre-made quinoa. When I called to complain, I was told their menu had changed. Not a good excuse, and why would you remove an ingredient that makes the bowl more hearty? Flavor of the falafel was very good and fresh, but the rest of the bowl lacked flavor because of the lack of sauce and would have lacked substance had I not added the quinoa. I hope they improve and do well. We need some good healthy choices downtown read more

I've been to this restaurant several times at this point and will say that each time it has been excellent. The food is super delicious and always fresh. The staff are always so friendly. We went today and the VP of customer service (forgot her name) was so accommodating and friendly. This place is the number one spot for Mediterranean food in Orlando just watch out for the addicts lying on the floor on the way there. read more

This spot has been my go to for lunch now. The food is incredibly fresh and the hummus is delicious. Same for the pita bread. I've only tried the chicken bowl for now but am excited to try more meals soon. One of the beat places for a healthy lunc in downtown Orlando. Highly recommend! read more

Right price and decent flavor for fast casual. The falafel sandwich satisfied and the baba ganoush had a strong smoky and tahini taste. Ordered "for here" but it showed up in a big styrofoam to-go container with single use plastic cutlery. Yelp photo appears to show moderately earth-friendly paper products, so the staff should really be attentive to this - customers care about the environment and want to reduce waste. I never like to give a 1 star review but i will this time hoping that what happened today was just a 1 time thing. I ordered 1 chicken shawarma and 1 shawarma beef sandwich, was told to pick up in 10 minutes and i did so with 1 minute to spare. Food was already in a bag waiting for me when i got there. I paid 17$. I took the 2 sandwiches and drove down to the hospital down the street ( 5 min drive) . The chicken shawarma sandwich was so dray that i needed water after each bite to swallow ( did not finish). The chicken itself had good shawerma spices but was very very dry. I asked when i ordered if the chicken sandwich comes with garlic sauce and they confirmed that it did , but the sandwich did not. The beef shawerma was also dry, the meat was spiced but not a typical beef shawerma spice. The worst part was the bread , it was not toasted but rather stale/ dry. I am only visiting orlando and wanted to try based on great reviews. I feel bad to add a 1 star review but either i was given 2 sandwiches that were sitting for a long time or the bread was stale. Hopefully the guys working there read this and make sure this doesnt happen to others. read more

its good but they could be a little more flexible on allowing lettuce as a vegetable and cutting up the cucumbers snd tomatoes upon request. i personally dont like the big slices of cucumber and tomatoes around the side of the bowl. read more
