It may seem strange to visit a steakhouse for seafood, but Outback (Bothell) has the best in the area! I go there often for grilled salmon. The salmon is amazing! The rub they use accents the flavor of the fish, without overwhelming it. And they are the only reasonably-priced place I've found in the Seattle area that doesn't regularly overcook their salmon; so many other places serve dried-out planks, but the Bothell Outback's fish is always silk! The servers are a delight - knowledgeable, helpful, professional, friendly - particularly in the Lounge. Outback (Bothell) is one of my favorite places for an affordable meal. read more

Wow. Can I start this off by describing this business? One word sums it up. TEAMWORK. Despite it looking like Alaska outside with all the snow, fighting the pandemic, trying to get some employees in to work, they came together, got enough people to come in and were able to open for sit down on Valentine's Day. Hubby took our daughter and I to Outback for Valentines lunch. I have zero complaints. The server, I believe his name was Brandon but not 100% sure, was on the ball. He made it in, I felt the way he spoke, that he didn't come in because he needed the money but because he wanted to help open up that day. It was noon and he was on the ball. He NEVER let our cups get empty (that's HUGE to us), he was very thorough on what we should get for an appetizer and the main entrees and dessert was also AMAZING! The manager for that day, (James or Josh or a J name) was answering phones and ensuring us he was trying to get staff to come in so he could open for sit down, we called back when he would know if they were able and with our surprise, he said enough people came in to open! So thank you to everyone for all your hard work! My family and I appreciated it more than you know. This whole restaurant needs kudos for all the obstacles they had on Valentine's Day, kudos from the top. As a customer, we never felt any of the short staffing anxiety, the restaurant was super clean, and other Outback's should model themselves after this one. We stopped by for dinner. Service is good until we asked for salsa and the waitress never came back BUT ample parking. I ordered the steak and lobster. Not as big as some other fancy steak places but it's decent enough. I love the smashed potato though It's creamy and tasty and I don't even like smashed potato. Very disappointed. After a long day at work, I picked up my girlfriend from home and went to Outback since there are not many restaurants in our immediate area. She ordered a filet Mignon medium, but it came in almost absolutely raw. Knowing she never complained, she managed to eat it anyway. Call it our fault for not returning it, or call it the fault of the waitress who looked distraught when we placed our order, she got food poisoning and we are at the hospital as I am typing this. Never ever I will be caught at that place again. It broke my heart seeing my girlfriend so sick, she was crawling to the restroom before I took her to the emergency room. The service sucks and the food is not to call home about. The best steak you can eat is the one you grill yourself. Never again. read more

