I ordered grilled shrimp on the Barbie and grilled asparagus. Shrimp was cooked on a flat top, cornered in way too much seasoning. I sent it back because it wasn't what I ordered. The guy in the purple polo thought he could just try to clean season off and throw the same shrimp on the grill for a minute, if he even did that. They sucked. Asparagus was steamed mush, not grilled and way over cooked. Cesar salad was good but had dressing caked in the bottom, salad guy probably using the same bowl again and again without rinsing. We've now visited twice and are not pleased; it's not your typical Outback service. The format is minimal. Next to no space to walk in and get on the waitlist. On our first visit, our Porterhouse was at several different temperatures and not any of the ones we ordered. The service was good, though. Yesterday, we did the addition to the list. We were seated around 515. The hostess was not very informed on his to do their jobs. The seating situation was chaotic. It went downhill from there. The Bloomin Onion was overcooked on the outside and undercooked in the middle. Two of the three drinks were ordered from the bar were not mixed right and didn't taste good. The third was the wallaby darn and premixed. Our dinner took over 90 minutes to come out, and it wasn't perfect. The steak was not cooked right. We ordered medium got it rare. The lobster was overcooked. The prime rib sandwich was also overcooked, and the meat was hard and dry. The second steak made was not seasoned, and all they did to our filet mignon was put it on the grill again. Still not cooked right. The lobster was. We left after 730pm! Maybe this is a growing pain since they are new, but if that's the case, they need some serious training because it's chaotic. We won't be back and highly discourage others from visiting. read more

We have been twice and each time the staff has been very respectful and helpful. The food has been very good, we haven't had anything bad yet. The first time I had the shrimp, my husband had the ribeye, my Mom had the filet and lobster (didn't even need a knife to cut it), and my son had a burger. Second time I had the salmon (the sauce is to die for), my brother in law had the pasta, my husband had salad and my son had lobster (sweet and juicy). Both times we had a blooming onion (not my favorite thing but it's more of a preference) everyone else enjoyed it. Realizing that the restaurant just opened (Jan 31) and everything on the planet is short staffed, we never waited excessively long for anything. Then store ended up closed a couple of days after the grand opening for the snow and the trainers were still there the first week as well, the second time we were there was the day after the freeze and the trainers were helping because there were people who couldn't get to work because of the ice/snow. That shows great leadership and commitment to the customers. It's a new store and it has kinks they all do but we will continue to go back because the food is really good! read more

Super sad this Outback was such a bad experience for us. We decided to switch up our usual and always favorite Texas Roadhouse to try outback instead. We went on a Friday night and was a party of 5 to start the greeters took awhile to even recognize we were there, finally once checked in they said 20 minute wait time so cool no biggie. About 10 min into our wait another party of 5 arrived and we heard the lady say they also had a 20 min wait. Well about 10 min after that they got called inside instead of us... shortly after a host walked out and asked again how many people were in our party... about 5 min after that another hostess walked out and said they were getting our table ready, THEN 3 min later a manager guy walked out and said our table was almost ready.... After another 5 min we decided enough was enough so I went inside to let them know we were leaving and the hostess showed me a table that wasn't even bussed yet and said that was about to be our table!! Like are you kidding me! I told the manager we were leaving and he was pleading with me to stay because I had already waited this long and I was going to wait longer somewhere else if I left... I found that to be so rude and annoying. Long story short don't cheat on Texas Roadhouse anymore! read more

Horrible experience. We were asked if we had been helped four minutes after initially speaking to the greeter. We were sat quickly, which should have raised alarm bells on Mother's Day. Disappointed is an understatement at this point..Outback is one of our favorite places to eat. Usually we would head to Euless, however since they opened this one in Alliance we decided to save the gas money. We now wish we would have went all out on the gas.. The salad was old to the point it was starting to turn red and they came all mixed up. We got sent back out a good salad but still had to sort out our own toppers. Now the main course comes out before we have even put a dent in our salad, the Filet Mignon came out so cold in the middle I about had a Ramsey moment and tossed it across the Bloody restaurant. My Rib Eye came out like I wanted just full of grissel and not as tender as I would have liked, this was a plus since I found a hair in my Mac and Cheese. Manager didn't seem to care all that much but our waitress.. despite the chaos was amazing! We won't be back any time soon! read more

This place kinda sucks I love outback, but this kinda gives it a bad name. I don't like to write bad reviews, but I've really had the worst experience at this location or at a restaurant. The service was terrible, from getting a table to sitting at the table. It took forever to get a refill on drinks and when they did it was the wrong drink. This is the very best Outback I have visited. The service was exceptional and I wanted a slight change to how my food was cooked and there was no issues. I received no less than 3 visits by management including via and Emily and Amberniece was constantly around to make sure I enjoyed my experience. You need to make this a stop whenever you can. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star is that I just hope this place is either mismanaged or people called in sick. We went here at 6pm and we were seated immediately as they were not busy. We placed our order and the food came about 20 minutes later. We were given our two pieces of meat, but were told that they were out of mashed potatoes. We had to eat the meat without any side and were asked later by our waitress if we wanted a baked potato instead. Then we had to wait and eat the baked potato by itself as we had already eaten our meat. While all waiters and waitresses were running around looking busy, we never got a refill and had to just eat the ice with the baked potato. The food tasted ok, but the service was mediocre at best. I think we'll stick with other steakhouses. Pretty disappointing. read more

