Oh my gosh, I haven't been here in forever! So happy I stopped in today. Just came from the dentist and heading in to work, needed to grab some lunch, quick. Parking was a breeze, right in front. I walked in, and towards the back is where you place a take out order. So I gave my order of their lettuce wraps. I was asked if I wanted iceberg lettuce or romaine. Totally asked for romaine. Didn't have a choice the last time I ordered these. Was always iceberg. Much happier with romaine. I paid and he said it would be about 5 minutes. I wish I would have timed it because it was way less than 5 minutes! Super happy. When I got to work and opened the container, everything was perfectly placed with a container of sauce and packets. The romaine was fresh and crisp. The meat mixture was still hot and flavorful. Love their lettuce wraps. Did not disappoint. The meal came with a fortune cookie, and it read, "your many talents will take you to the top"

Teriyaki Beef Bowl

I think the last time I ate at a PF Changs was probably over a decade ago, but we decided to go for lunch on a Wednesday and they have great lunch options for $12.95 PP that come with a starter, entree and side! We tried: 1. Firecracker Shrimp bowl with lo mein and hot and sour soup to start - soup was way too sour but the shrimp bowl was excellent (not spicy tho) 2. Beef Teriyaki bowl with lo mein and hot and sour soup to start - same review on the soup but teriyaki bowl was also excellent 3. Changs spicy chicken bowl with rice (GF) and pork roll - pork roll was good and the chicken bowl was delicious again. Definitely worth coming for the lunch specials during the week!

Had a birthday dinner here for my son today. We live PF Chang's so much. Now they have a Chef's feast for 2, starting at $20 pp. The three of us ordered and split it and added on an additional entry, which was not needed. So much food!!!! It comes with a soup or salad for each person. Plus an appetizer for sharing. Our entree's were Chang's Spicy Chicken, Honey Seared Chicken, and Ma Po Tofu. All three were great. The pork dumplings we chose for dessert were so yummy. You get 6 so we easily split them 3 ways. For dessert the three of us split the Great Wall of chocolate. OMG it's huge! We love us some PF Chang's.

I took my wife on a date a couple nights ago to the Arboretum location. The restaurant wasn't very busy but we chose to sit at the bar top. The gal who was serving us was outstanding. She was so kind, very attentive and had some good recommendations. We started with a couple appetizers (Hot & Sour Soup, Fried Green Beans) and then for an entree we shared Sesame Chicken with steamed rice. The food tasted so good! The chicken was tender and had a great sauce that was a bit spicy and a little tangy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only issue on our visit was the bathrooms. They definitely needed attention.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Otherwise, great experience!

Chang's Spicy Shrimp

Ordered Chang's Spicy Shrimp, and got half chicken / half shrimp that tasted like the last thing left in the freezer, awfully battered and smothered in some crap spicy sauce that more closely resembled buffalo wing sauce than anything Asian. This place has absolutely crumbled in the quality department.

No complaints here!! Our server Callie was so attentive and nice. The food came out promptly and it hit the spot. Our green beans to start were very filling and tasty. My miso glazed salmon had wonderful flavorful and came on a nice little bed of greens with rice in a bowl on the side. They had a lunch special that promised you'd be in and out in 20 min if you sat at the bar...sounds intriguing!

Why can't your restaurant seat 16 guests? What if 16 guests walk-in? Are you guys going to send them away? Thanks!

Hi, reservations are always highly encouraged however party size availability is based on staffing and existing reservations. Thanks.

I'm hearing a recording that this PF Changs phone number has been disconnected. Did they close?

