Where do I begin? From the time I entered the pearly Gates of heaven... Well not quite heaven but this Outback did not fail us! We were treated like royalty from the beginning until the sweet end! First of all, big shout out to our community hosts for yet another wonderful event. The goodies were plentiful and I am delighted to be part of such a ahem "Elite" group of individuals. Now let me give you the scoop on the situation: Service: The servers made it look effortless throughout the event. They were a well oiled machine that kept the drinks and food flowing! I also respect the fact that they addressed us by name as they were serving us. What a great group of servers they provided for the evening. Scott the manager was also pleasant and was sure to introduce us to the rewards program offered by the company. Dessert was absolutely delish as well! Food: Hmmmm I've never been a fan of Outback! I ate at one a long time ago and vowed not to ever return because of the subpar steaks. I decided to attend this event to see if they could change my mind and oh boy they did! That dang blooming onion was beautiful, sweet and crisp! The salad and dressing were perfect. Buuuuut let's move on to the dang meat!!! The ribs, perfection! The shrimp, large and sweet! The steak, good medium rare, tender and juicy. What stole the show for me was the doggone chicken breast. I normally avoid ordering chicken breast when I'm out to eat because it's usually dry but this was not the case at this Outback, that chicken was packing juice and seasoned perfectly! Next time I visit (oh I will be back) I'll be sure to order it and I pray it's just as good. Overall I had a wonderful time with my table mates and enjoying delicious food! On Saturday Dec 26, 2022 my partner and I decided to treat ourselves to dinner at Outback Steakhouse-Euless. We were quickly seated by a hostess and offered to answer any questions we may have. Rick and I were reviewing the menu when our server stopped by and offered drinks and if we were ready to place our entree' orders. We ordered two glasses of sweet tea and requested a few more minutes to review the menu. We continued to discuss our choices of entree's but noted our drinks had not shown up after about 12-15 minutes. Our server was not where to be seen however I noticed the other employees hurrying about the facility and I just assumed they were short handed due to the current holiday etc. Moments later a gentleman arrived with our tea and a warm loaf of bread and butter. We sipped our iced tea waiting for a / our server to return of which she finally did after another 15min disappearance. After ordering a filet mignon and a baked potato - it was then I was rudely interrupted and told "We outta baked potatoes, you want summin else?" I looked at the server and saw a scoured look, eyes roll into the back of her head. I commented "...a steakhouse without baked potatoes?" She continued to just stare at me with a complete blank look on her face, then turned to my partner and said "What-jew gonna have?" She left and never returned until it was time to collect my credit card. I will add at this time, I spoke to two different ladies that did offer substitutions and one later came back to tell me "we have baked potatoes now, can I offer you anything else?" I declined the offer as my partner had finished his dinner and the evening completely ruined. I might also add at this point, two other families came into this establishment and eventually left without ordering or receiving any service. I always believed Outback is the best affordable steak experience out there with good steaks that won't cost you your house and car note after closing out on your bill. But after my recent visit at this Outback... I now know that his is a fact! I was fortunate enough to come for a Yelp Elite Event, and we tried everything.. and more! In regards to appetizers we tried the cheese fries (which I didn't even know they had), a salad, and a blooming onion. Let's skip the fact that we all know the blooming onion is deliciousness and should go down as easily top 3 best appetizers, but the cheese fries were superb. I didn't have high hopes at first, but they shocked me with being flavorful fries (and I HATE a bland fry) and a top notch, delicious cheese fry. The salad was your typical salad, but had a delicious honey mustard dressing.. and I don't even like honey mustard like that! I recommend the dressing to anyone. (But no seriously, at least try a sample. I could have honestly dipped my entire life in this dressing, and have been content.) In regards to entrees, we were introduced to multiple variates on their menu: ribs, chicken, steak, and shrimp. The ribs didn't blow me away, and unfortunately came in last place in regards to entrees. (But remember, everything else was basically 10/10, so the ribs coming in last, doesn't mean they aren't worth a try!). The shrimp that was served, was coconut shrimp. They were pretty large shrimp, which made me, the glutton of the table, very happy. They were very fresh, and were pleasantly complimented with a dipping sauce that your girl enjoyed! In regards to the steak, again, I like me a steak from Outback, and this did not disappoint. A very tender steak was served with a delicious garlic butter sauce on top... you really can't beat it ladies and gents! But to my surprise, the chicken stole the night, and dare I say was the winner of the eveining. It was a flavorful, juicy, and well seasoned chicken breast. Everyone, and I mean literally everyone at our table, commented on how the chicken surprised them and ended up being their favorite! I feel I should apologize to the Down Under for being so clueless on their chicken skills. For the drinks we had samples of margarita, some delicious watermelon drink that I personally call "Pure Delight", a rum punch, and a blonde ale. All of the drinks were the bomb diggity! I honestly will be back for happy hour, pretty soon once I can round my coworkers up. The "Pure Delight" watermelon beverage was easily top cocktails I've ever had, and I will most likely be going tomorrow after work to get another one. Follow that up with an order of that delicious chicken breast, and you can take me away boys! In conclusion, the delicious food, ranging from appetizer all the way to dessert, you can't go wrong here. The service was awesome. The friendly servers were always helping out, serving us with a smile, and laughing at my pathetic jokes. Scott, the manager, was a gentleman as well. He personally came and greeted us, answered all my dumb questions (I had a few), and he also laughed at my dumb jokes. My daughter and I visited Outback on 12/10/22. The restaurant was relatively busy; however, there was no wait and we were seated quickly. Our servers name was Richie. He knew the menu front to back and was able to make suggestions. He was very courteous and ensured our beverages were always full. We received our food quickly and it was cooked to order. Not only was Richie a great server but the Manger on duty Felipe was also great. He came by three times to ensure everything was going well. I took that opportunity to tell Felipe that Richie was a great server, as he corroborated that same message stating that, "Richie frequently receives compliments on being a great server." The restaurant was very clean and the staff were great!! I will definitely go back to Outback Euless again and again!! read more

We had a wonderful experience here once before, when we came on a rainy night and enjoyed some steaks, but I forgot to leave a review at that time! I know, I know, shame on me! Anyway, I went back for a Yelp event, and enjoyed the experience even more than my first visit! We each got a small tasting of the cheese fries, which were delicious. Then we were given a bloomin' onion for the table to share, and as always, it was also on point. I really like the dipping sauce, but I used it sparingly as I am under no illusions that stuff was healthy, lol. The watermelon drink they served with the apps was ok, but seemed a little watered down. The next course was a small salad, which was good, a salad is a salad, if you know what I mean. We were then given the main attraction: meat! The ribs are not something I generally order, but they were mouth-watering delicious! The meat just came right off the bone, and the sauce on them was tangy and smoky. The BBQ chicken was also very good, I would definitely order those on a return visit. After this we were given the steak and potato. I absolutely loved the sea salt on the potato skin! That's how I make them at home, and it was nice to see a restaurant really making sure the entire potato was good, not just the inside. :) The steak was yummy, but it was underdone (served almost rare, a lot of people either sent theirs back to get it more cooked or didn't eat much of it). I understand that you can always cook it more, but I think just about everyone would have appreciated it being served at least on the more done side of medium rare, almost medium. It was a bit salty, as another review noted, so it would be good to pull back on the salt a little bit. The flourless brownie dessert was one of the best parts! We ate that thing in a few minutes flat, lol. My favorite drink was the rum punch, I love sweet drinks, but I could see it being too sweet for some people. The ale they served with the steak was also pretty good. I'm not a beer drinker at all, and I was able to sip it with my meal, it was so smooth. The other thing I need to mention is the staff. They were outstanding! So cheerful, helpful, and on top of it! They made sure we all had a great time. I will definitely be back to enjoy more of Outback's hospitality and food. read more

I've been to many Outback's but this one is by far my favorite. On my last visit my waiter was a guy named Tyler and he was amazing! One of the best servers I've ever had, hands down. He was very attentive and gave me some recommendations that I've never been given in all my years going to Outback. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. We can here after church one Sunday. We went right in and sat down. There wasn't a lot of people in their at all, which was a good thing. Our waiter got our orders and everything came out pretty fast, we got the volcano shrimp as an app. It's not as hot as they say it is, but shrimp is always a go for me. The Outback restaurant was clean and the new decor was very swank. They ensured we got their best servers as well. Dustin was my server but Jaylen and Charles helped as well. It was nice to see the teamwork among them. Then the food!! Oh man so good! Started off with the steak quesadillas. They were good but a little more seasoning or a dipping sauce would have set them off. Next was the BLOOMING ONION! An oldie but still a goodie! The yummy, buttery, garlicky goodness of the seafood scampi dip. What set it over the top was they were not stingy with the seafood in the dip, I bit into seafood with every scoop. The house dressing surprised me and was DELICIOUS. Amazing shrimp and all 3 dipping sauces are different but delicious. Then comes this perfectly seasoned and Medium cooked sirloin. We ordered to go since we had a gift card and it was in the area. I've only eaten at Outback Steakhouse one other time and I don't remember much about it. We were very impressed by this location's to go service. It was easy to place our order online and pick up was a breeze. Right as we pulled in the to go server came right out with our order. He was friendly wearing a mask and gloves for protection. Usually when a to go order comes