Not a horrible deal for the price. Getting the bloomin onion burger is like getting to taste that bloomin onion app as a bonus without ordering it if you get all the toppings on the side. The house salad is a good size and the deal I get comes with a desert too. You can upgrade from cheesecake to the chocolate thunder from down under which is great! There are many locations of Outback Steakhouse, and this particular location FINALLY did some inside remodeling which was much needed; however, it's the same ole, same ole boring menu at all these restaurants. If you're hankering for steak ok. They should offer more than steak, chicken and shrimp. They should also offer a nice variety of lunch items. They used to make absolutely delicious fish tacos with some type of aioli sauce that would make your mouth water just thinking of these. One used to be able to order (for lunch) a half order of delicious Ahi Tuna, can't do that anymore. They offer a steak and cheese dip of some sort, which we tried and found only tiny pieces of steak. The pieces were so small you couldn't tell if it was steak! They should rename it, "Cheese Dip"! The service isn't too bad, plenty of parking. Bottom line, we stopped going to Outbacks unless it's for a drink. read more

TL;DR: this location is great for lunch! We had a change of lunch plans today and mom and I decided to pop in here. Firstly, it's very close to my office so convenience was perfect. Second, there is a plenty of parking available (especially for lunch). We walked in and were immediately sat on a random Tuesday afternoon. The lighting is dim but not too dark at all. And they have free WiFi which I found out when I randomly needed to look something up. Our service was great. It was not very busy which in my experience can be a double edged sword - meaning, sometimes you are forgotten OR sometimes it's so slow that the service is excessive. It was perfect. We were checked on at a good pace and our food came out fairly quickly and was good! Our server was also extremely pleasant and friendly. I didn't know that Outback had lunch specials so yay for that! Currently on their menu they have $7 cocktails all day every day (if I read that correctly). My mom and I had dinner on 01/02/26. From the time we were seated until we finally left we were there over 1.5 hours. Our waiter seemed very aloof like he could not be bothered with us. Not to mention that here was a very loud and obnoxious customer at the table across from us that was very annoying, and other patrons kept looking over and were also annoyed. Our order was wrong and when we received the ribs they were full of fat and tough with hardly any meat on them. It was my mom's Anniversary and due to the noise, pace and quality of food our evening was ruined. Stopped in while out running errands with my daughter. She mentioned craving French Onion soup and I knew exactly where to go! It was still early enough that it wasn't the dinner rush or anything and we were wanting to be in and out so we took a seat at the bar and ordered pretty quickly. The bartender had his hands full even though there was only a few couples at the bar (I hope a second was on their way before it got more busy!) but he took good care of us. As expected, the soup was delicious! It's been a favorite of mine since they added it to the menu back when I worked at an Outback as a server after high school. So delicious. Don't go unless you're ready to wait an hour for food. Our first visit yesterday will be our last. The host was disconnected and unfriendly. We ordered a bloomin' onion, my steak meal, and a baked potato without bacon plus a side of steakhouse mac. After 30 minutes, my meal and the baked potato came out, but the mac had bacon--even though it's not supposed to, and it was clear he didn't want any since he didn't want it on the potato, so we immediately asked for a new one. We finished our meals before the replacement arrived about 20 minutes later. After nearly an hour, all they could come up with was a single baked potato. The mac shouldn't take long since the noodles are pre-cooked and just microwaved with cheese and toppings. The restaurant was nearly empty (maybe 5-10 tables) on a Saturday dinner, so the kitchen should've been overstaffed. When the manager finally brought the mac, there was no apology or comp--just terrible service and slow ticket times. Our server was very friendly and attentive though, and the food tasted great, but it wasn't enough to make up for the rest. read more

We went on a Saturday Night around 6:00 pm. We were able to sit down immediately. The waitress was very attentive and made sure that we were satisfied throughout the evening. The bread is always out of this world and always warm so is something my wife and I look forward to. I order the sirloin and shrimp with loaded baked potatoes and mac and cheese. Honestly everything was really good just wished the sirloin was hotter. My wife ordered the fried chicken and she really enjoyed it as well. The one thing she was disappointed by was the lack of sauce for her chicken and how it didn't have green onions. In her words "it doesn't look the picture at all." Hit it on a bad night maybe.... We've eaten here before but this was was soooo disappointing - and for my husband's birthday dinner. The staff when we entered was terrible! Didn't acknowledge us at all. Our waitress was doing the best she could but seemed overwhelmed. His filet was fine, but my daughter asked if they had crab legs and they did which surprised me so we each got the 1 lb dinner. I received half of what she did and both meals were both so over-cooked no meat came out of the legs when you cracked them. I cracked claws - and the meat was rubbery and un-edible. Waitress never asked how it was and I doubt she would have been able to do anything the rate she was running around. Plus - she didn't overcook it so we try to be kind. Three dinners with three waters was 79.99. Wouldn't have cared had I gotten what I paid for, but ended up with a table full of crab shells with rubbery meat inside. read more

