If you want another kebab, it will cost more, but again, you probably wont be able to finish it all. Service is kind of slow, about 10-15 minute wait. But during peak lunch hour times, its expected. Plenty of places to dine in and eat. Free water and utensils on the side bar. I go here often and highly recommend this place for anyone who wants decent and fairly priced Mediterranean food.

I heard it was a BOGO deal where you get a second one for free if you enter the promo code PIMENTO at checkout. I was pretty exhausted that Sunday, April 12th, after going all the way out to Tehachapi, so that evening, I decided to just walk over to the Shake Shack right in front of my place and grab it to-go. I tried ordering at the kiosk but got a little flustered when the PIMENTO promo wasn't showing up. Fortunately, a very kind female staff member came over and helped me, so I was able to get my order through successfully. I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly friendly and worked so hard--it really left a strong impression on me. My brother ordered four burgers as well. The first two came out pretty quickly, but we had to wait quite a while for the remaining two. Even then, that same employee checked his order ticket and helped push it through so they would come out faster. (He bought four burgers total: two for him and my other brother to eat, and two extra to give to the security guards at my condo). The Pimento Beef Burger had quite a bit of cheese in it, so it was a little heavy, but still delicious. When I took my first bite, there was a slight spicy kick to it, which made me wonder what they put in it to give it that heat--but I'm guessing it was the dressing. The burgers were fresh and tasty, but above all, that incredibly kind, diligent, and hardworking employee is what really stood out to me. I'd be even more heated if I had paid full price for this, but even at half the cost I'd say it was ridiculously overpriced for the size and lack of filling. Same goes for the restroom -- I didn't use it this visit, but during past visits it's always been clean. There's seating inside plus a good amount of outdoor tables, which is nice for Silver Lake. I also finally started using the app and it's actually pretty good. The rewards system weirdly makes ordering feel like a little game. I never used to care about points or rewards, but now I'm collecting them for future meals apparently. Would I have come in today without rewards? Maybe. But it definitely works. My husband politely asked if the bowl could simply be remade without the spicy sauce since I had only taken one bite. The employee immediately refused in a very rude way and told him we would have to buy an entirely new bowl. There was absolutely no empathy or willingness to help. We weren't trying to get free food. We just wanted to be able to eat the meal we had spent our last money on. At that point I started crying. Between recovering from childbirth, the lack of sleep, being extremely hungry, and realizing I couldn't even eat my dinner, it was just too much.
