My boyfriend and I came here for dinner because we got a gift card for Christmas. It was super easy to use their own App to put our name on the waitlist. Upon arrival, the place wasn't busy at all, so we were seated right away, and didn't even have to mention our name was on the list. Our server was great! First when we arrived, it took at least 5 minutes for the hostess to take us to our table and the restaurant wasn't busy at all with no line up. My friend enjoyed his ribs and I also enjoyed my steak, the problem was the fries, they weren't good at all, they were certainly frozen, and tasteless! How hard is it to cook fries? Outback is fairly consistent wherever you go. That's a good thing. This location is very convenient when I feel like a carnivore. I pull right up to the front door and found parking no problem. I walked right into the bar area and found booth seating, no problem. My server was very quick to arrive.. she was ready to take my dinner order but I wasn't. She came back with my water right away... so I quickly ordered my meal of prime rib with sweet potato and broccoli w cheese. I also ordered the sautéed mushrooms. It's a shame the service here is so terrible, because we love Outback Steakhouse, and this place had so much potential for our first time visit. It's a good location, has indoor dining, is not crowded, and has decent food. We arrived at 7:05 pm, as indicated by the time stamp on our Yelp check-in, but Zachary our server didn't come by to say hello for almost 15 minutes. The time stamp on our receipt shows he input our order at 7:20 pm. That's a long time to sit around waiting for someone to greet you. If the order had been correct, we could've potentially justified the long wait, but it wasn't. Zachary offered lemons for our iced teas, to which we said yes, but he never brought them. We asked for salt and pepper, he brought only pepper. He offered an additional loaf of bread since our order was taking so long, but never brought it. We ordered a loaded baked potato, he delivered it plain. All these mistakes are little things, but they add up. What doesn't add up is why Tanya, the self-proclaimed manager and partial owner of the restaurant, would stand next to our table and loudly have a conversation with a nearby table for five minutes, nearly shouting about how she's had to give the Heimlich Maneuver and perform CPR on people who have nearly died in the restaurant. We really just wanted a quiet meal after a long flight into town but instead Tanya wouldn't stop shouting her ribcage cracking stories to the diners at the table next to us. Not knowing she was the manager at this point, I walked to the hostess and complained. She explained that the lady yelling was the manager and seemed at a loss for possible recourse. Tanya then approached and asked if everything was alright at which point I told her that her loud talking right next to our table about restaurant patrons dying on the floor of the restaurant was detracting from our appetite and overall dining experience. She replied that she was the manager and that she has to talk that loud because social distancing requires her to stay 6 feet away from people, despite the fact that she was telling me this from a distance of just two feet. I said we felt a little too included in the conversation about restaurant patrons choking to death and just wanted to relax and have a quiet dinner. She again stated that she was the manager in charge and that she was sorry, but the look on her face seemed like she wanted to say something a little less polite. I went back to our table, we finished our meal. Zachary came by to ask us "How's your meal so far?" even though our plates were stacked and drinks were empty. No one else came by again. When we left past the hostess station, the two hostesses stopped their private conversation and glanced at us as we went by. No "Thank you for coming by" or "Have a nice evening." Just a silent stare before resuming their conversation after we walked by. Overall this was a pretty lame experience. It's hard to justify the high price for the terrible service here and even harder to justify ever returning. 1 star out of 5, plus an extra star because we do like Outback Steakhouse in general, but skip this franchise and spend your hard earned money at a place that appreciates you instead. read more

Sadly was very disappointed once again I don't like writing bad reviews, but this should be brought to someone's attention. number 1 in the bathrooms at least the men's smell worse than an hour house the urine smell is overwhelming when you go in. 2 I ordered a steak sandwich and when it arrived, it was cut in half which is fine but one sandwich had almost no meat whatsoever on it and the other one had a decent amount. I'm not sure why last, but not least my wife ordered filet mignon and lobster tail and the lobster tail was so salty. She couldn't eat it and she said it smelled real fishy. I tasted it and confirmed at least the fact that it tasted like somebody dumped a ton of salt on it. We're in a pandemic. Since the coronavirus struck several restaurants have closed, some just have pick up and delivery, and many that have inside dining have shortened their hours. It was about 8:30 and we were looking for a place to eat. We saw the lights were on at Outback. I called on my cellphone and found out that they were open until 10 pm. The restaurant had a few customers. We were given a limited paper menu. A lot of the dishes on their previous menu were missing. They still had steaks, salads, a few sandwiches, etc. We were taken to a booth which was a distance away from the other patrons. All employees were wearing masks. The restaurant appeared to be clean. Our server was very nice. She went out of her way to be helpful. I could tell she was smiling behind her face mask. She brought a loaf of warm bread and butter. I love bread. Delicious. For my drink I got iced tea. For my entree I ordered the 6 ounce sirloin. It came with two sides. I got the house salad with blue cheese dressing and mashed potatoes. We have been coming here for years for anniversary and birthday celebrations. In fact, our visits and the pictures in the dining area inspired us to go on a trip to Australia! I must admit that we didn't find a restaurant that compared in Australia. We are here today just because I didn't feel like cooking. I enjoyed the Tilapia Stuffed with Crabmeat. It was delicious! We also had an order of barbequed Salmon. Also very good. Since we are fasting from meat because it's lent, we order fish for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. We didn't leave stuffed as we do when we have the meat dishes. The side vegetables were also tastety and healthy for us. I was mad at myself because I couldn't refrain from having some pumpernickel bread. It was a little stale this time. The results are of the following: the chicken wings were salty! Very salty! My grandma couldn't eat them, I had 1, my wife had 1 my dad had 2. Was not good. Shame of it was the wing was moist and cooked well. The rib eye I didn't eat because I was so full from the onion and salt. The chicken was good. Not dry, tasty and not over cooked. The porter house, which should have been the star of the show was eh. We ordered black and blue which is pretty much rare and not seared. It came out medium rare. We didn't complain because I wouldn't return a 30 dollar steak. Was not worth it. We did not order dessert because we were stuff from the salt of the food. Also the temperature was absolutely freezing. I get the reason why you have the restaurant cold. Creates a higher table top turnover. I was a waiter. I went with a friend on Thursday night. The food which usually never disappoints was horrible. I ordered a burger medium and it came out raw. My girlfriend ordered a shaved ribeye and asked for it on a plate without a bun. It was so salty. She was unable to eat it. Our lovely waitress offered to send the food back and get us something else. I ordered the French onion soup. It was inedible. There were no onions to be found in the soup and it was lukewarm. Her wings were burnt to a crisp. The manager did come over and gave each of us a $10 gift card apologizing for the dissatisfaction we had with our meals. My overall comments is that the steak here is a little riper than your normal cut.
