For someone craving Hawaiian food, I am about it but as someone who knows her Hawaiian food, it just wasn't up to par to a LnL. The service was alright, nothing really special but it was good and the food was just about the same. I ordered the bbq mix plate which was delicious besides being way way too salty, to the point that it was hard to eat some of it but the rice and Mac salad still reminded me of home. I also ordered a side of katsu which didn't disappoint, but how can you mess up chicken cutlets. I liked how they had the sauces (katsu and teriyaki) out to grab like other places have ketchup. It comes with 4-5 kalbi pieces, lettuce/cabbage under the kalbi, 2 scoops of rice, and a scoop of macaroni. For me it is a lot, so I always have leftovers from it, and its still good after microwaving it. They have a lot of good food up there, the HBBQ beef is another good meat.