out this fast I think it has been sitting out for awhile. I was completely wrong! When we got home and opened our orders everything was still very hot and fresh. Between the 2 of us we ordered the ribs, steak, and chicken along with different sides. Everything was really good! Everyone at this location was super friendly. From the moment we walked in and were greeted to the time we left. The dining area is nicer than expected, too. For starters, we ordered Strawberry Peach Sangria (taste like juice, so possibly dangerous!) and a well-made Long Island. Our friendly waitress also brought us a small loaf of bread and butter to the table. The bread wasn't cold but wasn't warm either. A little disappointing. We then ordered our food. I got the filet and lobster cooked medium with Mac and asparagus on the side. Filet was cooked perfectly and the lobster was delicious. Some butter would've topped it off. The filet was seasoned well but was missing something. The Mac and cheese was cheesy but basic. And the asparagus could've been seasoned a little more as well. We also ordered some seafood trio (forgot official name) with shrimp, lobster and crab cakes. Loaded mashed potato as a side. The crab cakes could've been crispier on the outside but were still yummy. Loaded mashed was good. For dessert, we tried to order cheesecake but they were out and the manager nicely brought out an end slice free of charge and offered another complimentary dessert. We declined but it was very thoughtful of her. From what we tasted, the cheesecake was tasty. For an Outback, I'm satisfied with the service more than anything. 5 stars!! Overpriced, under-served. Pulled into curbside and some girl came out yelling that she has had enough and she quits. Nice welcome to the restaurant on Mother's Day. Paid 13.50 for Large cheese fries and got a handful of cold, unseasoned fries. Paid for extra cheese as well. Take some fuckin pride in your work or stay your ass home. It's been years since we've been to an Outback and our return visit was just ok. The Bloomin' Onion was awesome as ever, but the Steaks just didn't seem to be as good as I remember. I had a Ribeye and my wife chose the Pork Porterhouse. I realize that a Ribeye is not a lean Steak, but I had a few big chunks in the middle of mine and I found it overly salty. Really wicked awesome service and that's the biggest reason for the 5 stars. 22 ounce draft beer for $ 5.75 is the other reason for 5 stars . Had the wedge salad , beautifully presented, fresh , great quality blue cheese . My side was home made mash potatoes , very well seasoned and perfectly mashed! My main meat was the blackened prime rib. Perfectly cooked but very under seasoned looking and tasting compared to the picture in the menu. The staff did offer to kick it up a notch and fix it , but I declined. It was a delicious piece of prime rib but the picture in the menu may have been too much to live up to and my expectations may have been to high . This is a great place to go and especially at the bar. The staff working the bar 630 to 830 pm on 9-5-19 need to get a big attaboy by management. Great job! 2/1 - It's been a while since we've eaten at Outback. Had a gift card so we went on a Saturday at 5pm. We thought it was comical that everyone there had gray hair. Did feel good to be one of the youngest there. I had the filet which was so good. I tried the lobster mac and cheese which was not good. Do not try it. The bell peppers just ruined it. The waitress said I was not the first one not to like it. Wished they would've taken it off the bill but she didn't. My husband enjoyed his steak and cheese fries. read more

I'm sorry, but I will never go here or to any Outback Steakhouse. This was my first time trying it, and normally go to Saltgrass or Texas Roadhouse for steak, but we were treating a newly wed couple and this was the place they chose. We ordered 2 Ribeye steaks medium well with the baked potato and mashed potatoes, bone-in wings and an 8oz sirloin medium well with mashed potatoes. One of the ribeyes, happened to be mine, was just atrocious. As I was playing tug of war with the tendons, afraid of my fork slipping out of my hand and landing on someone's forehead, I took a bite and just disgusted. I would've rather had a beluga whale carcass on a plate and that would've tasted better. My wife found a piece of plastic in her mashed potatoes, just in time to floss her teeth after eating her raw sirloin that she requested MEDIUM WELL. The wings the new bride ordered, looked as if they were dragged from the Mojave desert. I knew I was going to have a problem the second I got sat down at the waitress just had an attitude because we didn't order appetizers. Also found it ridiculous, and I'm not exaggerating when I say this, it took a little over ONE HOUR to get our order. I didn't want to make our guests feel embarrassed, since they chose this place to eat, but boy I would've let the staff know really quick. I will NEVER go to an Outback Steakhouse. EVER. We live in the entertainment district of Arlington and anytime we want to go out for dinner and there is anything going on at any of the stadiums we have to go north or east to avoid the crowds. We decided to go north for a steak and stopped at Outback, so glad we did. We eat at Saltgrass a lot because of location and this place was sooo much better. We got seated right away, they were pretty busy but seemed to be pretty well staffed which right now is a bonus. We had the sweetest server, Caitlyn, and seriously had a great time. For it being a chain and all it was a good steak, cooked like I requested, salad was good, potatoes were good I mean for a steak house it was a good dinner. The kicker was watching the manager interact with the employees. I've worked at food service before and both of my