This place was ehh. We had a large party and had reservations. Service was decent. Nothing too exceptional worth noting. Food wasn't the greatest tbh. The blooming onion was very oily and not really crispy as expected or flavorful. The steak we ordered was very chewy and tough. They also got our temps for our steaks messed up - some people got medium to medium well when they ordered medium rare, and vise versa. Sides were decent. Wouldn't recommend.

We were very satisfied. Viv took good care of us; Steak & wedge salad was what the doctor ordered and my drink was well made (some darned wallaby?)

Good time at Outback! Typical food chain ambiance. Restaurant seemed understaffed but I can tell they tried their best. Our server provided great service given the circumstances but didn't bring or offer any water. Chimichurri sauce was good and shrimp was cooked well. Blooming Onion satisfied my craving For what it is, I enjoyed my meal and left satisfied

She really stood out--so helpful on menu options (she was very knowledgeable), attentive, proactive, and all around wonderful!! We had oysters, shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, sea bass and black cod. Both fish dishes were excellent in preservation, freshness, flavor and preparation. Cocktails were really good too. Nice and refreshing. The sourdough bread service is complimentary and decision with the salted butter. We noticed several families here with their young kids so we checked out the kids menu--great kids menu with fish options on it! The restaurant ambiance is fun and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Perfectly salted butter, and the taste reminded me of sourdough but the texture of the bread itself was like a very crispy crunchy outer layer over a martin's potato roll. - The Grand (3/5): I learned that I am definitely not a shellfish person.. so keep in mind of my biased take! I wish the waiter explained what came on our plate, but he quickly scooted away. The scallops were my favorite. Nice and mild and sweet flavor. The grand also came with 6 sauces to pair. Wasn't sure which sauce went best with which, but doesn't hurt to try? shell on shrimp and lobster claw were the second and third bests in my opinion. - Grilled Black-eyed Perch (4/5): got a smaller 1.2 lb fish. Can get it grilled and fried. Fried is ~$4 more. This fish was around 38-39/lb at the time of writing. Flavors were so great! Not a bony fish at all and didn't have to really pick at it. A tad dry in certain parts, but again, nice salty, zesty from the lemon and herbaceous. This place is definitely on the $$$ side, so can see ppl coming here for special occasions.

The option I indulged in last night was open seating in the lounge/bar area next to the fire place. Even then, on a clear June evening, you get lots of natural views and light. The whole lounge area is definitely a vibe. The customer service is fantastic. The only name you need to know is Tina's name. Tina will give you the experience of a lifetime. All her recommendations were fantastic (see photos). She took great care of making sure that not only my food experience was great but the entire experience was great. Highly recommend asking for her by name. Speaking of the food.... quite possibly the most delicious food I have had in a long time. The cocktails were great ( I went with bourbon based cocktails) and the food was fantastic (again- see photos). I totally recommend Ascend and if you can get Tina as your server, I recommend you do so. I can't wait to come back! I already have reservation lined up.

The ambiance is very elegant without feeling too stuffy. The patio view is amazing surrounded by water. We started with the Tuna Tartare which was really good. We added fries, Truffle Mac and Cheese, Grilled Veggies and the bread service. Everyone raved about all of it. The truffle mac and cheese was something we hadn't tried before and it was amazing. We also all ordered the Filet Mignon which was made perfectly. The restaurant was aware we were celebrating and they brought over a couple of desserts for us to share and they were also great. The service was attentive and friendly. Our table attendant was named Brian and he was on top of everything. All in all, the service, ambiance and food were all top tier. This restaurant is not inexpensive, but totally worth it. I will definitely dine here again and highy recommend it. One caveat: In our rush to get to an engagement, I miscalculated the tip and did not realize this until going through receipts the next day. I am so sorry about this and it had nothing to do with Brian or the service - it was my own mistake. I will be much more careful on my next visit!

From the moment I stepped inside to the decor and service to the taste and quality of food, I was impressed the entire night. Most bbq places are laid back and loud, but this place is refined, sophisticated, and everything you'd want for a date night or celebration. Starting off with service, everyone we spoke with was lovely and inviting. We felt welcomed and our server kept checking on us, but wasn't too invasive, so we were able to catch up. We were greeted with hand towels and 3 options for water. Cutlery and tableware were nicely set up and I'm obsessed with their plates! I was blown away by all of the dishes we ordered but my favorites were definitely the Uni Toast, Wagyu Volcano, and honestly all the meats we ordered to grill. They grill your meats for you, so it is a bit awkward because the person stands there until everything is done, but it's cooked to perfection! Highly recommend for a nice date night or celebration dinner.

We started with a wagyu toast and the meat just melted in your mouth. We also had alaska king crab with A5. Kind of a surf and turf nigiri. Lots of sauces and sides to try. Everything was very good. It's amazing how different each cut of meat tastes. I loved the silky egg yolk in the volcano. They offer bottle service as well as drinks and their drinks were excellent. Would definitely go back!

Yesterday our steak was undercooked as were our two lobster tails. Each time I go to STK I tell myself it's the last time and then maybe after a year goes buy I think about giving it another try. This time I figured the $49 dinner would be more inline with fair pricing, but they managed to mess up the food prep AND the pricing. We went Thursday and asked about the $49 filet + apps and they said it was only for lunch so I paid $700 for three of us to eat (which I expected after they said they wouldn't do the $49 dinner.) Then as we were leaving there is a sign saying "$49 Steak NIGHT" for Thursdays so I have no clue what they are doing over there. The staff was certainly friendly but mispronounced multiple items on the menu and wasn't particularly attentive. We waited a while to inform them of the undercooked food and decided to eat a bit of it after sitting without anyone checking on us. Eventually we saw the waiter and he still wasn't coming to check but we flagged him over. Having worked in a steakhouse myself we would also do a "first bite check" where we'd serve the food and make sure to come check after the guest cut into the steak - and this was a lower end national chain. They waiter did bring out a nice dessert with a written message in chocolate which was nice - but is also something I would expect to be the default for a special occasion at a restaraunt like STK.

The evening was fabulous, and I would absolutely recommend your restaurant for private events. Everything was seamless and the food was delicious. Based on your recommendations, we had a wonderful selection of starters and were able to take advantage of the extras you suggested. I truly feel that your resources and our investment were used effectively and efficiently. Our lead server, Eduardo, was exceptional. He was always easy to find and had everything well in hand. When my family and I arrived we had some minor changes to the seating layout, he addressed them immediately -- and by the time our guests arrived, everything was perfect. Whenever we had a request or needed a change, he was on it right away and simply made it happen. He kept my husband and I informed on the minimums we needed to meet and offered excellent suggestions on how to finish out the evening. He was approachable, cheerful, and always ready to deliver. Thank you both for making our evening effortless. Additionally, Nallely was a tremendous help from start to finish. She went above and beyond with the table layout, working to help us maximize the space exactly as we envisioned -- and it turned out perfectly. She was consistently helpful, easy to reach, and always had a clear answer and explanation for how things were handled. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fogo de Chao Bellevue and would gladly pass along Nallely's name to anyone who asked. Because of Nallely, Eduardo, and the entire staff at Fogo de Chao Bellevue, our evening was smooth, easy, and everything we had hoped for. I would 100% do it again and recommend it to friends and colleagues.
