    Pizza Restaurant

Love this pizza place after a Seattle game. Perfect for after game food and hangout. Love the crispy crust! Service is great. Roy is great. Been here a few times and we'll keep coming back!

Tried this place for the first time. Not super impressed. Specialty pizzas were $27.99 before tax. Also tried their greek fries and asked to add Gyro meat on top. The Pizzas are good tasting, but that's where it ends for me. The crust was soggy and each slice was droopy. I assume they are not cooking these in a typical stone pizza oven and using electric. They should consider using a pizza stone in that case to bake each pizza on. Nothing worse than grabbing a slice and having the whole thing fall face flat along with all the toppings coming off. The slices themselves were also very small considering these were their largest size at I think 16 or 17 inches. Gyro meat is low quality and flavorless, both on the Andreas Special pizza and the meat I asked to be added to the Greek fries. There are a ton of Mediterranean joints along the Ave in U District, as well as other areas of Seattle that are serving quality Gyro meat. This place is not it. The Greek garlic sauce they used on the fries was so disgusting that I could not finish the box of $10 fries. It was like mayonnaise overload and very little other flavor at all. This is the first time I've ever ordered Greek Fries from a Seattle restaurant that I did not end up devouring. I'm going to agree with other reviewers and say that this place is not the same as the old owners, and the new owners are trying to replicate their menu but not succeeding, sadly. They are open till 3 according to their business listing which is nice I guess... but pointless if the food is overpriced and not good. Side note, I asked for 4 extra sides of Greek and Tzatziki sauce and got charged a whopping $8 for it. $1 per tiny sauce cup is criminal. Their Tzatziki is VERY good, but the Greek sauce is downright criminally terrible and would never order again. Overall the sauce cups are not worth $1 each. Maybe 25 cents at best. Given the soggy pizza crust, I cannot recommend compared to other pizza joints in the area. Even the following day when trying to heat up the pizza in the oven, it never did crisp up and the crust remained soggy and droopy. Their store was also dead as a doornail inside. Like only one other person was there waiting to pick up that came in, not a single person sitting inside. Also the interior is dated, has a weird smell, and when you first walk in, you can't smell a single bit of food being cooked which was odd to me. A place like this should have been filled with food smells. Maybe because no one is really ordering from here is my guess?

Amazing service and food. Recommend getting the mango habanero wings. Great customer service as well. You will have a blast if Roy is helping you

I picked up a medium combo pizza to go and noticed there was only one packet each of red pepper flakes and parmesan. When I politely asked for more, the worker gave me an attitude, turned around without a word, and brought back exactly ONE packet of red pepper. I asked again, this time for more parmesan, and the same thing happened--he gave me a look, turned around, and handed me just ONE packet of parmesan. I'm baffled by how this place has such high reviews when the service is so poor. I haven't even tried the food yet, but I already know I won't be returning.

I tried Olympic Pizza in Roosevelt twice. The portions were huge, which was nice, and the service is nice but nothing fancy, the prices felt too high to return. The food was just okay--not bad, but nothing special either.

I went back for a second visit on a Saturday afternoon. The tikka masala pizza and mai tai pizza were excellent. I don't think you can Indian-style pizzas in Seattle (maybe in Bellevue). I would try them. They are special. I had the lasagna on my first visit, and as Melinda said, the portions are generous. I would add that their marinara sauce is excellent. The price points are really good.

Located in…read morethe Central District, the food beautifully reflects the culture and creativity of the neighborhood. I was so excited to see Lao sausage on the menu, I knew we had to get that. The clams and mussels with Lao sausage were hands down my favorite dish - so savory, unique, and packed with flavor. I know it would be something my mom would have loved to try! The collard greens with neck bone meat were another standout. Every bite was unforgettable. The wait here is no joke, so I highly recommend making a reservation. I think we waited an hour and half to get seats for two, but worth it! We were fortunate enough to be seated after closing, and despite the long wait, the staff remained incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. So shoutout to the staff! The only dish that didn't wow me was the trout - it was a little mild and could've used a squeeze of lemon to brighten the flavors. But honestly, everything else was some of the best food I've had in a long time! And I am a real foodie. If you appreciate cultural fusion, Communion is an absolute must visit in Seattle!