Looked like someone threw the steak on the plate w red blood from the meat splashed everywhere. Broccoli also looked like someone threw it on the plate. Baked potato was fine. 8 oz sirloin was one of the toughest steaks I have ever encountered. I would have been better off w a hand saw than a knife for cutting. It was so tough the plate was sliding around the bar while I was cutting it. I resorted to very thin slices so I could eat it. The broccoli was extremely overcooked like mush so soft almost the consistency of spinach dip. The baked potato was good. Went out for a peaceful dinner and it ended up being a miserable experience. This used to be a good restaurant I have frequented over the years. Outback in Winter Sorings has succumb to ridiculously high prices declining food quality below sub par that's totally unacceptable. Service was fair at best. (15+ min to receive hot bread is totally unacceptable when others were received) I sat in the bar area and the bar itself only had about eight customers. read more

We purchase from this outback often and tonight there was an issue with our delivery. The manager working at 8 pm on 1/20 (we missed his name But my husband Thought it was mark?) was so incredibly nice and gave us a gift card to make up for it. A lot of things are out of the staffs control, especially when it comes to deliveries and we really appreciate them doing what they could to make it right. We will definitely be back. This place has been going downhill fast. Inside service is ok, take out not so much. Last trip there we had no way to notify them we arrived as we never got the confirmation text. Had to go in to pay and get the food while still being pushed for a 15% tip. Four meals with room temp fries and had no seasoning. All chicken was over cooked and under seasoned. Baked potato toppings couldn't fill half a condiment cup so we had to pull butter and cheese out of the fridge to supplement what they gave us. My husband and I went to this Outback, yesterday at 455pm and there were maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. We walked in the door and the greeter was helping to ladies relocate from the bar area to the dining area. She then walked past us after relocating the ladies and said I will be with you in a few minutes. We waited and saw that the bar had 2 people at the bar. 2 other people walked past us and went and sat at the bar. My husband went to the bartender and asked Him if we could sit in the booth. He stated, YES. There were only 3 other booths in the bar occupied! The greeter came over to my husband and I and said I'm sorry, we are at shift change and we have a wait. This was VERY EMBARRASSING to us and we got up and started to walk out. As I was leaving I saw a couple sitting in the corner, I guess waiting to be seated. My husband was furious and said to the greeter this Outback SUCKS, you all have gone downhill. As my husband was leaving the greeter, very condescending, HAVE A NICE DAY! This establishment has gone downhill and all this was NOT NECESSARY! I'm sure they don't care about this review but honestly we will NEVER eat at another Outback, especially THIS ONE!!! Veggies & potato fine- did not bring extra toppings & sour cream as requested. Husband's ribs- not done enough and tough. Fries over cooked. It was all around a bad meal. Manager did nothing but bring another steak which wasn't any better. No dessert offered, should have taken it off the bill. Will not be back. Should have gone to Publix and cooked my own steak. Today we had a very bad experience at this Outback. The waitress was so forgetful and ordered three dinners for only two people?? Wait What?? The appetizer came out and within three (3) minutes our dinners were served. The steak came out well done when it was ordered medium. A manager came out and agreed that it was extremely over cooked. He did correct the steak but it was well after my wife was done with her meal. A single draft (Fosters) beer took over 10 minutes however we were not even offered a glass of water in the meantime. The floors were dirty with papers and napkins not swept after a family with kids left. We asked for our bill and that took another 10 minutes to receive. I came to Outback to lunch today and ordered the coconut shrimp and pecan salad, which was delicious. My server was a bit slow, however. She was training another server, so this is probably why she took so long to take my order, deliver my drink, and bring my check. Even though the food came at a minimal amount of time, it was frustrating to wait for my drink for more than 15 minutes; there was only 1 other table in the restaurant. Cleanliness was okay.