Good morning Ivan. Unfortunately there was a company wide outage with our phone system yesterday and the issue has been resolved. I assure you we have not closed and are open today if you would like to give us a try today.…

Did not have a reservation on this occasion, but they always make me feel welcome and manage to fit us in. Sat on the outdoor covered patio that was cool and shaded. Started the meal with cocktails including Lycheetini with Deep Eddy Vodka, Giffard Lichi-li. lemon, cranberry, I cut the cranberry. Also had a Fresa Paloma with Socorro Reposado Tequila, Contratto, strawberry, lime, grapefruit, five-spice that was very sweet and garnished with a flower. You are given a card where you can mark your dim sum selections. I ordered the Shrimp Pancake, Snow Crab Ball and Chinese Sausage Sticky Rice. The standout was the shrimp pancake that had a really great texture and flavor. The snow crab ball had a strange texture with shrimp surrounding the snow crab claw. The Chinese Sticky Rice is always a favorite. Also ordered the Truffle Egg Fried rice and Birds Nest with Seasonal Vegetable. The Truffle rice is so flavorful like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The Birds Nest is made with fried potato shreds which contain the a variety of vegetables including cauliflower, peppers, mushrooms and asparagus. The nest is also edible and has a crunchy texture. The presentation of the food is amazing and everything came out hot and fresh. The flavors were on point, and you can tell there's attention to detail in the preparation. Service was attentive outdoors and the pacing of dishes felt just right for a relaxed brunch. This restaurant is truly a gem whether you come for brunch or dinner service. Will definitely be back.

The chicken basil pot stickers and pork belly were good.. but a bit dry for my taste. However, the sauces they offer were all good. Martini was a jump scare in color but taste was on pointtt! Service was fine but we were out front on the patio and though our waiter was attentive while we ordered, we ended up finishing and waiting 40 minutes for someone to come by so we could grab the check. I ended up just heading inside and the maître d' was able to close us out. Tables around us were open so I'm not sure what had them held up, and it could've been a one off, but definitely not ideal at this price point.

The serving size was definitely worth it because I had leftovers, and it somehow tasted even better reheated the next day. Always a great sign when the quality holds up after taking it home. Solid spot for pho if you're looking for a satisfying meal with big portions. Note to self: make sure to ask for the chili crisp oil on the side next time. My boyfriend and I came here because of the great reviews, but unfortunately our visit was nothing like we expected. From the moment we walked in, the experience was disappointing. The host literally pointed to our table instead of walking us to it, which immediately felt unwelcoming. No one introduced themselves or even told us who our server was, so we never knew anyone's name throughout the entire meal. Throughout our meal, no one checked on us even once, and we had to flag our waiter down multiple times whenever we needed something. Plates and drinks were also repeatedly slammed down on the table, which came across as rude and unprofessional. Every interaction felt rushed, and the staff acted like they were annoyed we were there. The customer service was awful, and it made for a really unpleasant first experience. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

Having grown up in a household where dumpling making and preparation were treated as a meditation…read moreon perfection, I've been incredibly pleased to see Austin seriously upping its dumpling game. While I've yet to find a Korean joint with a proper Korean mandoo on offer, Chinese varieties are thriving with the likes of Julie's Noodles, Steamies, Lin's and, the subject of my review, Dumpling World. Definitely don't expect ambiance here. After suffering the Triangle's persistent lack of parking, you'll walk into this place and find a really spare, almost utilitarian set up that screams "we mean business." They definitely mean business. I've probably been here a good 5-6 times, and have tried almost everything on the menu. Soup dumplings shine -- my daughter refuses to eat them anywhere else -- and their recently introduced thumb buns, which I think are fried mini soup dumplings, just ooze flavor. More traditional half-moon dumplings, no matter your filling of choice, steamed or fried, never disappoint. Don't ignore the non-dumpling items too. I don't know what the seasoning is in their green beans, but it's ridiculously delicious. You'll never look at green beans or haricot vert the same way ever again. Good, but unremarkable, are the soups and stews. Better to get those at other Chinese eateries. I don't mean to dissuade anyone from those, but did you really come to a place called Dumpling World to eat anything but dumplings? It gets crowded here at times so I recommend trying on a weekday evening. Uniformly, whether it's packed or slow, service is quick and courteous. With dumplings this good, it's clear that humility is one of the key ingredients to their consistency and quality.