kids were servers at one time or another and I've heard and seen such bad management. This was so great and you could tell in two minutes that these people were not only enjoying their jobs but having a little fun. Happy people make other people happy, and they made me happy. It is quite difficult to leave a complex evaluation of brand/chain restaurants as the variability of each setting defines the pleasure or displeasure of the experience. As well, the goodwill of the Brand name often outlives the server and management team that operates it however if you find one that is superlative it is probably a great courtesy to mention it to your fellow Yelpers who may be in search of dependable food and service. This particular Outback Steakhouse happens to be one of those settings; a clean establishment with good service, as a matter of fact I would say very good service and good food, well or accurately cooked, served while hot, great drinks that were robust in portions...an all round quite pleasant dining experience that I would highly recommend if you are interested in an efficient dining experience and good food. I leave this experience with the reminder that changes in staff/management my re-define the experience however this evaluation is offered within 3 days of the actual dining experience. Sorry to seem so skeptical however I would prefer that folks understand this evaluation in context. read more

Never ever ever again will I step foot into this restaurant. As soon as we walked into the door, it was all stares. Not a single "welcome in!" "Hi how are you". Went to sit at the bar and ordered a soda, and a water, and asked for a drink menu. The bartender at the time, a bearded male, was very unwelcoming. As soon as I closed my menu, he said "what do you want" I ordered and he never asked if we decided on any alcoholic drinks. Went to the bathroom and told my partner to order me a glass of wine and see if we can get some bread delivered to us. Came back and still nothing. Sat there with an empty soda glass, no bread, and no refill. Walked back and forth multiple times but did not ask for any drinks or refills. Went up to the host stand to ask if there was a manger on duty, and they asked if anything they could do to make our experience better: ie; bringing our bread. Told them that I myself, am a bartender and NEVER EVER would I let my guests feel this way. Service is a main aspect of dining out, and after this experience I will NEVER come back to this location. I love Outback, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in the industry. I haven't been to Outback in years. Had a less than stellar experience in another state and quit going for a while. Tonight I was dining alone and just thought I would give it another try. The grass fed burger was delicious. The salad was fresh and tasted very good. The service was outstanding. Multiple servers brought things to my table and everything was very prompt. The restaurant itself was very clean and everyone was very friendly. The icing on the cake came when I went to leave and discovered my phone and my keys locked inside my car. The host downloaded my car app for me so I could get into my vehicle and while waiting for it to download seated about 7 or 8 parties that suddenly arrived. He didn't miss a beat! Outback Steakhouse is always my go-to choice when choosing a place to eat. I have been to this location before, and it was a good experience. My daughter and I visited today around 3 PM, and it was awful. Service was so slow, and the restaurant was not busy at all. It took forever to get our drinks, food, refills, etc. Our server was very nice but was lacking in promptness or also forgetful of what we had asked for. Wife had a Ribeye, which she loved and I had chicken fried chicken. It was good; not really chicken fried but it was nice and moist. Mashed potatoes were bland. Love the location of this restaurant, it's so close to home and in the new glade parks. Service was impeccable and I really liked how the manager came around to greet customers as they enjoyed their meal. Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. White showing up we called to check the wait, we were left on hold and forgotten about for a whole 10 minutes, then We got there and it was dead which was strange bc they couldn't answer the phone, but we expected at least decent service because no one else was there, we waited 10 minutes to be greeted when there was maybe only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant. Our server forgot multiple things that we asked for, took almost an hour to get food out, food was nasty, drinks were wrong, and bill was high. And when we got there the table beside us was leaving and asked to speak with the manager because they also said they had a horrible experience with multiple items on their bill wrong and overcharged, then we ended up being late to an event we had planned after lunch because we spent almost two hours in there basically just waiting for food and drinks and service. We had to cancel our event. Also it was strange that we showed up on a Sunday at two o clock and it was dead, that should have been our first que to leave. Apparently this location is known for being bad because I've never seen a restaurant so dead at 2oclock on a Sunday. I recall Outback being a better experience. I used to go to a different one, and both my son and I were fans. We happened to be over in Euless this night, so went to this location. Wasn't a fan of the server, he wasn't personable, and seemed to be having a bad night. I get everyone has bad days, but as a server you gotta try to not have it show to your tables. I went with a medium rare ribeye. It was overdone in the middle, and definitely overpriced for the thin and small cut. Can't see going back. read more