Such a tasteless experience. Host said that for a party of 3 and 4 kids the wait time would be an hour when there was clearly enough waitresses/waiters and empty tables and large booths available. After asking why the wait time would be so long she said because there wasn't any tables open, when clearly there was. Then somehow the wait extended to an hour and half. Absolutely ridiculous. 2nd visit here. Reviews showed it was better than our 1st at this location. I loved outback! But this one is a disappointment. I chose here for my 65th birthday hoping to have a great meal. Blooming onion was great, ceaser salad was partially full of brown lettuce, bread was great, backed potatoe great, 11oz section was chewy and had no flavor (I had to use steak sauce for the first time in ages). Well this could be so much better. Drinks were great; bloomin onion was great. Now the needed improvements: don't cram everyone into one section of the restaurant; PACE THE FOOD!!! Our onion, salads and entrees came out within 3 minutes of each other. What??? Ribeye was very fatty ( yes I know ribeye is supposed to be that way as I eat it often but this was over the top), and lacked flavor. Blue cheese chopped salad: presentation was pitiful... looked like yesterdays lettuce with clumps of blue cheese thrown in. Baked potato was small and on the hard side. It's been a while since I've gone to an Outback. This place is fairly new, so we decided to give it a try. Went on a Friday barely after 5PM to avoid the crowd. We were seated promptly. Table was clean and the waiter took our order. Salads were brought out but we didn't have silverware. Had to wait about 5 minutes because our waiter/server didn't pass by us for a while. Finally got our silverware, but no traditional offer of complimentary bread. Had to ask for that as well. Our steak orders were the 8oz Victoria Filet cooked Medium, and the 18oz bone-in espresso butter ribeye cooked Medium-Rare. I don't know whose fault it was, but the cook of the steaks were flopped. Wife's filet was about 2" thick and they cooked it rare to med-rare. My 18oz ribeye was barely 1/2" thick and it was more of a medium well. We didn't argue this and ate as-is. The filet was fine, but the ribeye had a LOT of gristle. To the point that I'd say a good 3-4 oz was blocked fat and gristle. The ribeye was not tender at all and felt more like a sirloin. In the end, for just shy of $30 per steak, it was not a worthwhile experience. There's another chain steakhouse, less than 1/2 mile down the road, that beats Outback hands down, and same price point. read more

5 of us gathered at Outback for dinner last night - waiter was very nice but appeared inexperienced- no bread offered. We placed our orders and immediately he returned to tell us they had no baked potatoes- can you imagine? One lady ordered prime rib- medium rare with mashed potatoes- prime rib delivered well done with ice cold mashed potatoes. Another lady ordered the 8oz Victoria filet medium well. It was delivered medium rare - ugh. She couldn't eat it. The other 3 dinners were okay (sans baked potato) and my filet was a tad over cooked but I ate it all! Finally, we ask for bread and he delivered 2 loaves. As we were getting ready to leave the manager comes and asks if everything was okay - no, we tell her and show her undercooked filet which friend was taking home - she says oh I see - she says if we had spoken earlier she could have fixed it all. She asks if we live in the area and we all reply yes - she says she hopes we will give them another chance. No offer of comps, no gift cards, no free dessert. Very disappointing. read more

It was over an hour from the time we walked in until we got our food and they weren't busy when we arrived. I had to get up from my table and go to the bar to get a refresh on my drink as the server was nowhere to be seen. Server's cologne or body spray was seriously overwhelming. There was no clear manager on shift. We never got the side salad that I ordered. The check came with numerous issues. Food (pork chops, chicken Caesar salad, side Brussels sprouts) was very mediocre. My wife and I had not eaten at an Outback Steakhouse for many years. We decided to have an early supper at the outback steakhouse on I35 at Heritage Trace Blvd in North Fort Worth. The steaks and shrimp were cooked just the way we liked them. I especially enjoyed the house french style dressing on my salad. The Assistant manger Zia check on us everytime he walked by our table. Our server Emilee was also very attentive to our needs and had a great personality. Emilee also would ask if we needed anything everytime she walked by the table even though her station was behind the bar. My wife and I will make it appoint to visit them in the near future even though the restaurant is not very close to where we live. We walked in with a party of 8 which I called ahead to see if there was a wait and was told there was no wait was not asked how many people and got hung up on before I could even say thank you. This Outback was surprisingly very good. Our family has been to various Outback Steakhouse's, the food and experience was good on average. We where all pleasantly shocked at how good the food preparation was at this location. My wife had the Espresso Butter bone in ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. I had the smoky Porterhouse and like my wife's also very well prepared, the meat was cooked medium rare, nice tender juicy and seasoned well. My 11yo daughter had the 12 oz ribeye and she also enjoyed her's very much. Our expectation wasn't very high knowing it was a chain and wouldn't compare it to our other favorites like Bob's, Perry's,. But for a convenient, casual dining experience where you crave steak, this location is now on our favorites list. read more