There were people waiting outside when we got there and only a few tables were seated. They seemed to space out the seatings to give the kitchen time to prepare food for the tables. We had high hopes as we love Southern food. We ordered the Sweet Potatoes Hoe Cakes, Mac N' Cheese, Classic Greens, UNC's Wings, Pork Chops, and the Grilled Berbere Steak. The Hoe Cakes were the best 4/5 but tasted like buttery cornbread, good, but nothing special. The Mac N' Cheese was 3.5/5 and were tasty and very cheesy. The classic greens were tasty but came in a small ramekin 3/5. The UNC's wings were okay, tasty and crunchy, but we've had better wings at dozens of restaurants 3/5. The pork chops were decent but dry 2.5/5. The steak was a bit fatty, gristly and bland 2.5/5. A three rating being average. Service was attentive but nobody bothered asking how the food was or we would have openly told them. For the price, there are much better options elsewhere. Don't waste your time, money or stomach on Communion.

Unfortunately, tonight's experience was extremely disappointing, specifically because of the service we received from Darlene. We tried the shrimp yakisoba in addition to our wings and mozzarella sticks and unfortunately did not like the flavor of the yakisoba. The frustrating part is that Darlene only asked us one time if everything was okay--and she didn't even come to our table. She asked while checking the thermostat, and at that point we had only eaten our wings and some mozzarella sticks. We had not even tried the yakisoba yet. We waited approximately 15 minutes for her to come back and check on us, but she never did. I eventually went to the counter to get a box. Since she never came back to our table, we also went to the counter to pay, which is different from our previous visits where we were checked out at the table. We explained to Darlene that we didn't enjoy the yakisoba because of the flavor. Instead of simply acknowledging the feedback, she responded rudely that we needed to tell her when she checked on us so it could have been fixed. That was frustrating because she never checked on us after we actually tried the food. How were we supposed to tell her we didn't like something when we hadn't even tried it yet? Then, when I went to tap my phone to pay, Darlene said, "But you're not paying for it, so it doesn't matter." I told her she was being rude, and rather than de-escalating the situation, she began arguing with me and made it seem like we were somehow at fault for not saying anything during the first time she asked. We asked to speak with a manager, and Darlene told us that she was the manager. We weren't upset simply because we didn't like a dish. We understand that not every menu item is going to be everyone's taste. What we expected was basic customer service and an opportunity to actually communicate our concerns. Instead, we were blamed for not reporting an issue that we literally hadn't discovered yet, followed by a rude response when we attempted to explain it. The wings are still excellent, and we've had good experiences here before, which is why tonight was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, Darlene's handling of the situation left a much worse impression than the food itself.

Good deal as I brought 4 wings home with me. I got the lemon pepper seasoning and it was perfect, not really wet but very crispy and tangy. The fries were actually really good too, thin and crispy, not just an after thought. I get what people say about the blue cheese. It's not a dressing or dip really. Hard to tell what to do with it. Press the blue cheese crumbles against the chicken. With my leftover wings at home I used my own blue cheese dressing to dip. But really the wings are so flavorful on their own, they don't need dip. The bartender was friendly and gave great service. Dark bar atmosphere but clean and as a person alone here in the middle of the afternoon, I was very comfortable sitting at the bar.

We sat in a booth, the inside was so cool, clean and the server was so chill. We knew we're going to order fries and wings. The melted cheese and blue cheese sauce made it very wet and hard eat... you had to dig... don't get me wrong it was still good. Just misleading. Closing at 12 AM on weekdays and 2 AM on weekends, it is a pretty reliable place to enjoy with alcohol and Korean bar food. They're known primarily for their chicken though - their wings and boneless chicken are primarily advertised on their menu. We ended up getting both of these to try, with their signature sauce. Both were pretty solid. The wings weren't the crispiest, but they were very meaty - each one was quite large. The sauce coated each one without dripping too much, and the signature sauce, which isn't quite yangmyeon and tastes a bit more like sweet and soy rather than sweet and spicy, is decent but unmemorable. The boneless chicken was similar. It was very meaty and saucy, but missing much of that crisp and powerful sauce flavor, opting instead for more of a milder approach. I did still like this though. More importantly, both these meals worked as shareables to be consumed over soju. They did an excellent job of functioning within their purpose. The price for the chicken is decent, but I will note the price for alcohol is pretty crazy. 18 dollars for a bottle of soju? Overall, even though its not the main purpose, you'll have a good time with the chicken here. 7.75/10

I give 3/5 Kimchi fried rice had good kimchi flavor. Portion size was large. 10 piece fried chicken (wings) was good. The skin was way fattier than I would've liked and it could've been fried longer to help melt some of the fat out and make it crunchier. It was super hot, fresh, and juicy though. Radish was free. It came with sauce but only on the side. Personally, I would want to try other korean fried chicken places to compare before coming back here again Waffle fries come with either ranch or ketchup. Large portion sizes! For all we ordered, it was around $55. Great price for the portions and variety imo. Service was outstanding as I mentioned. One older woman worker felt like she was my auntie.
