It was a great time to enjoy good food and conversation. Portions are large here--an 8 piece special roll is quite filling because each sushi piece is larger than the traditional mouthful. I ordered a teriyaki salmon lunch special which comes with miso soup and salad and my husband ordered the tonkatsu bowl. Our friend the graduate ordered the lunch special with 4 pcs sushi and an Alaskan roll. Other family members ordered a Geisha roll, a Sapporo roll, and a teriyaki beef lunch special. The teriyaki specials were accompanied by California rolls and veggie tempura as well as one fried gyoza and one egg roll! Generous portions. I boxed about 1/3 of mine to go.
