    Bloomin' Onion

This place was ehh. We had a large party and had reservations. Service was decent. Nothing too exceptional worth noting. Food wasn't the greatest tbh. The blooming onion was very oily and not really crispy as expected or flavorful. The steak we ordered was very chewy and tough. They also got our temps for our steaks messed up - some people got medium to medium well when they ordered medium rare, and vise versa. Sides were decent. Wouldn't recommend.

We were very satisfied. Viv took good care of us; Steak & wedge salad was what the doctor ordered and my drink was well made (some darned wallaby?)

Good time at Outback! Typical food chain ambiance. Restaurant seemed understaffed but I can tell they tried their best. Our server provided great service given the circumstances but didn't bring or offer any water. Chimichurri sauce was good and shrimp was cooked well. Blooming Onion satisfied my craving For what it is, I enjoyed my meal and left satisfied

I got the sirloin and coconut shrimp, medium rare. Steak was superrr rare so I had to have them put it back on for a second which is no big deal at all. Coconut shrimp were fire like always. It was FREEZING inside was the only thing so make sure to bring a jacket here lol Staff were super nice and helpful. I come here a lot sinxe it's my mom's favorite!

It's a good outback but outback none the less. If you want steak on the eastside spend the extra 15 dollars and go to Jaks grill.

She really stood out--so helpful on menu options (she was very knowledgeable), attentive, proactive, and all around wonderful!! We had oysters, shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, sea bass and black cod. Both fish dishes were excellent in preservation, freshness, flavor and preparation. Cocktails were really good too. Nice and refreshing. The sourdough bread service is complimentary and decision with the salted butter. We noticed several families here with their young kids so we checked out the kids menu--great kids menu with fish options on it! The restaurant ambiance is fun and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Perfectly salted butter, and the taste reminded me of sourdough but the texture of the bread itself was like a very crispy crunchy outer layer over a martin's potato roll. - The Grand (3/5): I learned that I am definitely not a shellfish person.. so keep in mind of my biased take! I wish the waiter explained what came on our plate, but he quickly scooted away. The scallops were my favorite. Nice and mild and sweet flavor. The grand also came with 6 sauces to pair. Wasn't sure which sauce went best with which, but doesn't hurt to try? shell on shrimp and lobster claw were the second and third bests in my opinion. - Grilled Black-eyed Perch (4/5): got a smaller 1.2 lb fish. Can get it grilled and fried. Fried is ~$4 more. This fish was around 38-39/lb at the time of writing. Flavors were so great! Not a bony fish at all and didn't have to really pick at it. A tad dry in certain parts, but again, nice salty, zesty from the lemon and herbaceous. This place is definitely on the $$$ side, so can see ppl coming here for special occasions.

The option I indulged in last night was open seating in the lounge/bar area next to the fire place. Even then, on a clear June evening, you get lots of natural views and light. The whole lounge area is definitely a vibe. The customer service is fantastic. The only name you need to know is Tina's name. Tina will give you the experience of a lifetime. All her recommendations were fantastic (see photos). She took great care of making sure that not only my food experience was great but the entire experience was great. Highly recommend asking for her by name. Speaking of the food.... quite possibly the most delicious food I have had in a long time. The cocktails were great ( I went with bourbon based cocktails) and the food was fantastic (again- see photos). I totally recommend Ascend and if you can get Tina as your server, I recommend you do so. I can't wait to come back! I already have reservation lined up.

We had reservations for dining so we had to wait in the lounge area before the room would open. Our waitress in the lounge was very attentive and nice, and the views from the lounge were great so overall it was a good experience. We ordered 2 sets of hand rolls, the ceviche and the truffle, and I got some non-alcoholic drink that want bad but wasn't great, either. Both hand rolls were very surprising in their ingredients and overall taste, but our favorite was the ceviche. Odd that they feel the need to charge extra for soy sauce and wasabi, but okay. Once sat in the tiny table in the dining room, our waiter came by and offered his sage advice on the menu. He made a comment about his "lean body" and what he chooses to intake with regards to food and his recs for dinner that he did NOT say to the table full of thin, white folks next to us, so that was noteworthy and unnecessary. He recommended me the cap of ribeye, which for the price, left a lot to be desired personally. My husband preferred the flavor of that particular piece over his bone-in, and I actually preferred his, so that was interesting. We also ordered the truffle Mac and cheese but didn't finish it. The pasta was very reminiscent of wheat or lentil pasta and it felt too stodgy. Flavor was fine, but the parsley crumbs were....an interesting visual choice. The bread "basket" was interesting, but the best was the complimentary dessert (goat cheesecake was delectable), as well as the mushroom dessert. So cute and tasty. We were mostly taken care of by side staff and frankly, they were much warmer and approachable, so kudos to them. Lastly, I was shocked to learn of the deposit to sit by a window, and then having to watch people come in wearing sweat pants and crocs. Utter nonsense. $400+ later, we would only return for the sushi, pork belly and dessert.

From the moment I stepped inside to the decor and service to the taste and quality of food, I was impressed the entire night. Most bbq places are laid back and loud, but this place is refined, sophisticated, and everything you'd want for a date night or celebration. Starting off with service, everyone we spoke with was lovely and inviting. We felt welcomed and our server kept checking on us, but wasn't too invasive, so we were able to catch up. We were greeted with hand towels and 3 options for water. Cutlery and tableware were nicely set up and I'm obsessed with their plates! I was blown away by all of the dishes we ordered but my favorites were definitely the Uni Toast, Wagyu Volcano, and honestly all the meats we ordered to grill. They grill your meats for you, so it is a bit awkward because the person stands there until everything is done, but it's cooked to perfection! Highly recommend for a nice date night or celebration dinner.

The evening was fabulous, and I would absolutely recommend your restaurant for private events. Everything was seamless and the food was delicious. Based on your recommendations, we had a wonderful selection of starters and were able to take advantage of the extras you suggested. I truly feel that your resources and our investment were used effectively and efficiently. Our lead server, Eduardo, was exceptional. He was always easy to find and had everything well in hand. When my family and I arrived we had some minor changes to the seating layout, he addressed them immediately -- and by the time our guests arrived, everything was perfect. Whenever we had a request or needed a change, he was on it right away and simply made it happen. He kept my husband and I informed on the minimums we needed to meet and offered excellent suggestions on how to finish out the evening. He was approachable, cheerful, and always ready to deliver. Thank you both for making our evening effortless. Additionally, Nallely was a tremendous help from start to finish. She went above and beyond with the table layout, working to help us maximize the space exactly as we envisioned -- and it turned out perfectly. She was consistently helpful, easy to reach, and always had a clear answer and explanation for how things were handled. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fogo de Chao Bellevue and would gladly pass along Nallely's name to anyone who asked. Because of Nallely, Eduardo, and the entire staff at Fogo de Chao Bellevue, our evening was smooth, easy, and everything we had hoped for. I would 100% do it again and recommend it to friends and colleagues.

We were also charged for yucca fries they forgot to give us and we ended up just not getting them. To make it up to us and bc it was my bfs birthday, they gave us a free dessert and we chose the tres leches which was a 10/10.