I prefer this Outback to the one I used to be a server at, a location which will not be named! The food is tasty. I rarely eat it because it is rich and can upset my tummy as a result, plus extremely fattening (bloomin onion party!) and a bit pricey if you're not an employee ;) It's a total treat though. Service is above average. There are the classic options as well as rotating seasonal items thrown in the mix. Took home a great meal a couple nights ago, and as usual they feed us well. Salmon, shrimp, and veggies were fresh, flavorful, not greasy. Steak satisfied hubby at med-well. Salads fresh and big as always. We've been eating here 12+ years on/off when we're working in the Bellevue area. Consistently friendly, great value for money, curbside takeaway is a piece of cake. $16 dollars for a less than 3 ounce chicken sandwich.... which was overcooked. Outrageous!!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this location. I have NEVER been one to complain about food. But our blooming onion came out so crisp, it would shred in your hand. The onion had not been peeled either. We told our waiter about the taste and texture to which he replied he was sorry but the kitchen was swamped due to a door dash order. To which I replied I understood it wasn't his fault, just wanted to give some feedback and have it taken off of our bill since after a few bites it was shredding like saw dust. Our steaks came out, we had ordered them medium and both were black and well done, so tough. My "loaded baked potato" came out with no cheese, just butter and sour cream with 2-3 shreds of cheese. At this point I didn't even complain just asked for the check. When the check came, our appetizer hadn't been taken off and the waiter told us the manager had refused. We asked him to take it off because we were not paying for food not edible. The waiter came back with the new check, without the appetizer, but had not split the bill like we initially asked. He told us he needed to take our cards which I thought seemed weird. He took them and the check to go and split the bill. When our cards were brought back to our table with our receipts (cards had already been ran at this point) my husband noticed we had been charged for a $5 game (we never had a hand held device at our table) and $4 for a drink that we had never ordered. Essentially even though they took our $10 app off, they added $9 to not lose money. Never once did a manager come to our table to talk to us or even try to make it right. I felt bad that the waiter had to be the "go between" but I have never had an experience like this in my life. As we were leaving I noticed the waiter talking to an older man who I assumed may have been the manager and he was shaking his head. It would have only taken 10 sec to come to our table and talk. We came here because we had a gift card we hadn't used yet. The young man handling the front was very well mannered and courteous to everyone that passed his way. The best part of our night though was our server Caroline as she was amazing. Not only was she beyond nice, but she took care of any refills or requests before we even asked. Unfortunately, the service is the only thing worth coming here for. One of the bread we got was so hard that I could barely cut through it with a knife. I gave my kids the other bread and ate the hard one because I was starving. My daughter ordered a well done sirloin and grilled shrimp add on. The steak was actually rare and her shrimp tasted undercooked and a little old. I gave her some of my food and she filled up on her fries. My son got a ribeye but about 25% of it was either fat or cartilage. His broccoli was undercooked and his baked potato was very dry. My ribeye was about the same but it was not seasoned well as it tasted like they spilled a bunch of pepper on it and did not use any other type of seasoning. The mashed potatoes tasted a little watery and the seasoned rice had an overwhelming taste of onion. Even the drinks tasted off. We each got a strawberry lemonade and at the end, our throats felt sore and scratchy even though the taste was a little watered down. Definitely not coming back here again, which is a shame because it was one of the best service I have had in a Washington restaurant. read more

We ordered $83 in take out tonight. Ordered my steak medium-well, came medium. Normally I like medium, but currently pregnant and trying to be conscious. Our bloomin' onion came with an empty sauce container. The sauce is the best part- we couldn't even enjoy it. :(. Also, for 2 entrees and $83 total, I'd assume we'd get the complimentary brown bread and butter that is always included. Nope. Didn't get that either. The ambiance is nice and drinks were good, but the lamb was drenched in waaaaayy too much sauce; I couldn't even taste the meat. The side of rice was dry in the center and even drier on top from what I assume is sitting under the heat lamp. This rice was NOT Thai rice. I should have known better than to expect a good meal at a large chain but the darn ads they have been running had me convinced we'd get a decent meal. I wasn't expecting much but still, what a let down. The blooming onion was greasy and soggy, the prime rib was supposed to be the "outback cut" seared in bold seasonings but this was not the case. It was bland and chewy, I don't expect prime or even choice at OB but I know a select (or most likely no roll) can be some what tender if cooked correctly. Now every time I see their ad it just ticks me off. The only positive note is our server was good. Needed a place for Mother's Day lunch, so Outback Steakhouse in Bellevue won. We arrived and was seated right away. It was a very calm atmosphere even though we sat by the bar, it was quiet. I ordered the ribeye with sweet potatoes and veggies. My wife went with the baby rib bbq. The food was very good. The steak was a bit chewy, which is kind of expected at their price range steak. However, the chicken that came with my wife's dish was a bit too dry. However the customer service was excellent which made up for the deficiencies from the food. The food is always on point they do a great job with consistency at this location. I always order the wedge salad as one of my sides. It's delicious and filling I wish on the baked potato they wouldn't put so much salt on the outside, but the potatoes are cooked well, broccoli is al dente perfectly cooked. Pork chops, chicken on the Barbie & steak are the only items I order; they're always cooked exactly as ordered. The service is very slow so if you go there, don't expect to get out of there within an hour. read more

