Pleasant environment, decor is fitting and spacious. Food received was good at great temperature and taste. Food ordered was #4 Hawaiian BBQ mix. Enjoyed the visit overall and will return when in area. The only hit was waiting a significant amount of time to place order at the register. And personally do not favor the "Hot Sauce" packets that are very heavy in vinegar. Gotta spend a couple bucks more for the Asian Sriracha hot sauce. read more

The food is ok, but it is not the same as getting it back home. First thing they need to do is teach the employees how to pronounce the names of the food correctly. Lmao. I live in northern Arizona so I'm never in the area but I went to the target in the same complex and stopped at the drive thru. The wardrobe thru was a bit of a wait but I got the chicken Katsu plate and the bbq mix. Very delicious and flavorful. I am definitely coming back. Summary: Don't eat here, undercooked chicken, drab employees, unclean dining room. Today was pouring rain and I had not eaten so I stopped into this location. Everyone in the place looked freshly hired or perhaps I just got that impression. The cashier was able to switch out the regular mac salad for an actual salad (because I don't gluten). I ordered a #1 Hawaiian BBQ Chicken. To my surprise it came out very quickly. No napkin dispensers anywhere; I had to ask for napkins (big pet peeve - points) and the front desk gave me napkins without a smile. (- points). Overheard the white kid up front cleaning chatting to cashier how he 'hated' something 'stupid' (come on, be smarter than that.) Nonetheless, I dismissed the obvious vibe I was getting from this place. I was starving hungry. I dug into my food and ate quickly. Chicken was quite tender with an outside texture resembling a light bbq. Tasted 'fatty wet 'as opposed to 'juicy', without any actual excess fat- should have tipped me off. As of 7 hours later I have a pretty significant stomach nausea illness. Has turned my #2 into a #1, so to speak. The chicken I ate was obviously undercooked. Disappointed in myself for ever having stepped into this cheap, overpriced($9.25) drive-thru joint masquerading as a cultural sit-down restaurant. The bathroom doors face the side of the front counter, which is awkward. The toilet and bathroom floor was dirty and the tp roll itself was yielding little shredded strips of paper. I know it was a wet day- You have to doubly make sure your stuff is clean. (Wet = gross) After I cleared and left my table (to use the restroom) the table was not cleaned, and I watched another man order, quickly receive food, and sit down at the same table. Hopefully he did not receive undercooked chicken too. This, combined with management too cheap to offer napkin dispensers anywhere in the dining room strongly suggests this dining room is unsanitary. Also, the happy-island-music playlist on a rainy day was odd and annoying, also generic. Bob Marley was from Hawaii?? Probably the most unorganized place I've ever been to. I called ahead an placed a phone order and from previous experience I learned that it usually takes a little longer than what they say. So I showed up at 410 after calling at 350 for the food. I come, I pay, I sit down. As I'm waiting, a young girl approaches me and tells me it's going to take longer because apparently they just switched cooks and the previous cook didn't tell them there was a phone order for the lemon chicken pepper and now at 410, I have to wait another 15 minutes for me meal. How does no one know there are meals waiting to be cooked?!? Does a receipt not print out?!? Did the person who took my order not even take my order?? I ordered over the phone. When I went to pick up the food I had forgotten my mask. So I went through the drive through because it is important to have a mask in public. I was told that because I ordered over the phone I had to pick up the food in the restaurant. So I drove all the way back home to get my mask. When I returned and parked there were signs posted for curbside pick up. Why wasn't I offered this service? My food was now cold and when I asked for more sauces I was told there wasn't any!