I made a reservation for my company's year end gathering dinner here for party of 30. They offer pretty good deal of menu for big group of party. There were $20 and $25 dinner menu for big party which $25 one is pretty good deal! This is my first time visit Outback Steakhouse in USA just because the review looks so bad and low rating. I never wanted to try outback here. But when my other coworker suggested this place I was like sure, why don't I give it a shot. The store manager Mike is really nice and being very helpful for providing me the menu and the reservation communication during the all process. I enjoyed working with him. Even tho we ended up only showed up with party of 20 ( which I made 30 reservation ) but they still provide really well service! They made the whole table setting well before we arrive which is so great! We ended up go after $25 menu which come with appetizer , salad and one entree and dessert as welll!!!!! Oh and non-alcohol all included! I had my fresh strawberry lemonade so good!!! And I ordered prime rib for my entree which is good as well! I come here mainly for the bloomin onion. Idk I have a weird craving for it every now and then. I've been here maybe 3 times the past year and every single time there is no host at the front. So I always end up waiting about 5 mins at least just to get myself in a queue to get seated. I don't know how things are suppose to work at outback but I can say they definitely aren't up to the standard of other restraints that have a dine in experience. Denny's and IHOP will seat and acknowledge you light years faster. Pretty embarrassing. But hey the bloomin onion is good! read more

My go-to Happy Hour order is either the burger with American cheese or the ribs with a baked potato. I like the Aussie ale, 20 oz. fries are great and the Tatar sauce is thick and delish. Monday nights happy hour is all night. The service is joy and miss, like tonight we got everything eat needed but our waitress was running from place to place. I don't mind that I have to flag people down to get an extra drink, the atmosphere is really comfortable and the food is better than what I'd expect at a chain. I went to eat inside the dining room at Outback Bellevue, twice before they closed inside dining. Their restaurant floor was shiny clean. The restrooms were clean and they had plenty of paper products. I don't eat at Outback very often. Previous times, I had a Gift card to use. When I stopped by last Sun, Nov 15th. I waited around 10 mins. for a host to seat me. The restaurant dining area had no customers too. The waitress did come by right away once I got seated. A party of 6 people came in after me. They do have a limited menu and does not offer Happy Hr or major discounts like they used to. But I was able to use my AARP 10% off discount. I ordered the 6 oz Sirloin with rice and broccoli The steak was slightly overdone on the edges. But the rice was done right and the broccoli was steamed. They will only do Take out and Deliveries for the next month due to the Gov's order. read more

Arturo, the owner and manager, was exceptional. He has been with the company for 22 years and began as a line cook! We were impressed how he went above and beyond to elevate our first experience at Outback, we will definitely be back. Logan, the bartender / server was also on point, despite being alone in a busy restaurant. Everything came out perfect and quickly. Food (like the Steakhouse mac, filet and lobster) and complimentary bread was a 10/10 as well. My family and I ordered bloomin burgers a week ago, delivered by Uber Eats. They were still hot and perfectly cooked when they arrived. Our son liked it so much he requested it again this week, and alas, the let down was staggering. The food arrived early, yet the burgers were soggy and deflated. Two of them barely had any of the onion strips, the other two had so many they practically filled the container. There was hardly any sauce, monumental amounts of soggy lettuce, and the meat was over-salted and burnt. To top it off, there was no bread loaf like the previous week. I can let a little inconsistency slide, but this was like an entirely different restaurant. We won't be ordering from here again. read more

Really. Seven years later, we have forgotten and we tried again. It's not better. The service was ok though check out the filthy silverware I got only after we asked for some. The steak was quite possibly the saltiest piece of meat I have ever managed to eat. It was like a spicy challenge, in that I actually got a little sweaty from the salt. The potato was small and also salty. I asked for and got a small plate of steamed carrots which were easily the best food I was served... too bad they cost $4. The kid noodles were ok but not refillable like at Red Robin. Our waiter tried to say they were cooler than Red Robin and brought more, but everyone agreed they didn't taste right. The ribs were sparsely coated with barbecue sauce and dry. The potato was again small. The soup was bland. The ladies room was acceptable but apparently the men's had a giant puddle in the middle of the floor. So on the whole, the Keg would have cost about the same amount and would have been better in every conceivable way. read more

I want to acknowledge some excellent dinning and exceptional service at the Factoria, Bellevue Outback Steakhouse. We love this restaurant yes for the food which is always delicious, but above that is the amazing staff. We have had the pleasure of getting to know Managing Partner Arturo Garcia since he started at this location. I can't say enough about him (he always brightens my day and my dining experience). He is so friendly and caring about his customers and staff. Speaking of his staff they are so professional, friendly and just all around Awesome! Shout out to Carrie, Caleb, Jared and Phillips.
